The worst Kroger I have ever been too. Ive let alot slide in the past but can good bagged with yogurts. Frozen meat bagged with boxed goods and my favorite apples bagged with irish spring soap. I went to let them know at the service desk so they could let the bagger know. The rude lady asked me "whats the problem when I showed her the bag!!!! Ummm soap bagged with apples. So obvious. I just left I dont even know what to say.

Worst Kroger EVER! I have been here nine consecutive times and there is never anyone who works the customer service desk when I have been in the store. Austin, the manger, is useless. Seriously! He told several of us waiting in line at the customer service desk that the only employee he has that knows how to work the customer service desk was on a cash register at the time. If you have nine self checkouts and three cashiers then why do you need to use your only employee who knows how to work the customer service desk on the cash register when the store wasn't even busy? When I told him I was going to file a complaint with corporate, he responded sarcastically and asked me if I needed the phone number in which I responded and told him I would look up the number myself. Oh, I am sure he knows the number to corporate like the back of his hand because I can't be the only one who is disgusted with this store.

Austin was extremely helpful! He works in the meat department and we were looking at the crab legs. There was none of the 4 lb boxes but there were 2lb boxes that were more expensive per pound. So we asked Austin if he had any 4 lb boxes left and he said no, but you can get a great sale on the Kroger app to save money on the 2lb boxes. Then since we didn’t have the app he helped us install it and he explained how to clip the coupon to save. We will now use the Kroger app to save every trip!

Asked a lady is she could help put a bouquet together. Literally looked me in my face and said, No. Then said I have all this to unload u can pick whatever we have... will never use them again.

It was always good in Spring Hill Tennessee to me and I'm from out of town people there they treat you decently the place is clean I don't have no problem with them. I look forward to going there I'm starting to get to know that people by face and they always helpful.

Once a month I have to get a money order to pay my rent and the last three times I have been turned away at various times of the day because “there’s no one to run the desk” or “the desk is closing” at 4pm! 3 months and this problem is still going on? Train someone on the desk or the manager needs to be stepping in and helping out. Friday, I was in a line of 5 people before the employee looked up and said she was closing the desk. This is ridiculous. I’ve just started shopping at Walmart.

It is ridiculous that all your coupons are now digital how are the elderly suppose to use them when have don’t have cell phones! Put them back in papers so they can have a chance to get some savings since you prices are also high!

The guy working at the gas station denies id for no reason. Claims he's uncomfortable taking it because it's an out of state ID and denied scanning it.

Apparently this is work appropriate attire? Not super welcoming in my opinion. I rarely shop here anyway because of how chaotic the store's layout is and it's undergoing a remodel now so the parking lot is a nightmare for the time being. But this just doesn't seem like something I would allow in my place of business if I was managing it. Especially not in a customer facing role.

I used to avoid this Kroger. I’d go out of my way to drive to the other Spring Hill Kroger so I wouldn’t have to go through the pain of stepping foot into the Port Royal Kroger.Now that they’ve expanded and remodeled, that’s all changed.Great shopping experience and selection. Clean and bright Starbucks. Well run deli. Rarely missing items on shelves.Overall, good experience.

this review is on the Kroger at 4900 Port Royal rd. spring hill, TN--24 check out lanes - 1 thru 6 are self check out AND 13 thru 24 are self check out !!! ONLY 1 CHECK OUT LANE WITH A CASHIER , AT 1300 (THATS 1PM ) !!! WHY?? -- does this place have a manager??? and I was over charger for a steak... Just go any where else

Grocery pick up is typically a pleasant experience. Always friendly and such. As well as have gotten to know a few of the employees. The guy today bringing the items his personality was a bit to be desired. Didn’t catch his name. Younger guy, white short sleeve shirt, on the name tag it said “Management Trainee”, lots of tattoos on arms and neck. Comes to the car, doesn’t say at least “hello”, just says “any coupons?” Not friendly at all during the interaction. Cmon, Kroger do better with your training. Not to mention many bags totally over filled/stuffed.

