terrible place. I don't recommend staying here. The staff, including the manager, are terrible at communicating. paid for the shower, waited 30 minutes for the cleaning lady and the manager to smoke and chat. while all 5 showers were open and dirty. drive past this place, and I recommend to the Pilot management to change the manager and staff.Upd: Terrible customer service. The showers for truck drivers are not being cleaned. You have to wait in line for 30 minutes or more because no one is cleaning the showers. I spoke to the manager, and she just shrugged her shoulders—wait it out... it's simply awful.

It's my go to... In most cases the staff is awesome, except in Birmingham. This store is the world's best for parking! I have visited Pilots from border to border I wish all the parking was this awesome. The store is clean the staff is chilled yes Pilot is 90% of the time on point.

Me and my daughter stopped here for gas and a bite to eat after traveling from new orleans heading to Virginia, when I tried to pay at the pump for gas it took my card and pin number and when I went to pump it it told me to see cashier, when I went in to see cashier I told her I wanted $30 at pump one, she proceeded to tell me that pump 1 took my payment and to go out and try to pump it again, when I went out to pump it it still wouldn't work so I went back into the lady to tell her it didn't work she proceeded to come out from beside counter and walk to to a self checkout part of the the store and rung me up for another $30 while she was doing this I asked if my card would be charged twice and she said no and that even if my car took less than 20 my card would take only that I then went out and pumped $30 of gas into my car and immediately checked my online bank and there were 2 $30 charges so I went into the store that worker lady was no where to be found. Another worker asked if I need help with anything I began to explain to him my situation when another worker "Henry" interrupt to ask what was going on as I explained to him the situation he be little me by repeating what I was saying to me as if I was not intelligent enough to realize that my card was charged twice even though I was showing him the two transactions on my phone I had told him there was a lady worker who helped me and asked if he could get her and he ignored my request he told me that there was no transactions in there system at all ending with my card number and proceeded to give me member services phone number they didn't help or hear their customers, how can there be no transactions at all when I did get gas a second time with the same card? I feel like the lady who helped was in the back and heard the whole thing but didn't care enough to help. Poor service and no care for customers. 0 stars

It’s alright. It gets crowded around 7pm so if you want a spot get here before then. This locations needs to draw more parking lines, people create their own spaces because there aren’t enough.Clean showers and friendly workers. Wi-Fi sucks and it’s hard to get a phone signal out here. Enjoy!

Avoid at all costs. The girl on 3rd shift obviously doesn't have very good customer service skills. She refused to do her job and cash me out. Told me I could leave if I didn't want to use the self check out lane. Then told me they would have no cash registers in a couple months ave if I didn't like it then I didn't have to come back. Guess she got her wrist because I won't be back there at all! This location used to be a great little stop, but has dropped in my book.

This is an amazing place to stop. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere which makes it that much better. I was driving through and needed a place to sleep in my van for a few hours. While here I decided that my van with car in tow which feels large compared to most vehicles seemed to disappear next to the empty flatbed of a Semi Truck.Back to the great things of this truck stop is it has a Wendy's, separate hot food area and many things to make your travels better.

A lot of abandoned equipment taking up free parking. Dropped trailers, day cabs, etc. All self checkout. Nope. Not for me. Wendy’s was great. I’ll wait till the next truck stop to get my morning coffee

For last 2 years i have been there several times but when ever i go there shower are closed due to short of staff ,every time same issue .TRUCKERS DONT FUELUP FROM HERE IF THEY DONT CARE ABOUT US , DONT GIVE THEM BUSSINESS .Me and my 5 friends stopped fuelling from here YOU ARE NOT GETTING BUSSINESS FROM US IF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT TRUCKERS…..

Waited one and a half hours for a shower WHEN THE STORE WAS DEAD. There was 0 customers at 10pm and walked in with one person wait. Walked up asked how long the lady basically told me however long it takes. All the showers were empty with no one in them just needed cleaned. Absolutely ridiculous

Last time I came to shower due to my water pipes being busted during the ice storm. I came back today because it WAS so clean. Today not so much. Pubic in the sink, hair on the wall, no trash bag, how hard is it to clean the toilet? Very disappointed for $16. Is this the norm for truckstops? I really don't know. (Niota,TN 10AM room #6)

There are many reasons I don't do self check out, none of them are because I am unable. Two of the biggest are loss of jobs and because I think it shows that customer service is not important to an establishment.Having an option to self check out is a fine option should I choose to use it for my convenience; but requiring me to self check out says a lot about how you feel about me, the customer. I won't return to this Pilot because they are self check out ONLY.

This is absolutely a joke you’re required to use self checkout. The cashier has to walk around the counter to assist you with self check out why not just let the cashier do what they do best and check out your products. The lack of customer service is insane and management won’t even let them assist you.

830pm.... pilot pretend to support truckers but they can't even have any food available... Wendy's is closed and they have no food. Never again. This isn't a truck stop, total disgrace. Spent 2 grand here in fuel and service and can't get any food... what a joke

Female truck driver goes in restroom and a pilot worker comes in behind me like to make sure I'm a woman..then I go to self checkout and I'm the only customer she ask did I need a bag..I immediately says NO!! Felt like I was spotted out to be picked on...poor customer service..

5 stars for the staff. 1 star for only 1 diesel pump on the auto side and no place to to pull an RV. Had to take one of the trucker spots to eat our breakfast and drink our coffee. We need more travel stops that are RV friendly. If it weren't for the Good Sam's rewards

I had to stop by when I was traveling to isha institute. Slept in my car overnight it was very late. I felt safe and staff are very helpful. Only thing is there are very few restaurants nearby if you want to have a breakfast in the morning. and there are not many trees in the surroundings, and feels like a dry place.

I know self checkout is still kinda new, but by now I would think most of us have used 1 or 2 over the years. Not that hard scan item pay bill. The workers tell everyone every time what to do to ring them stuff up. All the way down to pointing to the bank card reader and telling me that’s where I put my card. Come on, I’m not that stupid. It makes me feel like a baby.

I'm giving her one star in hopes that someone will see this and give me the information I need stopped here and stop was fine I got to shower and everything everything was great I unfortunately left my electric toothbrush there and I've been trying to find a phone number that works but everything ends up being a fax number I call it and get fax tones I can't actually find a phone number that works for this place tried Yellow Pages I've tried Pilot's website I've tried you know Pilot Flying J is one company now I tried their website and all of the numbers that they have for it when I call it it's a fax number this place is 8 hours away from home and I really want my toothbrush back I'm hoping they have it but I can't even find a phone number that works to find out if it's worth making the 8-hour trip each way
