We've been to Creekside Sno twice now when passing through the Knoxville/Powell area-- once during their training period and another after their grand opening. I cannot say enough good things about this sno ball shop! Their menu is expansive-- check out their Facebook page for new featured flavor combos. My fiancé tried the S'mores featured flavor during our last stop and is still talking about it! They offer sugar free flavors, non-dye flavors for allergies, delish toppings and all the classics as well! I personally recommend the silver fox that tastes just like lucky charms marshmallows! They can even put ice cream in the middle to make it an especially welcome treat on a hot TN day! The staff has been super friendly and helpful both times, and the owners are a local family that have an undeniable love for their community. They have Cornhole and giant Jenga setup in their large adjacent lawn with plenty of chairs/beaches and a fire pit for the night time as well. We loved the Creekside Sno sign photo op! :) So glad we found this place and can't wait to come back! Also, go ahead and order the large--you know you want to! :)

Great business. Friendly staff and a cute place to escape to. The sno cones/snowballs range from traditional flavors to unique ones…..even with ice cream in the middle with wild toppings. I was unaware you could do so much with these. The grass area is great for kids. They even have a fire pit and lawn games. I would recommend!!!

I have been anticipating the opening and seen they were having a soft opening! I decided to stop and support a local business and was not disappointed. I chose banana and coconut creme and it was delicious. They are training this week so be considerate as they work out the kinks of opening. I look forward to many more visits with the family. My only suggestion for improvement is no smoking or vaping in the ordering area..😶‍🌫️ I was smoked out by another guest while waiting for my tasty treat. ❤️✌️

Creekside Sno is such a great spot to grab a refreshing sno ball and hangout with friends! The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was great! I highly recommend the butter beer sno ball stuffed with ice cream and condensed milk on top! If you haven’t been to this place, definitely check it out! BEST SNO BALL IN TOWN!!

Best place to grab a cool treat. Georgia peach with vanilla ice cream and sweet cream is my favorite. My wife and daughter love the strawberry with ice cream. The people that run this place are extremely friendly as well, not to mention it is a nice place to hang out with the family.

Best sno balls in Knoxville. Hands down. I've been in TN for four years now and every summer I visit different snowball stands looking for sno balls like we had back home and I finally found it. Creekside sno. You have to try them if you haven't.

Had a great experience with Creekside Sno, I have 7 children and they all loved it and me and my wife really enjoyed it. They have created a great atmosphere with the fenced in yard and picnic tables where the kids can enjoy their delicious treat and run off some of the energy! Will definitely be return customers!!!

Love the atmosphere of this place - great area outside for enjoying snocones and playing games with the family. We visit almost weekly and they have new flavors and recipes all the time! Cannot recommend enough.
