While I was working on a fundraiser for the DeKalb Animal Shelter a couple years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Molly. She eagerly and generously agreed to donate baskets, treat bags & services to our auction. She has continued to donate to a variety of community organizations. I decided to move my inherited Yorkie, Parker to her Salon out of appreciation.We met Ethan and it was love at first service for Parker and me! Ethan is talented and knowledgeable. More than anything, he is patient and takes the time to get to know each pet. More than once Ethan has noticed skin/health issues I might otherwise have missed! Parker- who doesn’t like anyone, adores Ethan and looks forward to going to Molly’s.I also absolutely LOVE their modern text notifications. Getting messages by text not only serves as a reminder for upcoming appointments but also allows me to respond at my convenience!I have never been in the shop that Ethan or Molly don’t stop to chat with me for a moment and address any requests or concerns I have. The entire staff is so friendly and responsive to you & your beloved fur-kid.This pet salon offers exceptional quality grooming with small-town-friendly customer service. Finding this combo with these prices and an owner who supports her community is like finding a unicorn, something to be treasured!!

Ethan does such a good job with our Shadow girl. He really took his time to get her adjusted as she is a very nervous dog and not used to being around other people. By her second groom— she was no longer nervous to go inside! Prices are totally reasonable for the exceptional work they provide here! We will be continual clients. 😊

From the first phone call to the finish of grooming everyone was so friendly. I was given all the information I needed by phone or email, got a text when they were finished. My fur baby was not upset when I picked him up, like he was at the previous groomers. The atmosphere is quite and the animals are less anxious. I am so thankful we found Mary. This Mama doesn't have to dread the groomers anymore.

Just had an amazing experience with Lori. Finally able to get my best friend Hades in for a great grooming session. He was so excited from the minute he met Lori. She was so sweet and so loving to my boy. Now he looks, smells, and just seems to be very relaxed. The whole experience is worth the cost since he doesn't do well with other animals not in his pack. Thank you for the amazing treatment and I look forward to booking again.

These are reasons you should use Molly's for day boarding, long-term boarding or grooming.- It's the only place I've found where I know my dog-son will be as cared for as being at home with me. I've always had Dad anxiety with any other place (vs places in St Louis, Nashville, Memphis)- For long trips, I have planned to drive roundtrip from Nashville, just to have the 100% comfort level.- The baths are excellent quality.- The staff is very loving and involved, and send pictures of him playing and meeting other dogs.

We absolutely love this place! They are so great with our giant schnauzer with grooming and boarding. Got us in for boarding last minute and send us updates that make us feel much better about being away from our fur baby. We know she is in great hands! We tell people all the time how glad we are to have found you.Our pup has a lot of hair and we thought dealing with all that undercoat was just part of the deal. Nope. Molly’s gets it all cleaned out.Had to bring our girl to the vet today and they were so impressed with how soft and shiny she was that they asked who our groomer was! When I told them we hadn't been in 2.5 weeks they couldn't believe it.Molly’s is always fast, super affordable, and does a fantastic job. Since going there we deal with less shedding, less itching, and a much happier baby.(This pic is 2.5 weeks post grooming visit)

Ethan is the best groomer. He is very patient, does exactly what my babies need . We have 3 babies he always grooms them perfectly. He always makes sure I am happy, and If we need to change anything. The groomer Mary is absolutely outstanding. But in regards to scheduling or talking to the owner, it is absolutely impossible to speak with her. Just on text messaging which is very unprofessional. Also after my dog going up there for over a year and a half I referred two people and they did not have a good experience because they never could talk to anyone. It was always text messaging. Also, something else I have to say about the place is no one has ever ask for a shot record for my dog, I just think the whole place is totally unprofessional the way the business is ran and also going up to an absolutely ridiculous amount just to do sanitary things on my dog she didn’t even really need a bath but I had to pay for a bath anyway so with that being said we have went somewhere else and now I am only paying $15 versus 40 almost $50 . I have to agree with a couple other people that has left reviews as far as the owner being rude. I totally agree with that she he or whoever it is does come across very rude on text messaging.
