Having previously been customers at the Walgreens in Farragut for 20 years, where we were always treated courteously and respectfully, my wife and I expected no less from this Walgreens. However, far too often she and I are treated rudely. The pharmacy staff need training in proper customer relations, and how to be respectful to others.

Went to pick up my daughters emergency seizure medication today. It’s variable between 5mg and 10mg out of the package but has clear labeling what the dosage is supposed to be set at. They set it at the max dosage when it’s labeled to be at 7.5 and they set it at 10mg. These are medications that can be dangerous anyways. So glad we checked what the dosage was set to before we left.

I have a medication that I have to refill weekly and its nothing but a pain dealing with these people sometimes the most common issue is my doc calling in my refill and the pharmacy saying they don't have anything idk if I have made someone upset or angry to be treated unfairly week after week

Pretty good service most of the time. I use the pharmacy mostly. Prices for other stuff is pretty high.
