An amazing variety and selection of products at reasonable costs, but even more, an amazing group of people. Goin in without a clue of what I wanted or needed, an employee by the name of Sandy, instantly saw and begin to break everything down, type of products, the effects of said products. Truly a wonderful experience, can’t thank her enough for making things so easy. highly highly recommend

I don't leave reviews unless something is particularly noteworthy. Just went here with my boyfriend cause he wanted to check it out. This dude Trey took care of us and he has got to be one of the most knowledgeable product sellers I've ever had the privilege of talking to. We were in there for a hot minute being indecisive and asking questions. The plethora of knowledge from this guy was impressive. He knew the products, most of which he knew first hand. Pretty sure he had the entire stock memorized, which there is ALOT of. We're talking HUGE selection, vapes, mods, coils, they carried every brand I've tried and liked (excepting Space Jam which no longer exists BUUT for that he knew which brands made flavors based off their line). He knew all the various math conversions like mg to % and whatnot. I double checked after I left and none of it was BS. Like everything he explained was legit. Which with sales people, oftentimes they will say just about anything to get you to buy something. He was also super patient with our questions and didn't seem put off in the slightest. The selection of the shop is great, the vibe is comfy, and overall I was just super impressed.

This place has the best variety and options in oak ridge. They are reasonably priced and comparable to other stores in the area. What makes them stand apart is the huge selection of various products, their knowledge and excellent customer service. They take the time to talk to you, give their opinions and never pressure you into buying things you don't need. I feel comfortable going in their and asking questions. Trey and the woman that works there ( I'm so sorry I don't know her name) are great and are what makes this store a notch above the rest. If you are new to trying products and are nervous or insecure because you don't know what you are looking for, this is the place for you. They will definitely have something to suit your needs (and yes your pets needs too) and will help you in a way that puts you at ease and give you a product that you can enjoy and help with whatever ails you. Thank you for being such a great store here!!!

This is by far the best vape shop in Oak ridge and beyond! Sandra is one of the best hardest workers I've ever met. She knows exactly what I like she remembers me every time I come in she tells me about different sales her personality is really what sells the juice in my opinion I'm so grateful that I found better Days. Because for me when I vape there it's a better day for sure. But back to Sandra she really needs a raise it's almost as if she runs the shop she knows the juices she knows where they're at she knows what they taste like personally what I like and had me try a few different things and she was right on the money. Although you guys have the best juice if it wasn't for her I wouldn't go there as much as I do

I called to ask some questions about their vapes but the woman didn't really know how to answer my questions and suggested i come in person and i said i would come tomorrow. When i showed up, she said "oh wow... I didn't expect you to actually show up." I've never had a salesperson call me a liar to my face like that before. She also didn't seem any more knowledgeable in person than she was on the phone. I ended up leaving without buying anything and going someplace else.

Went in looking for something to help with pain in my arm. Trey let me try some coconut lotion that smelled amazing but they didn't have it in stock so I bought lavender. He was honest when he said he wasn't sure if it would help with my particular issue but let me tell you it did. It didn't take the pain completely away but it made it tolerable. The meds I was prescribed didn't even do that. I was able to sleep a little better although I had to reapply it a couple of times through the night. I had a little soreness today but then it was completely gone. I'm sure it's just temporary relief and the pain will return but I'm amazed. I bought some other stuff that I haven't tried yet. Thank you Trey for excellent customer service! I will be returning.

I was there Monday, the lady Sandi helped me and she was amazing. Answered ALL my questions and was very knowledgeable on anything I asked. She was amazing and I walked out with plenty that day. Definitely going back

The staff is kind and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. They are also VERY honest about when an out-of-stock product will be able again. They are not pushy and are overall very friendly folks!

This place is awesome! They have everything I need plus more. Every premium juice flavor you could imagine, they even have salt nic, and nice, wide selection of vape mods and cbd! Don't let the haters fool you. The staff is great and polite, and very knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend this place to everyone!
