Pharmacist (brunette and glasses) has selfish self centered arrogant superiority complex with a condescending derogative approach to the customer . I politely explained that I had called my doctor I couldn't get through to anyone and it's automated system told me that they are now allowing the pharmacies to now digitally submit a prescription renewal. She ended up condescendingly saying to me " the magic word to get through to a pharmacist is say speak to a pharmacist " ! Even though I never told her I called the "pharmacy" I told her I called my "doctor" to renew my prescription! She just acted like I was the one that was an idiot. What a lame pathetic uncalled for experience .

If I could give less stars I would. 1 month ago I picked up my thyroid medicine, after noticing I had only a 30 day supply I assumed more refills. I looked for how many refills and just then noticed I should have received 90 days. After calling the Pharmacist he stated he had a screenshot of my prescription and I received 90 pills. I don't know who took the screenshot, but as I stated how could I have dropped exactly 60 pills. . I along with my insurance company now have to pay for the rest of my pills. Something is very wrong and it needs to be looked into. Mistakes happen, but this is upsetting to me. I was basically called a liar by this pharmacist. How do you drop 60 pills without noticing you dropped 60, exactly 60 pills. Now my insurance as well as myself will be charged again.

The middle aged, long haired brunette pharmacist’s assistant at drive through is extremely rude. I understand policy regarding a drive through and the need to expedite customers in a drive through. Sometimes…you know the old saying, it isn’t what you say but how you say it? So very very rude. I went inside two days later, and the pharmacist nearly condoned her actions. I’m switching my family’s prescription elsewhere. I’m tired of how CVS treats their loyal customers. Good Bye CVS!!!!!!

My teenage daughter picked up two prescriptions she takes regularly. She questioned price and the pharmacy tech insisted it was correct. When I called them after she had paid but she was still standing there, they acknowledged the price was incorrect but since it was now 6pm they couldn’t fix it until tomorrow.

My wife had to visit the Doctor on April 19, 2018. She was in a bit of pain and not sure why, so we found the most available Doctor at the time. Her pain ended up not being life threating or super serious, but the Doctor prescribed her medication to address the source of the pain. The Doctor asked us for the closest Pharmacy to our home, the Signal Mountain CVS, and told us he would be sending an electronic prescription to the store.When we arrived between 5:00pm and 6:00pm that same day my wife approached the counter to get her medication. The woman at the counter was short and rude to my wife. She didn't ask for my wife's information or ID and she didn't even physically check if a electronic prescription had been sent. She simply told my wife no electronic prrscription had come in. She dismissively told my wife to call the Doctor. My wife tried to call but the Doctor's office was already closed. My wife sat in our car crying her eyes out because she didn't know what else to do except wait till the next day to call the Doctor and fix whatever went wrong.When she called the Doctor the next day she found out the prescription had gone through and should have been there when we arrived. All we can think that could have happened was the rude woman at the counter didn't know because she didn't bother to check when my wife asked about it. That woman could have handled the situation so much better. She could have checked right that moment if anything came in. She could have politely asked my wife to check again in 15 or 30 minutes. But instead she blew my wife off as quickly as possible. I wish I had gotten the rude woman's name but we didn't think about it at the time. We thought we had done something wrong, but we came to find out that someone just wasn't doing their job properly in the Pharmacy. I'm just glad it wasn't something more serious; although, it infuriated me to see my wife in discomfort and pain and in tears because some Pharmacy worker with poor customer service and a dismissive attitude blew her off. Shame on the Signal Mountain CVS Pharmacy.

Their automated answering service should say when you are hold, " No one will be with you momentarily" instead of, "someone will be with you momentarily!" I was was on HOLD for over 40 minutes just to see if the prescription that I dropped off at 4pm was ready which at this time it was 6:30pm. I wanted to wait for it but the gal who took my information said it would be over an hour wait before it would be ready. So I asked them to text me when it was ready.It's now 6:30pm, no text....., that's when I called to see if it was ready, and that's when I waited over 40 minutes for someone to answer my call. When I finally reached someone they claimed they never received this particular prescription!!! Someone did finally found the script, they said it would be ready in 30-45 minutes! I went to pick it up within that time and it was still not filled. It took them pretty much 4 hours to fill this single, uncomplicated prescription which I was under the impression that it would be ready close to an after I dropped it off. From now on, I'm going next door to Signal Mountain Pharmacy.

I went in for a TB test at the minute clinic. The NP on Monday was super nice, provided a mask and explained everything. When I went back on Thursday, a new NP was there. She had called me at 9:00 AM telling me to come in early instead of 11:00 and have my test read. I got there at 10:20 and she rudely told me to wait in my car because she’s seeing others before me. She also said she cannot see me without a mask and I “should have never been let in here.” I don’t even live on the mountain and went out of my way to get here earlier per her request. As long as she’s working, I will not be going back.

Ms.Denny was great!!! So kind and got to me as quick as she could. Worked through her lunch break to see me, most would not have done that! Really appreciate her!!

The other day I went in to buy a Powerade. The short employ Caroline was at the register. She was on her phone talking for at least 5 minutes before I finally was able to get her attention. At which point she screamed at me that she was having a phone call and that I shouldn’t be such an “impatient n***er” needless to say I left and this will be the last time I shop at this CVS.

Awful. Always has been. You have to jump through hoops to get your medicine. Couldnt get my prescription refilled even though I presented the lady with a refill slip. Instead she kept it and said I would have to come back. Ill take it somewhere else for sure.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Won't accept insurance card for prescription pickup when by law it's accepted. Would go somewhere else

CVS staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy does a great job with prescription refills. I’ve found them to be knowledgeable and efficient.

Standard CVS pharmacy. Will text you when your prescription is filled. Has a drug delivery service (I've not used the service). They are open later than the grocery store.

The customer service here is horrific. There is a wonderful pharmacy right across the street. Do yourself a favor and go there. I will never shop at the Signal Mountain store again

They lied about my medicine cost and blamed it on the insurance but they never put my insurance in the system. Don't trust them. Neither should you.

Pesimo servicio al cliente. Trabajo en un centro medico y les refiero paciente y ellos tienen la misma opinion. No hay etica, violan HIPA. Hablan delante de los pacientes sus problemas de insatisfaccion laboral. Yo he ido de paciente y mientras hago la fila es horrible lo que se habla. El nivel de insatisfaccion es grande y el nivel de chusmeria tambien.. He optado por darle farmacias alternativas a los pacientes.
