Now that DG has finally helped the employees clean up what previous lazy former employees left behind, the place is much better. Employees, Tonya, Corina, and Manager Paulette are amazing and very friendly. The guy who works there not so much. I recommend this store.

The store is neat and you can easily find anything you want quickly. The employees are extremely friendly. However I would like for Dollar General to remodel this store and possibly make it into one of their small market stores there is only one in Henry County toward the lake be nice to have one in town.

I am compelled to edit my previous review of which I did not think could get any worse but it did. The only reason I can give one star is because the staff tries so hard to accommodate their customers by digging through boxes and climbing over and under stacked carts blocking aisles.Posted prices are inaccurate and misleading as items are not anywhere close to the price shown on shelf. Digital coupons are not being applied. Half of my coupons were not deducted but as the check out line had begun snaking through the aisles I felt it prudent to just pay and get out. I shall not return to the Dollar General and believe the only way to get through to Corporate is to BOYCOTT. The wages they pay are not livable and they refuse to hire enough employees to efficiently keep the store stocked and running. Do yourself a favor and find a different store.

That is just about the saddest store I have been in in some time now. I don't know what is going on but its a disgrace to go in there. The store is a mess a wreck and at any given time of the day you can drive by and everyone is taking a smoke brake. There is stock that needs to be put out still on the rollable pallets. The shelves are empty. I dont know if Coronavirus is still playing havic on the store with the lack of product for the store or the lack of adequate employees but it needs to be addressed and soon. I will go to another actoss town before going back and deal with that tangled mess.

Merchandise was everywhere and I had to step over it to get to or through an isle. It's 90 degrees outside and it felt like it was hotter inside the store. I couldn't stay long because of the sweat dripping into my eyes and I was too uncomfortable to shop. Then I went to the register and the guy employee went to the other register so I had to walk with my items to the other one and when it became my turn the other employee came back and told me to go to the register I was at in the beginning. Now the registers aren't that far apart but it was so hot and I was covered in sweat that it was a big inconvenience to walk from register to register. I recommend fixing the air conditioner and cleaning the place up before opening your doors to the public!

The one in Buchanan by Paris Landing is by far my favorite. (I do go to the one across from Twice Daily too. It's my 2nd fav )Well stocked. Cleaned. Staff is awesome especially Lois. The only issue is it's understaffed but that is due to corporate.

Used to shop here a lot however I have stopped because you cannot get down the aisles because of all the stock carts are lined up in them and the shelves are empty...

This 1 is pretty good bout stocking shelves but the 1 beside iga never has shelves stocked and always out of stuff and aisles all crowded with supplies were u can't even go down them

Dollar G. Aka Dollar store is a convenient place to shop, even have a freezer section ,and the prices aren't that bad either. So if you don't want to or have do major shopping Like Um what's that place that starts with Wal in it oh Wally world yeah that's it anywho I like it come CK them out if haven't already...

This DG is not up to par with the other local DGs. Perhaps we shopped on "Truck" day but I actually had to use another local DG to buy my grandson's clothes ASAP.

This location was not very well stocked and like too many business in the area the staff weren't wearing face masks. I guess they are not concerned about the safety of their customers.

Most of the employees act like they're in another world they usually don't want to help you find nothing and usually they're out of everything high prices low quality I really don't care for this store and I've lived here for over 30 years

Five months ago, Gloria Thomas wrote a review of the Dollar General at 2609 E. Wood Street in Paris, TN giving a one star rating. Every time I go in, I think I should write a review, but Gloria Thomas said it all. She wrote five months ago and that review still holds today. It is one huge mess.

Store clean, only one cashier to check ppl out. There is always a long check out line. Need 2 or 3 cashier's to check ppl out.

Can't walk n isles there stock is in the way, employees r far from helpful and have attitudes every time I have asked question they act as though everyone is a thief and is stealing frm the store.
