Yummy yummy yummy. Gotta love this place. We found a ton of products we use on a reduced price. Non dairy yogurt was marked down to half price plus a bunch of meat and medicine as well. Some of the items even had coupons so we saved even more. The store was clean and employees happy to help. No issues and a five star experience for sure. Look in the back of the shelf to find the secret specials:) also in the paper goods section there is a spot for reduced items as well. Happy hunting! Also the fish fry is at the end of April:)

The last 2 times I went in the store my electric cart went dead at the back of the store causing me and my little grandson to have to push it. When first turned on the carts showed 100% charge but as soon as I got to the back of the store it went dead. Other than that service was great .

I called to complain of the lady with the blue hair standing right over my family trying to check out today, to get told it’s quicker to use the person check out, I get it but when the line is all the way to the freezer and you only have one or two check outs open! It is easier for us to scan and go to self check out. Tried to tell the lady to please back up a bit to just hear it’s her job yes I get it’s YOUR job to put stickers on items that can’t be bagged but NOT your job to be right on top of someone where your PHYSICALLY TOUCHING them! The manger was rude and brushed it off saying it’s her job and the SAID employee is hands down pretty much which okay I’m glad she is a good worker but at least tell her to stand back a little bit and have a little bit of understanding for your PAYING CUSTOMER instead of saying mhm yeah that is what she is spouse to do it’s policy!!! Definitely won’t be returning to Kroger in Paris tn!

So I walked in to Kroeger and was greeted with a lovely smile from a young woman named Dailey she pointed me in the direction of what I needed and sent me on my way happen to be that day I wasn't in the best of places her smile was so bright it lifted the cloud from over my head I walked outside and was so happy I was doing cartwheels and I am not a gymnist.thank you Dailey

Kroger has very good prices on bell peppers. I got a veg tray from produce section from $10'99 reduce to five dollars. Very good deal. Make sure to get a Kroger discount card it's free. I got a case of pop for 2.99 on sale with the card. Might be able to get an application online idk. I get money taken off my gas price too. I had a five dollar off any purchase of 25 I think. They send a small envelopes in the mail of coupons. I just rather shop at Kroger than Walmart which I hate going there it's the only other place to get groceries besides Kroger here in Paris Tn.

Drove from Gleason to Paris to purchase soy milk, I looked online to make sure they had it in stock and they did, but when I got to the store they didn’t, I was so unhappy that I drove to and from Gleason without being able to purchase soy milk. Kroger needs to correct their website, to reflect what they do and do not have in stock.

Kroger price guarantee is awesome. I just wish ALL of the fruits/veggies were USA products & purchased from local farmers that are within 20 miles of The Store. Local produce is better for me & my children!!!

First time ever being in a Kroger, was having trouble trying to figure out the coupons, the cashier named Cindy was such a great help. Cindy is a wonderful soul. She helped me figure it out and made sure before I walked out that I understood everything. I will now be doing my shopping at Krogers all thanks to Cindy! ❤️❤️

Twice now I've made an insta cart delivery order. Twice now no delivery. Twice now cancelled my order. Maybe Kroger needs to look into a new 3rd party delivery since insta cart sucks. Thanks for ruining a good thing Kroger had going for it. Looks like Kroger and I have parted ways. Thanks for nothing

Heather in Customer service isn’t very helpful at all when it comes to trying to cash ya paycheck when her equipment isn’t working properly instead of trying it again she will just hand you your check back like it’s not working call this 800 number to find out why, I have had issues with her and getting my checks cashed here since 2017 and she’s quite rude.

Great place but needs an upgrade of the store, it's been the same store for ever with minor changes being done 30plus years ago. Also now that all three stores vons, Albertsons, Kroger are under one company I suggest someone explain that Albertsons needs to replace Kroger in Paris because Albertsons has soooo much more and it's just a better store..

The Mega sales and Buy 10 sales are awesome ways to stock up. Some of the non sale items are over priced. The meat department is very good with some great deals. Deli is delicious but slightly expensive for a grocery store. Maybe worth it though to some people. Produce is fresh and good selection including organics.

The staff at Kroger is really friendly and very accommodating. Very knolwedgable about where items are located and even directed us to where they were. The butchers were really nice and welcoming to our needs of specific cuts and weights. Easily a better experience than i was anticipating. The only issue is their cart puller at the time doesn't pay attention to traffic.

First let me say I have gone to this Kroger for over 20 years and am loyal to a fault but this was too much. During this pandemic I would expect better especially since there are multiple cases of Covid running through the store. NO SOAP in the Ladies restroom. Both dispensers were out and there was a hand pump which was also out. Very few of their employees are wearing masks. Come on Kroger, you are better than this.

Today I received world-class service unexpectedly! I ordered food for the first time online through Instacart. The food that I ordered was for my mother, she is my Heart and a heart patient that has just had a triple bypass and a couple of stints. Moms diet and well-being is all I have thought about over the last three years I had been polarized, then I spoke with an angel posing as a kroger employee that assured that she would check the nutrition and double check that order, then Amber said she would also pray for my Mom, along with tears this brought relief. I believe in her prayer, I got the best service I could image receiving, unexpectedly.

All the workers are very friendly. The food/drink selection is great. I go here often since I have two babies and they have double seated carts. They always help load my groceries in the car which is a huge help so I can put my little ones in their car seats.

I love shopping at this Kroger. Their sale prices plus coupons equals great savings. Their produce and meats quality is better than the other grocery stores around. The daytime employees are so nice and helpful. The afternoon and evening crew isn't the best and at times can be rude. So if you are going to shop here, go during the dayshift on the weekdays.

Shopping the specials and using their e-coupons saved me almost $18 today. Made my total just over $50! And, as I'm single, this should last me about 2 weeks. Always clean and staff is very courteous and helpful. Love my local store!

I LOVE this store. They have very friendly people working there. They are ALWAYS willing to help you. The Manager is GREAT. You do not get that at any other stores here in Paris. I would give this store a 5 STAR if they could keep the SHELVES Stocked Better. I do not think the store is big enough for much storage. Im disabled & it is so frustrating for me to get ready, go to Kroger to buy what I need that is on sale, & there is none of the products there. I Here This Over & Over From Friends, Family & Other Shoppers In The Store. So then you have to get rain checks & wait weeks for the products to come in. Then they are picked over again. This store has a BIG BUSINESS, WHY CANT THEY AD ON TO THIS STORE. Also UPDATE IT SOME. I LOVE THE STORE, & The People That Work There.Not So Much For The Store.

Clean store, shelves neat & orderly, ample parking, quick check out with someone bagging the groceries. Found everything on my list plus some froze veggies on sale. NO pallets of restock items sitting around in the way. Courteous attendants.
