Victoria is wonderful with my dog Bailey! She hates getting her nailed trimmed but Victoria calms her and makes it a pleasant experience. Oh, and her baths are awesome… she smells SO good!

Truthfully this place used to be absolutely amazing, I've told so many people about this place. However, recently they are impossible to get ahold of. Myself and others have called and left voicemail after voicemail... yet no response, can't even get them to answer the phone. But I genuinely loved their work, the best groomer in the are Truthfully. So its a shame I have to give less than 5 stars.

I live locally but I am an over the road truck driver. Victoria is one of the most amazing groomers for my boys. At first it was Charlie Brown and Sam Houston. Sam has never liked the groomers but her absolutely loves pampered paws. After we lost Charlie to cancer, we got a new puppy for Sam. Frank Sinatra was 8 weeks old. We purchased Frankie while on the road and immediately called Victoria so she could give us tips to prepare him for grooming. Victoria always manages to fit us into her tight schedule as I never know when I coming or going. My boys absolutely love her.

As soon as I walked in I felt at peace. They did a great job on my chihuahua mix! It was his first time being groomed, and I can tell he's loving the new trim. Also.... They were able to trim the nails of my bigger rescue baby (dane mix) who suffers from being traumatized. I've tried just about everything to get her nails trimmed, and they allowed me to help by holding her and talking to her. The process only lasts a few minutes and her nails look better than ever!

We took our 4 month old mini goldendoodle, Copper for his first grooming. As soon as we walked in, I could see the love and care they had for dogs. Copper's haircut was perfect and he didn't appear stressed in any way. This was a great first experience for him and us!!

Amazing job on my 2 dachshunds!! Best grooming experience by far especially for my long hair dachshund!! She cut their nails plus filed them! Plus she is open on Saturday! Couldn't have asked for a better groomer! Will definitely be back!

She’s really good with our dog. The only problem I have is that she lets all the dogs roam free instead of locking them up on one side of the building. So when she has my dog on the table they are all coming around him sniffing him and some are growling at him. He’s an anxious dog and doesn’t like it. And there’s plenty of room where she could pen them up. Other then that she’s great.

She did a great job with my dogs. We have a 100# black lab and she did well with him. He can be difficult. She was also great with my collie, who loves to be pampered.

Took my Great Pyrenees and Weimaraner to her 1 time a month for 3 months. She almost ruined my Pyrenees coat she wouldn't listen to how I wanted her cut , she did ruin my Weimaraners coat . Both of my babies hair started falling out and got sores all over them. My Pyrenees hair is growing back now and it's been 4 months since we've been to this lady. My poor Weimaraner coat is still not growing back and I was told it probably won't ever look right again. I do not recommend anyone to take any of your pets to her.

Victoria is an outstanding groomer. Having a standard poodle, I've been to my share of different groomers, but she is far and away the best. She seems to have a ton of experience, always listens to what I ask for, and always pays great attention to detail.

First visit large hairy dog blowing her coat and nails needed trimming big time. Amazing service! A nail trim even my vet couldnt do in three years. Amazing! Worth every penny.

I only took my three month old Australian Shepherd puppy there for a bath, so I can't comment on their grooming skills. But the staff was very friendly and the place was clean and he came home smelling great!

Had my mini pin nails cut, I didn't have the heart to cut them, Pampered Paws was awesome with him. I know he's walking better after them cutting them. Love this place!

This is a great place to take your cat or dog the owner is extremely nice and loves each and every pet that comes in there. She did an amazing job on both of my dogs. The cost was just right.
