This place is awesome!! Customer service 100%...the minute u walk through door someone there to assist....product wise....have not been in a single time that I did not find what I needed...would definitely recommend of u are short on time and only want to make one stop for what u need...

Been to this store at least 10 times and they never have what I need. They're closed weekends when the regular working person needs to shop. If you buy an item at another Ace this store refuses to accept any return or exchange. You can't use any Ace rewards here either. They just don't accept them. They are Ace Hardware in name only. Take my advice, go somewhere else!

Placed an online/for pick up order.Received an order in confirmation email with instructions.First girl who answered the phone had no knowledge so put me on hold. Second guy picked up the phone said my order wasn't delivered and put me on hold.I went into the store-making curb site pick up irrelevant-and "yes, per my confirmation email" my order was there.Manager needs to train the employees to be proficient!

The store is organized and clean. I appreciate that because many business and restaurants here in Trenton do not believe that a clean and organize store makes people want to spend money there!They have a nice, but limited selection of seasonal items. I do agree that some things have to be ordered, but you have to remember, you live in a tiny town. Just like the grocery stores having loads of fresh food, it's expensive for the owner to keep these items in stock in the hopes of someone buying it. There is BR Supply for plumbing, and a John Deer dealership for mechanical do dads.The employees and manager are intelligent and well trained. They do have a smaller display of paints, lumber and plumbing, but... small town. You can't expect to get it immediately because the demand just isn't sufficient to warrant a fully stocked store.

Yup the sign says ace,smallest store i have seen,every time i go in to the store to buy something simple like 3/8 galvenized pipe,or a blade for my pole saw,they donot carry a good slection of spray paint or 1 gal cans they always tell me they can order it, the ace in jackson has never told me they have to order anything.why have they gotten any bigger?its 15 miles to jackson
