We worked closely with Tyra to figure out the right flooring for our home with 3 small pets. Tyra was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and prompt at providing a quote for our needs.Floor Co. pricing was very fair and I believe their customer service cannot be beat. The installers were also very prompt and friendly and the work they did with our new floors was amazing.I cannot say enough positive things about the entire team at Floor Co. Our new floors look amazing and we get so many compliments. We love how much our new floors transformed the look of our home and we had such a great experience working with Tyra and her team.We still have another project/area of the home that needs a refresh and we will absolutely work with Floor Co. again in the future.Pics attached show our “before” with builder grade carpet which Floor Co replaced (“after”) with beautiful, durable LVP.

Tyra was amazing. She came to my home to take the measurements and then helped me pick the perfect flooring for my concrete slab. Rickey and Chris were the installers and they were very professional. They removed and disposed of my old floor, moved and replaced my appliances and furniture without any issues and laid the floor perfectly. Would definitely recommend Floor Co.!!

We had 3 rooms carpeted by Floor Co. last year and they did a wonderful job. They were timely, reasonably priced, and very customer-focused. We had a small issue with the coloring of the room transition strips, but they quickly replaced them with a better color match (no extra charge). These guys are pros.

I walked in one afternoon to look at carpet samples for a bedroom. The showroom had plenty to choose from. They showed up that day for measurements, and we settled on capet type and color. The price beat everybody. 2 days later, the installation was completed in just a few hours. Very reliable and punctual crew. Thankyou FLOOR CO!

We went here about a year ago to replace our carpeted home with luxury vinyl planks. The experience was great! Prices were reasonable, the lady in the office was very friendly and professional, the installers we're also both friendly and professional and the product itself is fantastic. After a year with the new floors, we're happy to report that there has been no issues. Maintenance is easy, floor is holding up well (even with 3 dogs, 2 humans and a cat) and it continues to look great.

We have just had our entire house refloored, except the two bathrooms, and the new luxury vinyl planks are beautiful. We had the Amber Oak shade installed. Wanda at the office was a great help getting this major project lined up and completed. The installers, Ricky and Shelby, showed up promptly each morning. Dallas had estimated one week to complete the job. The guys started on a Monday and finished on Thursday morning! They moved everything out and put it all back. They cleaned up after themselves. And, they worked around our seventeen years old scaredy cat, Cellie, and our three dogs, Bella, Harley, and Miss B. We couldn't be more pleased with our new floors or the excellent service delivered by the staff of D&M Discount Floors. Thank you Guys!!!
