The worst Walgreens Pharmacy ever. No customer service at all. I stood at the window for 7 minds without an acknowledgment of hello we will be with you shortly or anything. The worst part about they stood there and looked at me and said nothing. Every time I come to this Walgreens Pharmacy same service. Poor management and service. Four people working no one acknowledge me.

This place used to be a lot better years ago. No one working up front, everyone seemed busy elsewhere. When someone finally noticed me for help, she immediately had an attitude with me when I asked why no one was up front and clearly wanted to get the transaction over with as quick as possible. It was just going to be a genuine question if I needed to check out elsewhere, but before that I was cut off multiple times. Also gave me attitude by trying to help with my transaction.Manager had to help finish the transaction as I was adding money to my bank account (which can be done through my bank by adding at either CVS or Walgreens.) and again, no one seemed to care about anything.I'll stick with CVS next time. I apologized to the lady for getting annoyed, she never said a single word before or after that. The Manager even laughed it off a bit. Please just go anywhere else. Management should be doing better to help employees and hopefully have enough employees during a holiday season.Save your time and go somewhere that actually cares like the Walgreens on Rosa Parks.

The pharmacy has people working there that have very little to no knowledge of what they are actually doing. Theres a lot of elderly people that go to that pharmacy to get there meds and most get the run around and treated unfairly. A bad attitude and lack of knowing your job is not go business. To many young immature people behind the counter. I definitely will be emailing corporate as well as the board!!

They said come back in 15mins then closed the drive thru. Had to come inside with my sick grandmother and wait another 40mins for her medicine.

The residents of the Nashville Bordeaux area deserve a cleaner store with better management! The floors are filthy especially back in the pharmacy area. The floor in the privacy room where my vaccines were administered were filthy. And the manager Melissa walked past me when i asked to meet with her to complain and assiduously avoided meeting with me when i waited 20 minutes and tried to catch her outdoors on her cigarette break to speak with her. Sent word with one of the workers for me to call the 800 number! The store clerks were understanding and kind. The dirty store reflects the poor management of the store. Northwest Nashville deserves better! Intolerable! Unacceptable.

Terrible. I've been in this drive thru for over 25 minutes now. The line inside is as long as outside. I count at least 5 people working in pharmacy and yet no one is being helped. They keep laughing and having a grand time about something. It's ALWAYS like this on this side of town.

Have had the worst time getting my medicine filled here. I went to the drive threw to get my medicine and the guy says there out and I couldn't get it until Monday well I go in and talk to someone different and the lady pulls it up with no problem. Then I go in for another medicine I take and they give me the wrong medicine wich was the one they said would be in Monday. Not a big complainer but this is the second time in a week

No notice at pharmacy. If you had an emergency and needed your medication it seems Walgreens does not care. Either keep a pharmacist or close this store. This was at 1:45 in the afternoon.

Had a covid test on Saturday at 2:30. Should have had the results within 2 hours. The store closed at 6 without the results. Called the pharmacy on Sunday for the results, advised to come take another test. Got there for 12:00 for results hopefully at 2:00, no results again. Where, is the professionalism of the pharmacy. This is so 😔 sad.

I went into the Walgreens pharmacy to pick up my prescription only to see the pharmacist holding my pills inside his hands counting them and then put them back in the bottle and tried to hand it to me I told the person ringing me up that I didn't want those prescriptions because he touched it with his hands she just looked at me confused I turned around and walked out!!!! That was disgusting! I won't be back!!!!!

Worst pharmacy to go to!!! They will tell you they are short staffed and that’s the reason you medicine can’t be filled. Tonight at 8:30pm 3/23/22 they claim that their systems are down and they can’t fill anything to go to a different one. Im getting a Controlled substance filled the other Walgreens claim you can’t transfer just a big mess I wouldn’t waist my time with this Pharmacy! They are negligent. Unprofessional. Rude, and have no compassion for there customers.

Medication Error!I guess they took down my last review because they didn't like that I want to alert people about their medication error.They gave me the wrong medication. I noticed one of my pills looked slightly different than the others so I decided to Google the numbers and letters on the pill and lo and behold it was a totally different medication. This could be a huge fatal error in so many situations. I've tried to call to tell them this happened, but could never get through.The staff is rude. On a different occurrence I was not given the full equipment for my prescribed medication and when I called the pharmacy about it the person who answered made me feel as if it was my fault that I was not given it. Just been very unpleased for a while, but the medication error warrants a warning to others.

Rude customer service, whe. I asked for the code to use the bathroom I was told they won't give the code out. Every other walgreens gives you the code. When I asked for them to open the door door me the wo.an complained about having to walk to the back of the store to open the door.I'd give this place a negative rating if I could. I left without buying anything. There are plenty of other places to shop at.

