This store does not value a good worker. Has unethical practices such as allowing a lot of smoke breaks for smokers. Also let’s frends and family hang out while their folks are working. Let’s the family member ring up her own family’s items several times a day. Has a hard working manager who hasn’t a clue how to manage. I would like to see the Pelham Dollar Store stay for convenience for the community but I fear if somebody doesn’t get a clue it is not going to continue.

The store is a mess and has been for months. Stock carts in every aisle can't get past them. Shelves not stocked. If it wasn't so convenient to just stop and get a few things I'd suggest revamping this store.

Not stocked well at all.We love it for convenience but hard to find what you need here anymore. Always out of stuff and takes forever to get them to restock it.
