My panther chameleon, Lugosi, has been struggling with eye issues recently. I was frantically seeking a vet to see him 2 weeks ago, and we were recommended to Wild Things. We have been twice, and have been thoroughly impressed with both visits. They’ve been able to get us in same day for both visits! This is probably one of the cleanest clinics I’ve ever been to, and all members of the staff are knowledgeable, kind, passionate, and informative. I was given multiple options for care, and was able to make an informed decision for Lugosi. Considering the exotic nature of my pet, the price is more than fair. I would highly recommend Wild Things AH to all of my fellow reptile parents! 🖤

Brought one of our lambs who had been bitten by one of our dogs in. They saw him less than 30 minutes to close and stitched him up good to go. Very professional and if you have an exotic/farm animal they treat them just as they do any other pet. Highly recommend them!

Recently switched our three dogs to this vet and could not be happier with that decision. All of the staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, comforting, and kind. My pointer recently got into the trash and ate a whole chicken and the staff stayed over an hour and a half past closing time to make sure my dog was ok and had the best care possible. They remember the owners and their dogs and we genuinely feel they care about us. Also love that they are 100% up front with all pricing. 10/10 would recommend!!!

We are traveling and realized our dog needed a couple up updated vaccines prior to boarding (last minute opportunity) Wild Things gave us a last min appt when we called from 5 miles away. They were the most kind staff I’ve ever come across, the clinic is beautiful and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. If I lived here, this would be my choice of vet clinic.

If you live in the Nashville area and have an exotic pet in your family, please read: My son’s little Gecko has had a scary past 24 hours—I’ll spare you the gross and pitiful details. Having taken our Gecko and Bearded Dragon friends to several vets who claim to know reptiles, I dreaded making calls to find someone truly qualified to potentially operate on him urgently this morning. Fortunately, I was referred to a clinic called Wild Things Animal Hospital that was able to fit us in. The two female vets (women docs rock!) specialize in exotics, as you can probably tell by the tortoise wallpaper and dried worm snacks in the treat jar—but they provide care to dogs, cats, ducks, turtles, pigs, and all kinds of animals most vets don’t see in office. And they really know reptiles, from husbandry to healthcare. They’re in Pleasant View, around 25 minutes north of Nashville, but well worth the drive! Dymo didnt need surgery (today anyway) and there’s a green-eyed, blonde-haired human boy walking around with a happier heart tonight. Thank you, Wild Things!

An absolutely phenomenal experience with Dr. Reidelberger & her entire staff.My 10ish year old Dachshund fell ill quickly and needed to have his spleen & a mass removed after a tumor burst in his belly. The emergency vet I was at called Wild Things the night before & scheduled an emergency surgery for Steeve less than 12 hours later. The staff at Wild Things made sure Steeve was well cared for prior to, during, and after surgery - the staff keep me up to date on his progress as well as the reality and dangers of the surgery. After his surgery Steeve needed a blood transfusion due to the amount of blood he had lost during the surgery and before (due to internal bleeding from the tumor), the staff was able to quickly get him blood from an employee’s pup. They hands down saved every bit of Steeves life & gave me my happy, stupid, adorable, idiotic pupper back.I can not express my gratitude enough towards the staff at Animal Things. They have a customer for life with Steeve and his brother Indy, as well as any other pet that may come into our lives.

The staff and doctors at Wild Things Animal Hospital are the best. My dog recently got into some rat poison in my brother's garage (my fault) and I arrived at the hospital 5 minutes before closing time. Dr. Pasquinelly and the staff stayed for hours after close to complete treatment and make sure my dog was out of the woods.The staff's genuine love for animals shines through in every interaction. Their expertise, compassion, and professionalism made me feel confident in my dog's care. The facilities are top-notch, and the follow-up care was outstanding.

Recently moved to the area from out of state and got rescheduled here from another vet clinic due to weather. The care Wild Things Animal Hospital provided to my pup was outstanding. You can tell this team really has a passion for caring and veterinary medicine. Dr. Reidelberger and her tech went above and beyond for my Toby, who is already feeling better! I will also add that this is the most beautiful vet clinic I've been to.

I highly recommend Wild Things! They took my sweet Emma last minute Thanksgiving weekend for emergency surgery. All other hospitals refused or wanted to price gouge. Wild Things pricing was upfront, honest, and fair. They didn’t hesitate to care for our sweet chihuahua baby. My husband and I cannot thank you enough for the excellent care you provided. We found our new veterinary home and will be returning.

I cannot recommend them enough, very friendly and accommodating staff. Prices are very reasonable, not like some other places that charge $100 for the pleasure of walking through the door. So if you are in the area or not, please give Wild Things a try!

Really appreciate them accommodating us and getting our dog in to be seen on the same day even though his condition wasn't emergent. I am 40 weeks pregnant and was worried about getting him seen should he get worse and I go into labor. After calling several vets in the area one of the emergency clerks recommended I give them a call. They were so good to us, Buster had a great experience, and they followed up with us via text a few days later to check in. We will be back for our other pups for sure!

This place literally saved my shepherds life. They stayed after hours to care for my dog. I’ve never been to a vet that cared so much for animals. Another clinic almost killed my dog. They saved her!

We have a new kitten that was getting sick. She had been seen by another clinic the week before. We tried calling that clinic because we were concerned. They forgot to get back to us. Wild Things not only kept us on the phone but was able to get us in right away. Next day she was still pretty sick. They worked us in even though they were busy. I'm thankful they did bc our kitty needed a little more treatment and medicine. We will be moving all of our cats to this clinic moving forward. My only wish is that they'd be open at least partly on Saturdays but we can work around that.

Our experience at WildThings Animal Hospital was exceptional! The veterinarian took the time to explain our pups illness in detail. They were thorough and took his time to answer our questions. The on-site laboratory was as very convenient and we received our pets results 10-15 minutes We are very impressed with staff at WildThings as well. They were friendly and caring during our first visit. We will definitely return for all of our animal care needs!

I came here after another vet office in town recommended them as they were not accepting new patients. The doctor I saw was very nice and the assistant was great with my dog. I am giving a one star because this office will not fill your prescription for another pharmacy electronically so you can not purchase prescriptions online from a place like chewy unless you get a paper prescription and mail it in. On top of that they charge $12 for the paper prescription. I believe this is so that you will purchase prescriptions from their pharmacy. I asked to have this fee waived and they refused. My dog was evaluated here and I paid everything in full. I am a physician and could not imagine charging anyone to send a prescription to regardless of the reason. This is obviously to make money. After this prescription runs out I will not be back. I am not going to allow my pet to recieve care from a place where the number one priority is profit and not whether a patient gets their medications!

We were in a true emergency with one of our fur babies and called Wild things when we were less than a minute from being there even (we live right down the road). We didn’t know if they could even help. We got there and as we ran through the door they were waiting for us and grabbed him. They tried for more than 15 minutes to get him back but it just wasn’t to be.I would recommend them regardless because of how hard they tried to bring back our loved one- until it became obvious that there was absolutely no way they could. Very wonderful Veterinarian and staff.They accept Care credit,my other vet won't but they do luckily for my nine pups at eight weeks to be given first round of three sets of shots working up to rabies vaccination.Will bring my three adult dogs to them as well.Excellent animal hospital for your pets!!!!