This Walgreens had 2 great employees working the registers, at 8:00 AM this Sunday, October 18, 2020.the Manager, Bailey, and the Cashier, Tish. I was there for 2 items, which were out of stock. However, Bailey, the Manager, went above and beyond the call of duty. He spoke with my mother via cell to explain the out of stock item.All awhile, Tish, provided excellent customer service, while discovering I had a card envelope

Worst customer service I've ever seen, no one notice that I needed assistance in the back of the store where I have patiently waited just to get some Dove for men bodywash where I have been standing waiting for over 20mins now, smh

Pharmacy staff on phone are not very nice. At least the person I spoke to today wasn't. I called because my script was sent to them instead of my Walgreens. The person on phone said " What you want me do about it? You gonna have to call them".. If I could give zero stars I would. I work with the public everyday and never speak to a customer like that.

I shop at this Walgreens, store 5869 on Clarksville pike, very often. This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience. The staff, management, and officer in the store were not friendly or willing to handle the problem that I faced today. I purchased two gift cards two days ago at this Walgreens location. I was charged for both gift cards on my Visa debit card but when it came to using the card it said it had a balance of zero dollars. How can this be so when I have been charged and the money has been taken out of my account? The manager took my gift card to be back with the receipt in hand and after 30 to 40 minutes of waiting she said there was nothing she could do. I am very disappointed in the customer service that was given on tonight. I have been charged for a gift card that does not have the money loaded onto the card. I have called the corporate office and I am going to call the store manager when she arrives to work Monday morning. I'm so disappointed that I wasn't able to get anything accomplished today. The manager was no help and the officer in the store was not friendly at all. :( if anyone knows if there is another way to get my issue resolved please feel free to comment. Thank you

Was trying to transfer my records from Kroger to Walgreens. Calledtwice and waited over 30 min for someone to answer so I hung up. I think I better find another pharmacy.

A lady at the pharmacy answered I was trying to get a prescription refilled I had 2 refills. She said "YOU DONT HAVE ANY REFILLS!" I said I have the bottle right here I do. She said "oh ok" and hung up on me. I tried calling back they were the only walgreens open around. I sat waiting for them to answer for an hour. They kept picking the phone up and transferring me back on hold. After an hour that same lady answered and said F*** OFF! And slammed the phone down.

Worst pharmacy department ever!! When you call they will have you on hold for a very long time to pick up and hang up. Finally when you do talk to someone staff is very RUDE! Drive thur is always broke. Need to retrain staff or restaff ASAP. For now I choose to drive a little further for better customer service

Pharmacy is garbage. No matter what the case is there's AT LEAST a minimum of a 30 min wait. I literally have to plan my day around when I have to go to this place. I've called in prescriptions THE DAY BEFORE, been told it would be ready in an hour. Come in THE NEXT DAY and after waiting in line for my 30 minute minimum I'm told it's not ready yet and they can have it in about 10 minutes... unacceptable. This is a regular occurrence. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS

Customer service wasn't good at all, they got some ghetto employees, they got attitudes when you first walk through the door, I didn't get a greeting or a goodbye, like how did they get hired to this type of job. I work with customers 24/7 and I know how to get good surveys because I treat my customers right, but the employees here is nowhere near respectful, I rather drive myself to the one on Dickerson rd, at least they know how to treat their customers.

Worst pharmacy experience ever.Waited for a simple prescription for an hour, medicine for my wife who is home in pain after delivering our son. Then when i walk up to get an estimate the medicine is already done and they forgot to tell me.I also ordered a flu shot, that i intended to get while waitign for the subscription. Of course the pharmasist had no clue that that had been ordered, so had to cancel.

I live in Bordeaux and this place has been terrible all my life. I thought with time things would get better but they keep hiring the same people call the pharmacy and your on hold for 10-15 minutes, they will pick up and put you back on hold until you eventually hang up or they hang up on you. staff is rude. shut it down! I wish I could give no stars

Rain, snow, stabbing or shooting...business will go on at this Walgreens! Didnt take em 12 hours to open back up after security shot an alleged shoplifter. The staff at this location is great! They are always nice and helpful. The pharmacy can be really slow at times. If there are more than 2 cars in the drive thru then it will be quite a wait usually.

The worst absolute WORST Walgreens in the history of ever when the pharmacy was 24 hours it was a lot better but now there’s always a long line, people in the pharmacy have been caught stealing meds it made news, this is literally the worst Walgreens in all of Nashville. They won’t even let me use a prescription savings card. I’m changing pharmacies I cannot continue to deal with this location. 🙄
