Staff is always friendly. It's a pretty busy store. I love that there actually are a couple aisles where everything is just $1. That helps a lot when you need basic household stuff. Overall, there's a little bit of everything, and I like just browsing around. There's also a Redbox kiosk on site :)

This particular store seems more mom and pop laid back compared to the others around. Nice place to pick up the odds and ends you forget when shopping. The proximity thow is right where it should be because there isn't anything for miles.

It's only getting 4 stars because of the ONE woman who was working tonight. She deserves a raise big time . This store gets a -1 . This poor employee was all by herself with a line to the back of the store , plus a crazy lady with a return Being difficult, a lady with 50 kids asking her to discount a blow up pool, and it was hot as for hellos in that place. This store keeps getting worse. May I add u could not get down any aisle due to the freight that needed to be stocked..... get this girl some decent help!!!!

They only always have one line open an u have to wait for ever to check out people will be lined up all the way threw the store. While other employees are just standing around that could be doing checkouts to.

I consider "my dollar store" the one in Russellville. It is always a mess and almost always is missing something from my "to get" list. None of the other Hamblen county dollar stores are this bad with this certain issue. However, the employees are friendly and helpful which is what keeps my business.

This place is not stocked with anything that they advertize.At any given time the shelves will be cluttered and not organized.Poor poor mangement and too frequent breaks for only a few workers and lines with stay backed up while other cashiers do nothing but smoke.Very dirty at any given time and unstocked..Also if u don't preload your coupons before u go shop IF u find your item you'll spend too much pay regular price.Dont bother calling district manager cause they will laugh it off as a joke.They will not take complaints serious.

This Dollar General is my favorite!! (Especially when Pam is working! :-)) They are all very friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have or recommend something if that may be the case !!

Everything is easy to find. And the cashiers/staff is the friendliest of all the Dollar Generals I've been to between Hamblen, Hawkins, Grainger, Hancock, and Jefferson Counties!!

Shelves are no longer well stocked. Freight from the truck is left everywhere. Very hard to get in and out. Can not easily get up and down isles due to stock everywhere.,

Has a variety in stock. But as for the prices and the quality of some items... I'd rather plea the 5th.Like it goes for everything; just go for *quality ñot quatity*.

The coconut water is just a dollar which is dope if they stayed open later tho that would seal the deal I hate making the Walmart scene late at night

Dollar General has better prices than Wal-Mart on a wide selection of merchandise and Dollar General has more convenient locations.
