This place was great, close by and have almost anything you need. Unfortunately now they force you to use self checkout, and no one is even around to assist you if you have problems. I frequented dollar general 3-5 times a week for anything needed, but now it's back to food city as I prefer customer service over whatever is going on here

I want to thank the ladies that waited on me and my grandson they were amazing they keep the store open a few minutes after hours so we could get a white tee shirt for school tye dye. Thank you ladies and god bless you.

The girl working this morning is rude and snotty, allowing non employees in the store before open but not a paying customer, tired of every time I am there I have to stand in line for 5 to 10 minutes because they never have more than one cashier working. The store is completely a mess, things in the way of customers, dirty and smells funny. If this is the picture dollar general wants to give to customers fine but I will not spend my money there.

Fantastic store!! Everything I wanted and at a great price. Employees were friendly, helpful, and a smile on there faces. Also got a hello and a thank you for coming. I'll recommend the store to many and I'll be back soon.

I know stores have different lay outs but this one is honestly in need of an upgrade. Prices marked percentages off and clearly labeled on shelves did not ring up for advertised prices. Normally nice staff just needs some to.

Only one employee working, an trying to stock, check in vendors that aways come in that time of day. Two Iles block with cardboard and stock. Long line at counter customers waiting for check out. Customer haulered twice before employee came to check people out. Corporate should never allow just one employee to be in the store at anytime. It's unsafe. It puts to much on one employee. Not the first time this has happened. I will find another place to shop if it continues.

I would give them 5 stars but they are having a hard time keeping help. So this slows down them getting the stock out on the shelfs. Other than that the employees are very helpful and polite

I always get hit with cigarette smoke from people taking smoke breaks right by the door. Unfortunately, this time i left my windows down as the weather wad very nice. So when i got in mtly car, it smelled like smoke as well. I do wish they would smoke away from the entrance and customers.

Crappy service. Lady was on drugs. She was so rude to everyone in the store. We asked her can you show us where the cake bags were and she straight lost it on us saying, if you drop the attitude i will, we said ma'am all we did was ask for some help and she is all like, you can leave anytime. We ended up putting all our stuff down and leaving.

Find just about anything you need here its like a small walmart. The workers are friendly and hard working always knowledgeable about where things are and willing to help you find things. This place stays pretty busy but the lines are usually very quick.

The people are amazing here. The prices are modest. Mackenzie is who I get to cut my hair here, she does it to my satisfaction every time. Take your hair here and she'll make it better hair.

I don't remember the person who was working but she was yelling at the customers including myself. That's not right we all deserve respect and should experience a good customer service.

No matter how many employees they have, there will only be one register opened. Never less than 5 cars in the parking lot, so expect a line.

Went to grab some stuff. One of the fridges were broken and onformed the guy at the front desk. He said he told the manager bit no one went to do anything with the food. Do not think I am going to but pot pies, ground beef, etc. You might get sick.

Called at 9:50 to specify what time this location close and the lady on the phone stated 11pm get there a little after 10pm andnd a sign on the door saying we had to close at 10, why wouldn't she just say 10 when I called instead of having a customer drive down to find a note on the door

I went in to get cold meds and put my phone in my purse and the male clerk ask me if I put something in my purse and I told him yes my phone I understand they have people that steal but not everyone does so i left and I will never go back

The new layout of the store ( Ashville Hwy below the Local Market) is better than when it first opened. Everything is easier to find.