Changing my review. I didn't really like this Kroger but they have gotten better. I hope all the staff is appreciated and paid well for their hard work. Some of the aisles confuse me and are hard to find/remember near the pharmacy though

This Kroger is all to frequently out of things we need. It seems as if they are not stocking the shelves consistently. It’s always extemely busy and is starting to become a pain in the butt to get in and out of the parking lot. Also, good luck getting help at the fish/meat counter! Employees there are rare like unicorns.Edit- I wrote this review three years ago and just wanted to say this place still sucks!

The store overall I would give 4 stars. My main issue with this store is that it’s not laid out well. Things are very hard to find. My main reason for leaving the review is the pharmacy which I would give one or two stars. I dropped off a prescription yesterday and it took 4-5 minutes for them to even acknowledge that I was there. Someone could have at least said “I’ll be with you in a moment” but nothing. When they did they said it would be ready by 12 today. It wasn’t. Tomorrow or the next day would have been fine but just tell me that or call.

I was having a bad day, and honestly pulled up for my pickup order holding back tears. They load up my groceries, then they tell me it’s customer appreciation day and ask me if I’d like a bouquet of flowers. I immediately perk up and excitedly say yes. Never in my life has my day so quickly and utterly been made. Thank you Krogers. Today wasn’t just getting my pickup order, but genuinely improving my state of mind too.

Today Donna Ryan and Fred Shipe made my day by helping me to shop all my items in no time, because I had to go back quickly to my husband who had a triple bypass open heart surgery .Thank you Kroger your employees are great and always ready to help . Ok first off this store has recently been remodeled and it is awesome!!!The thing I am upset about is this…I was shopping Friday am and went to check out. There was only one checker working and all of us seniors are waiting patiently in line while 3…yes3….young people were standing talking to each other at the end of the line. No one even attempted to open another checkout line. By the time my turn came I looked up and a young man had opened his aisle to check people out BUT they were all young ladies and no announcement had been made that another aisle was opening. Is this the way this store treats seniors???? If yes then I think I will take my business elsewhere!!

I recently took a fall and was sore but needed a few things. The young man at the check out counter asked another young man to come help me. He put everything on the conveyor belt for me then went out with me and put my groceries in the car. They both had great attitudes and were very helpful. Exemplary customer service!

Well stocked, clean, overall very nice.Please can you tell the baggers to not bag raw chicken with produce though lol… the last four times I’ve gone my chicken or other raw meat has been bagged with produce and other stuff. Not a big deal since I catch it and change it but it isn’t very sanitary

Mr. Chase was excellent! We shared a brief conversation while he worked. He seemed genuine, stocked his shelves while keeping eye contact, and answered effectively in product placement (I asked the location of cocoa mix). Mr. Chase is an asset to the store and I hope his superior customer service is known by all the staff at Kroger. This store is my first choice for groceries because of the convenient location, cheaper prices, and the professional staff. Superb job, Chase.

I love the new updates to the store. The 100 new cameras make you feel like you’re in North Korea, and I love how they’ve added people on every isle to sell you something you could care less about. I miss the old Kroger that felt like a neighborhood grocery store, and not this new god awful Walmart clone.

Newly open Star Bucks in Kroger's. Port Royal Springhill, Tn-5 starts if I could.6/18/2022 3:30I walked in the store and they have a sign out that said any size Grande $2, so I'm like great I'll get one. I go an order one and told oh that was yesterday sale and we can't sell if for that price. The manager was asked I got a response back we can't sell for that price. I said will your sign says you got the sale going now. They apologize and as I was leaving the employee were laughing at me. I'm guess with all the teenage employees laughing though the day no one had the time to remove the sign. Very poor on Start bucks manager also for handling my issue in a poor way. I went to the Kroger's store manager let him know what had happen and he said he would take care of it. He ask if he could do anything for me. I said no. Went on about my way. Never to spend a dime or drink star buck coffee again.

I occasionally use this Kroger’s pickup service and it sucks. They always “out of stock” at least 3 items, and they are usually things I really needed. This week, it was beef, bread, and two more items. They also downgraded my substitutes, smaller sizes or non-organic alternatives. I keep trying to give it a chance but then I go back into the store to look for these items and they’re there.... it defeats the purpose when I have to go shopping again! Also, 90% of the time my produce is nasty!!! I have received moldy strawberries, black bananas, and rotting apples all in the last two months
