They have incredible people that work for them and the owners are easy to talk to and very accommodating- I love the continuity in care between all the staff everyone is equally carrying and you can tell they really like their job. They have a great selection of high-quality and high calorie foods for any picky eater and for any animal owner / lover who wants the best for their beloved.I love the DYI bath and I bring my service dog there in between professional grooms.Five stars all the way exclamation mark I've been a long time customer since about 2015.They have a great by 10 get one bag free deal on dog food. AND THEY DELIVER :)

The staff are so friendly! Abraham checked us in quickly for a drop-in DIY bath. Everyone was super friendly towards my dog despite his size. The soaps and conditioners smelled great (and plenty of options to choose from!) and the bathing experience was seamless from the tub to the dryers. All of this for under $20–it’s a steal. My dog really appreciated the courtesy treats at the end of his bath, too. I highly recommend this shop for a safe and friendly place to wash your dog!

I really do love this place and has always been a great place to get last minute birthday cakes and treats for my dogs, however I was a bit disappointed this recent cake for my frenchies 10th birthday. It is normally an actual cake-not soft, not too hard and am able to add a little water to make it soft enough for my boy to eat. This time I cut into it and it’s actually rice cakes…. Three rice cakes. Really disappointed for $20. He couldn’t eat it. Hopefully they bring real cakes back.

I had never been here but I stopped to get my cat a birthday present and the employee was really friendly and helpful! The place has super good energy. Litter prices are a ~little~ more expensive than Amazon where I usually buy it, but I probably will start going here anyways since a) amazon is evil and b) ordering online is a waste of a giant cardboard box.also update: my cat loved his present!! highly recommend these yeowww catnip toys!

Was visiting the area from out of town and needed a place to wash my dog. This was the closest self service facility and I was so happy to find it. Really cute store with super cute dog wash area/tubs that are generously sized and plenty of room/area around each one. I've been to other places where they are smaller and crammed against each other which isn't pleasant when trying to wash dogs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was they only had 2 dryers and one was on the floor. This isn't convenient when multiple people need a dryer.

We had an amazing experience bathing our 75 lb Golden Retriever! They provide everything you need - all natural products, drying station, and aprons to wear to keep you dry. They even have a ramp for larger dogs to get into the tubs. The store was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of products so I’ll definitely be back to browse. Love supporting this local business!

Went here to get a crate for my new puppy. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and they are definitely dog people. They had everything I needed and more. Also love the dog baths, totally going to build one of my own based on their design.

Been several times. Big tubs, selection of shampoos, and a helpful staff.Has hanging collars to keep dog in place and bibs for the shaking. Preshus is a German Shepard -Corgi mix and sheds unreal. I will never use my bathtub again.

This place is absolutely amazing. I brought my problem child in to give her a bath (I have a husky) and the employees were so kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. If anyone is looking for a place to wash their fur babies I 100% recommend Wags & Whiskers.

This is the ONLY place I will take my dog for a bath. The staff are exceptionally kind and truly care about the people and dogs that come in. I've had a very difficult year, I lost my father earlier this year and my uncle (a second father to me) was recently given 3 weeks to live. The staff has gotten to know me and my situation and go out of their way to check on me when I come in. I can't explain what that has meant to me over the past 6 months for a stranger to care enough to reach out and talk with me and just check in. I will forever remember the kindness shown to me in the darkest time of my life. Plus their baths are always clean and they have a great selection and my dog loves her bath time!!

Came here with my two little girls to wash our dog. We were excited because we were told it was full service with trimmers and everything. We got there and the girl working couldn’t care less, seemed exited to be able to tell me all they had was shampoo and brushes for grooming. Won’t be going back totally defeats the purpose.

We love Wags & Whiskers!! Used to go to East Nashville location but go to the one on Charlotte Pike now. Its bigger than East Nashville but both great!! #1 reason we go there is to bathe our yellow lab. So much easier than doing it in a bath tub at home. No back breaking kneeling. Tubs are on platforms so waist high, they supply shampoo, towels, washcloths, conditioner and they carry foods, treats, toys. Finally, the people who work there are GREAT!! Kind to all the pets, helpful when needed, I recommend this business to anyone!

Great store. The friendly staff are extremely helpful. My husband and I took our geriatric Husky with a fear of water to get a bath at the self wash station. Can't beat the pricing. The standing tub is such a HUGE bonus, saving both our backs from pain. And having access to a blow dryer directly after bathing is just everything when you have a double coated dog. ❤️The fastest, and easiest time I've ever had washing my doggo. Signed up for the bathing membership. Will definitely be coming back. 🙌🏽

We took our GSD here for a bath and we were so impressed! The girls working were amazing and so accommodating. Store was spotless. Our Mia isnt fond of other people or dogs so they set us up next to a wall tub. Worked out great. Knowledgeable with their products also. We will be back next month!!

I will never go anywhere else for as long as I am in Nashville. Today I brought my extremely skiddish dog Sage - they went above and beyond to make the experience great for her. They offered her a treat upon arrival because she definitely was not happy - being overwhelmed she didn’t take it. They gave her lots of pets and encouragement. Saw me struggling a little bit to dry her and they offered ear muffs. Which helped sooooo much! Sage got to pick out a treat after. I felt bad because this was a busy part of the day but staff was AMAZING!

Absolutely loved it!!! Our little Nora had a fantastic bath and they even have a nice drying station. The whole setup is wonderful and for a great price!!! With the amount of fur off and good wash our pup got, it's totally worth it!!!

We absolutely love this place! They have only the best quality products and the people are friendly and helpful. We also love the do-it-yourself dog wash. Our dog isn’t a big fan of the dryer, but they were so patient with us and let us use a little ear sleeve so it would make it quieter for him. So sweet!

I frequently go here every few weeks to give my dog a bath. The staff is always friendly and there is usually one of the 5 tubs open. The air dryers are more limited but there is rarely a problem with overlapping with other customers. This place also has a great selection of food and treats I haven't found anywhere else.

We love this place. Perfect to bring and wash our dog without hurting our backs! their shampoo selection is fantastic. Staff is very friendly, helpful and know their stuff. Great prices on food as well (and it's the good for your dog food too!) Def. recommend!
