Melissa and al Paterson are not helpful and don't want to work. I came to print a paper, but they didn't want to talk back to me and don't want to help me print out paper . Every love travel stop I go, they are helpful and nice but this store is unhelpful and mad people. Maybe because I'm an immigration

I rarely leave positive reviews on truck stop because most of them are trash and treat truck driver like trash. However, this one was a decent one. The people were nice and the parking lot was easy to get in and out of. They only have a few fuel islands. However, there were 3 of 4 open when I pulled in. Got a shower and was on my way. A+++++

I think this is one of the best locations. I’m a OTR Driver I look for a safe, friendly, clean area to park my truck. The people here are very nice; I never have any issues when I come here

One of my favorite love's. It's always quiet when I stop here. Lots of parking, fuel islands are never backed up. Staff inside is very nice and friendly. They always have fresh subs prepared for a quick grab of you don't want ro wait in line at subway. Clean restrooms. Just everything about this travel stop is what love's is all about

Would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for the bearded kid working at Subways making my sandwic the way he wants it rather than the other way around. I gave him a simple request of putting the mayo on the bread. He started putting it on the meat. I reminded him again and he said, "Yeah i know" and proceeded putting the mayo on the meat. I told him to put the tomato first. He put the bell pepper on the sandwich first. When i reminded him again, he said "putting the tomato on top prevents everything from falling out." Couldn't believe how dumb he was. The BREAD prevents the meats and veggies from falling out, not the tomato. Either the kid isn't too bright and has a listening comprehension issue, or he's got a narcissistic behavior. Amazing in a very bad way.

Passing through to Jackson with 2 little girls and the woman’s restroom was so clean! That means more than folks understand. The whole building was clean with very nice employees. They all were wearing masks but I believe they all were smiling

I love most of the Loves station. I have to take one of the stars off because parking is only for one hour which is not a good amount of time to rest when it's late and rainy. I would probably feel worse if I fell into a deep sleep and had to wake up and drive. I did call to get permission to stay longer and they were ok with that. Otherwise I would have left without filling up my tank and it would have been a two to three star review. I didn't go to the bathroom so I don't know if it's clean. The employees seem nice and the price for gas is reasonable.

Loves is a very clean and unique place. They have several food choices including fresh fruit. Rest rooms are very nice and clean. Also has a subway that I enjoy eating out

Nice and clean. Love the newer stores. Let's hope management keeps it clean. New age Subway, sit-down area, employee even washed hands in-between customers. Tastes great also.Very nice huge showers, Even Washer n dryer!!!***MANAGEMENT PLEASE keep this location clean. So many new locations are filthy after a year. It's like they haven't cleaned at all. It's sad to go into a new location that has grime along the walls and floors but a Petro that's 30 years old and absolutely spotless!

The sub that i got there was way too expensive and did not fill me up. The soda i got there made me sick. I hope they sanitize their coke machines. Dollar General has buy 2 get 1 free on red bull 8.5 ounce. Their selling 1 for about 3$. I do like the environment. It is updated

Courteous crew. Good snacks and food. Clean restrooms. The drink machine flavor add ins (cherry, vanilla, lime) never seem to work when I go and have a soda craving.

I'm an OTR driver. I've traveled all across the U.S. several times. Unfortunately, this load brought me here. I am familiar with the Loves Greeting extended to every customer as they enter the store; "Hi welcome to Loves"... Not this time. I walked in to stares as if to say what are you doing here. Went to the register with items to purchase and had to wait because cashier didn't know how to ring up customer in front of me so he walked out. As he's leaving the manager approached her and the runs to the door to ask the customer to come back So she can ring him up. So as a line starts to form the other cashier opens other line to help (remember now I was next in line). Manager help cashier ring up customer things and walked off. Cashier scan my items told me the price and slid the item back across the counter to me. I had to request a bag.AT NO POINT DID THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I WAS A PERSON PAYING WITH THE SAME COLOR MONEY AS EVERYONE ELSE. ALL THE COULD SEE WAS THE COLOR OF MY SKIN.Customer service here is worst than any other state I been to. So if you feel proud about representing Loves as you have, give yourselves 5 stars... I give you 0 but I have to touch 1.

Great. Spot easy to get in and out of gas area and they have a subway next door joining the building, food quick and easy while you get gas is perfect for travel

The store has a very nice amount of product for such a small store. It has friendly faces, and the cleanest bathrooms of any gas station or restaurant nearby. I'd recommend getting the beer bratwurst on their roller grill if you're nearby.

Stopped there early Sunday morning (1:50AM) to refresh and recharge and I used the restroom, which was clean & well maintained.I got a 20 Oz. bottle of Cherry Coke which was kept delightfully cold as a cold beverage should be in Love's refrigerated beverage case.I got a large 4 cup package of Reese's peanut butter cups.Lastly I got $15.00 of unleaded regular gas . And now not only was I recharged and refreshed but so was "Smoke"(the nickname of my courageous and soon to be officially an 'antique' come 2022 car).Thanks Love's 👍, appreciate it & ya'll da 💣!!

So this location had an ad up for Centramatic balancers and I was about to order a set for my Ford Excursion. At the counter they knew nothing about it and recommended I call the number on the ad. So I call the number which turns out to be.Centramatic, they tell me it is a Love's promotion that they have nothing to do with and that I need to call Loves. So I contacted Loves through the "contact us" page on their web page and explain everything. They replied that they aren't going to honor the ad. The ad they created, the ad with their company name on it, The ad they put on the wall of their business, the ad that is even on their website. On top of all of this the man I finally got to speak with on the phone, obviously didn't care and was about as rude as he could be. My days of patronizing Loves travel stops has come to an end. I will push my truck past a Loves to the next place just to avoid giving them another cent of my money.
