The prices are cheaper than my old pharmacy but it takes over an hour to fill just 1 prescription. They have no less than 6 workers at a time and it takes them so long. If my old pharmacy would take Good RX I would change back.

I have shopped this CVS many times without incident but last evening, 1/4/23, I stopped in to grab a couple things just before closing and the lady checking me out was visibility annoyed that I was keeping her there 2 minutes after closing. As I was checking out she kept grumbling about "the register might shut down on me because its after 9". Then 1 item didnt ring up the correct price and she was again visibility annoyed when i said something. I apologized for inconvenienceing her as I left and she just ignored me. Where did customer service go to??

The women in the pharmacy are rude. No other words describe it, they are rude. If you call them, stop by the store, or go through the drive through, rude. It's like they have better things to do than take care of customers.

This store has great deals but the GM of this store Tracy is unbelievably rude to me and my spouse everytime we come to this store! We try to put money on our dasher direct cards and she refuses to do it every time or acts like its the system fault that she "can't" do it. We went to wallgreens and they did it no problem. So sounds like to me either she just doesn't know what shes doing or is just simply refusing to do it. Even when we have bought simple items from this store she's just been terrible it's sad cause we want to shop here but with your GM being like that we will just take our business to wallgreens. It's no wonder you only have 3.8 stars. She's not the only rude one either. We do insta carts for CVS to and the night worker that was working was rushing us the entire time we were trying to do this order even thought they still 2 hours before they closed and the whole time we were I'm the store she was complaining to everyone and anyone that was in the store that she wanted to go home. This place is just unbelievably unprofessional.

I have tried to do business here 2 different times with prescription meds the first time I was told they didn't have these meds and didn't know when he could get them the second time and different meds they had to order and wait 2 days it took over a week someone didn't order it then when they did it was a weekend so that took longer.both times they had a condescending attitude and it was 2 years apart so I went elsewhere my mom's prescriptions were transferred there when they bought out paris pharmacy. we had all kinds of problems they would tell her that they had hers ready after a 3 day wait and drive 15 miles to pick them up and theyn we get there don't have any at the store and told us to call first the next time they done that twice on 2 different meds ii nor my family will never do business at any cvs anywhere

Pharmacy takes a long time to fill prescriptions, definitely ask the price prior to obtaining prescription, they were quite a bit higher than a competitor for the same prescription. Employees are super , Corporate pricing needs to do comparison with competitor's in the area.

So far I'm not impressed, the assistance with questions was not helpful, I looked for a specific B12 supplement and didn't find it. I went to Walmart no problem I found it right away. Had to get a COVID test for my son thankfully that was ok, except the employee couldn't answer simple questions,

The CVS card is well worth getting even though I was skeptical at first. I frequently get $5 off coupons that can be used like cash on anything in the store, very nice! The staff upfront always give a cheerful welcome and will help you find things. The primary pharmacist and all of the technicians are great too.

Have some AWESOME DEALS but very poor customer service! The cashier is so rude and just not willing to help you. I was being kind to her all the time but she just don't wanna provide good service. I was so upset. Happened every time. Might not gonna shop there anymore. I hope she find some love and kindness in this world.

Had to wait in drive thru line at least 1/2 an hour. It's this way everytime. Rx aren't ready when they have plenty of time or they don't have the mess at all. I miss Paris pharmacy. 😢

why should a person need to be a registered shopper to get the best price? their bargain price is not better than the competition's everyday price. their NFC terminal doesn't accept ANDROID PAY either. there's no compelling reason for me to shop here again.

Never witnessed a pharmacy go out of their way so much to save my daughter some money. She had no insurance so they looked for every discount possible to save her a lot of money. Thanks CVS.
