This place has the best fast food mozzarella sticks. Their jalapeño poppers are quite good as well. The staff in the lobby are so polite! I came inside to pick up a mobile order, and after seeing me hesitate at the pickup shelf, they kindly offered "those items are all together". I wasn't even embarrassed for hesitating, I was proud of the staff for speaking up in such a helpful way. So many times I have been given the cold shoulder in other similar restaurants, the staff here have just the perfect personality/approach to their jobs. If you haven't gone to Arby's in a while, here's your sign to try it out again!

This place is a joke. I went through the drive thru and got two beef and cheddars. But when I got home it was nothing but crums, no slices of meat at all, and to top it off they put them on sesame seed buns. The beef n cheddar doesn't come on a sesame seed bun. And I have diverticulitis so the seeds aren't doable for me. So it was a complete waste of time and money for me

Simple request of a #5 (chicken, bacon, swiss) with no tomatoes and a dr pepper to drink. I waited five minutes at the speaker to take my order, I then waited another ten to receive my order... with tomatoes. Glad my allergies have subsided over the years... or this bite of tomatoe could've shut this Arby's down for good!Edit/update: 8/12/21... figured I'd stop in and give Arby's another go. Same order: #5 no tomatoes, dr pepper, and a slider.... well, they took the phrase "slider" literally I guess, as it was disassemble inside my bag when I received it. (Also when did they start using plastic grocery bags?) No napkins or the sauce requested. Sandwich of course, had tomatoes... also had to "pull around the front of the building" and wait 8-10 minutes for my food.Last visit here for me fellas. I don't want to die on the way home in case my allergies ever act up again.

Food consistently great. Priority (for the 5 yrs we've periodically visited this location) never seems to be on cleanliness. Many tables dirty this time. Appeared plenty of staff and not busy. We do wonder if the appearance of dining room is a reflection on just how clean it's in the food prep area--we hope not! We would stop more often, if management put an effort into cleaning more.

Used a coupon to purchase a family meal and the cashier let us keep it to re-use! Place was practically empty and we enjoyed our time there.Parking: Almost all spots empty with a large lot right next to it.

I've eaten here many times. They are open till midnight, which is very convenient. However, their service is rancid during the daytime. From missing items to poor attitudes and stale food, the list seems to get longer when I visit during the day. However, the night crew is the only reason I keep coming back they are always on point on everything, rain or moonlight, even annoyingly near close. Everything is always right and fresh.

The food was good but it would of been nice to have all the food in the bag after being at the hospital for so long and you was hungry and you ordered food to eat because it was to late to go home to cook them you get going down the road and come to find out all your food wasn't in the bag I'm not going to drive all the way back to Portland from Westmoreland we just lost money and didn't get all are food the workers need to slow down and make sure everything is right

The food was hot and tasted decent, nothing too special. But the service was amazing! I went through the drive thru and the young man (I didn’t get his name) that worked the window late last night (around 10:40 pm on 7/5) was so nice. He gave me a water cup for my dog and even gave her a small squirt of whipped cream in a bowl. Very great experience!

I went today and the young man who took my order was super nice and easy to understand. I wish i could give 10 stars instead of five. When i asked if the roast beef sandwich comes plain he said yes sir it does. I even told him right there at the window what i thought of his service. Even the lady who took my money to pay for the order was super sweet. 10/5 suggest

I might regret posting this later because everytime I give a fast food a good Google review the next time I'm disappointed.Let's hope that's not the case.This location has never failed at anything any time I have been there. My husband is in law enforcement and when I got off work this was the place I stopped and got his dinner when he was on the grave yard shift it was always fresh and perfect. Now I don't go as often since he's on days. But again when I do just as I did last night great service and the food was excellent. Keep up the excellent work!

I went in on a Sunday after church, I got my food quick and easy, with it still hot n' fresh. The workers here are so nice and have been for as far back as I can remember, making sure every dish is served up to perfection. I highly recommend this place as it is family safe with lots of indoor seating and a drive thru. Not only are they concerned about making a profit, but even more so ensuring that each and every customer had an excellent experience and come back soon!

Ordered the new hushpuppy breaded fish on the app. A 5 piece. Get to the restaurant and their shake machine is messed up. Can't get my chocolate shake. No tartar sauce for my fish either. Then I get all the way home and they gave me a 3 piece.

Should of read the reviews before we came back here !! Our order was messed up and they left 2 sandwichs out we live way out so it's not like we can turn around and fix it . Orderer a regular blueberry drink he said he missed it charged us 3.05 to fill the cup with ice and then the drink about a half inch below the top like thanks for the 3oz buddy . $45 for nothing thanks guys. You'd be better off finding somewhere else depressing when you love Arby's and don't have it localy

Good food and friendly service! First not so good visit yesterday, Tuesday July 30. Waited a solid 15 minutes after ordering to receive food. Looked like staff were filling drive through orders faster than counter orders. Will definitely return again and hope this was just an anomaly.

This is by far the best Arby's I have ever visited. The managers have a knack for picking out the friendliest employees, and they always have a smile on their face. Customer service is above excellent here, and they rarely, if ever, screw up an order. But if they do, don't fret! They always make it right and then some! I would definitely recommend this Arby's to anyone who wants great food in a friendly atmosphere.

Rude employees (Aalyha), the food was not good, and the wait was long even though there was no one in front of us. I will never go to this Arby's again.
