A Hand 2 Heal is by far the best experience of my life. Tina has taken great care of me for almost a decade with her knowledge and medical massage. I couldn’t even cough without dropping to the floor in pain and she got me past that and oh, so much more. I took my 92 year-old dad to her over a year ago and after only one treatment, he still raves at the fact that his back no longer hurts. Anything I order is delivered very quickly. My only complaint is that A Hand 2 Heal is no longer in Oklahoma!!

A great stop for your health food needs and more!My wife Loves the organic coffee and many of their allergen friendly options!As far as the Muscle Manipulation Massage Be warned it hurts. But i can NOW use my shoulder in ways I haven't been able to in 10 years. And my back is staying in place something that after getting many adjustments by a chiropractor would not stay remedied for long!NOW IT IS MUCH MUCH BETTER!Thank You So Much Tina!
