Not a lot of Starbucks here in Knoxville. This one just reopened. Super clean inside great staff all the food and beverages are great. There's even some outside seating. However inside there's really not a lot of great seating if you're trying to sit and work. A couple of individual tables a big communal table and a few seats with padded chairs and side table kind of things. Not a lot of places to tuck in and have any type of privacy or quiet to work.PS turning left out of this parking lot entrance is a major pain in the butt!

The reason I come to this drive-thru location because it's convenient for me, but dozens of times I was very disappointed and dissatisfied because they always mess up my orders and all my venti-sized drinks were never filled up to the top. Most of the times they were 2/3 full. I've been paying $6.50 for a hot venti soy matcha tea latte and they still cheated on me. It's so sad and so wrong of them to do that. Plus, a few times they handed me my drink with it being spilled over and the outside of the cup got really dirty and messy looking. Attached below is proof with a picture of my drink that they handed straight to me at the drive-thru. I've been to dozens of different Starbucks locations in my life, and this is the WORST Starbucks location that I have been to since the past 25 years of my life being a regular Starbucks drinker. 😡🤬

I didn’t know how to properly order because I never go to Starbucks, (Dunkin’ is better) but I wanted something really sweet and chocolate like a mocha , and the girl at the register was super nice, amazing! But the coffee had no sugar at all, tasted like water mixed with foam. Was terrible. Sweet/Mocha= sugar, chocolate. It was the opposite of what I asked for, what a waste of $5 for that grande whatchamacallit. But at least the cup is pretty

The service at this location is always exceptional. If I could give that 5 stars alone I would. However, Starbucks corporate needs to take a serious look at where they’re cutting costs. The cups are soooo thin. Like half the thickness they used to be. Several times in the 6 months or so the cup collapses when I pick it up. I’ve been burnt, I’ve ruined a $130 shirt and $100 tie. If I order tea or espresso then it’s always double cupped because of the heat difference. The app has no option to add an extra cup and doesn’t have a comment/request box when you order to be able to request one. If the cups were thicker it would make them more sturdy and less conductive of heat. Kill two birds with one stone. Do better corporate. Your retail employees shouldn’t have to get a 3 star review for 5 star service just because you’re charging more for cheaper products.

Don’t go here after morning. I ordered a large macchiato, I literally got a large cup of milk for $7 I couldn’t even believe it. Literally a few DROPS of coffee and the rest milk. Also didn’t have the espresso shot I ordered In it. I was the ONLY person there so it’s impossible they were just “busy” I wish I got a picture it was literally a large cup of milk I’m not exaggerating at all. It was some 20 year old dude with long hair at the drive thru.

Came here both during the morning and afternoon and had drastically different experiences. Morning crew was rude, stuck up and didn't seem very customer oriented at all. My drink wasn't even hot and the manager was too busy snapping at her employees to actually acknowledge me when I wanted to inquire about a refund. However I previously came here during the afternoon and the experience was much more pleasant. The snooty manager wasn't there and the guy at the counter actually bothered to listen to my order and make it right. They were incredibly pleasant and much more coordinated than morning crew. Disgusting excuse of a manager needs to be fired as soon as possible and morning crew needs to get their stuff together.

To preface this...I order pink drinks DAILY. I order extra base, no ice (at several Starbucks in tri city as I travel alot). I happily tipped $2 for the"trouble" Not only was I charged for "no ice", I watched the lady unenthusiastically make it wrong ( drk haired guy took my order). I told the young guy who said "I'll make sure"...but didn't. My drinks were both too milky for my taste. I told them, without him or her rectifying the situation. She looked angry the whole time (bad day, perhaps??) So I asked for more base plz. I won't be back.

Not a great experience at all. Sadie was extremely rude to the point where I had ask to speak to a manager. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but from experience in customer service this is a terrible way to treat people who spend money at your business. The manager was kind and did want to make the situation better but it’s ridiculous this even happened.

I go through this location’s drive-thru at least once every week at around 5:45/6:00am. I order through the app before I get there, and my order is always ready, waiting, fresh, and consistent. The employees are so kind that early in the morning, and I rarely have anything wrong with my order. Just wanted to give the good folks at this location a shout-out, because this is my pre-work pick-me-up, and they’re so appreciated!

Poor experience on every effort we have made to patronize this store. I have a favorite at Starbucks called Verona Blond; but after early morning hours apparently the only way you can get it is to agree to what they term “a pour over" which results in a very bitter and strong tasting coffee that is quite the opposite of what that particular product is if prepared correctly. I am sick of their excuses and such poor service therefore we won't return to any of them.

The service was fast, the employees were curteous, and the seating area was very clean. It is a typical Starbucks experience for their locations that area contained within grocery stores. There were also free eggnog latte samples available.

The lid was placed on a raspberry whatever but it was not tight and slowly spilled out a third of the drink onto my seat in my car on the way back home staining it for the price it's not worth it anyway especially not when it rains the interior of your car and cost you a third of the drink because they can't put a lid on properly
