This store is a mess. Have trouble getting a buggy down the aisle. Always out of what you want. But the night time people are always ready to help you and very nice they need to get some stain removal in .its been about 3 months now.

This store needs better management. I have never been so disappointed with this store till now. Nothing is on the shelfs ever. For the most part the employees are very friendly. But some one needs to check out why they can't keep help. I see new cashier and stock people everyday. This store needs some serious attention 😒.

I love this store , the employees in the morning go above and beyond for us and the general manager chris I can tell works really hard and always is happy to help me when I have any questions or need an item I cannot find .Everyone is very friendly everytime I visit the store compared to other stores that don’t acknowledge customers that shop there .Keep up the good work !

The customer service there is always great but the manager on duty,Stacie,is ALWAYS WONDERFULLY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY AND EXTRA HELPFUL!!! She's a true gem and deserves full praise!!! My family loves coming in there,especially whenever she's working!! She needs a BIG raise!!! Dollar General,don't let this one go!!!!!

I can usually get in and out of any Dollar General Store pretty quickly. The prices are reasonable considering I usually shop there for an emergency item. And the store is small enough that I can walk up front to ask an employee about something.

Store always looks dirty. Never stock good. Stocking cart's always sitting in way. Your store went down hill. And mask required but worker's don't even wear them. So how can you ask customers to wear them when your employees don't. But not all customers do.

I am usually at this store at least once a week. I have been in there the past 3 days, it has not been stocked, you cant qet down iles for the very same stuff still setting in iles. No dogfood. Several customers complaining. I have not seen the girls im used to in there. Theres new help i guess. Wont go back till it gets back the way ive been used to it being.

I have to stop at the store on the way home. But I believe from now on I’ll be going the extra 10 minutes to a different store. The store smells bad, the floors are very nasty, there’s always stock buggies in the aisle and you can’t get through, and today when I went to stop and get some milk there were huge cockroaches squished all in front of the door. It’s so disgusting in there.

I’m sorry I don’t usually write negative reviews but this DG is disaster! The shelves are always empty yet there are boxes and boxes of stuff in the aisles! You can barely push your cart down the aisle. It’s very frustrating. Today makes the third day I have visited the store in Riceville and came away empty handed because what I needed (that is generally on the shelf) was nowhere to be found. Only 2 workers there. PLEASE HIRE AND TRAIN some new employees.

The clerk behind the cash register was wonderful and friendly we got a diet drink by mistake so we traded it with no problem. She helped us find what we wanted and was very friendly great shopping experience thank you.

I just left from there and they are rude and disrespectful I want corporate to no that the employees today there were very rude and have a attitude I rather drive about 5 or 6 more miles to the Athens one people need to realize that's their job I waited on some one for about 5 minutes so I used self check out and it didn't take cash so I used it anyway no one was up front they need better employees to be up front not all over the store

It's a typical Dollar General, overstocked and damn near impossible to get up and down the aisles. Especially when you have a service dog...I was so afraid we were going to knock something off of a display out in the walk way or off the shelves due to having to get close in order to shimmy by. If you're going to sell that much stuff?? Build a bigger store, like the DG in Dover, TN, they're an awesome store!! And they sell fresh fruit and veggies and fresh meat!!

I enjoy shopping here, sometimes it's a little cluttered and hard to get around but as there are only a few employees working to get the stuff stocked on the shelves, I understand it's a working progress that takes time. The staff is friendly and I always find good deals.

Love Dollar General! Love the idea of them being in the middle of no where. You will be driving, and all of the sudden oh there's a Dollar General. I'm a Tennessean, so love the fact that it's a Tennessee owned company. If my Dollar General sold groceries, I would never go to Wal-Mart again!! Thanks Dollar General keep up the good work.

Love shopping at the moment because I can get more for my money abd the brands are just as well as the name brand kinds you can buy. Pretty friendly staff members at this store. They are very helpful when you have a question or just downright need help with something.

If you need just a few items, this is a great place to get in and get out. Not every DG has the same layout though, so you get to look through isles which isn't bad.

8 out of 10 trips to the dollar General there card reader has problems, and says I put in my pin number wrong (I always put in slow so I make sure it's right) it normal rakes 3 times of running my card before it goes thur. I would rather go to Wal-Mart then go into there.
