Pampered Pooch Farms is the best pet spa I have ever visited. My dog Sindal was treated with gentleness and received an excellent full grooming experience. I will definitely be bringing her back and highly recommend Rachel and Kaylee as groomers. Best place ever!

My dog gets pampered here. Staff is very friendly and groomer treats my pet with love and care! Prices are reasonable. With holidays approaching they have some interesting items on sale as well.

My service dog was injured when they attempted to pluck her ears incorrectly I had to take her to my veterinarian and he said BRITNEY didn't know what she was doing, that it looked like she attempted to do her ears but failed.I was in the exam room the entire time.I sat there watching while the vet tech and my veterinarian removed an ENTIRE PAPER TOWEL FULL OF HAIR AND WAX from my dog's ear canals. My service dog didn't wiggle she was very calm and allowed them to use the hemostats to take all the hair out of her ears - never once causing damage like Britney did never once did they pinch her ears either!I provided the owner Stewart with the documentation and he continued to gaslight me in response to my first review.He's straight up call me a liar call me all kinds of names defamed me and I'm a public person. I allowed him to speak to my veterinarian but he wanted all three and a half years of veterinarian records for my service animal which is a complete overreach and has nothing to do with the last visit that was required because of his employee Brittany. I even submitted videos showing her damaged ears and that they were full of hair in the ear canal they still insisted they cleaned her ears when they did not!!I have requested he reimburse me for the $100.72 that bill along with the $50 Lyft transportation there and back. I have not asked for the $180 refund for my groom because I'm not trying to get anything for free I'm just trying to get reimbursed for what they did wrong.Her poor left ear has over half a dozen scabs in it from being pinched by hemostats repeatedly. She's been prescribed a very strong topical antibiotic to keep it from getting infected.The right ear has a couple hemostat injuries.Dr Lutz at Westmead Veterinary Clinic is her vet for a long time since she was 8 weeks. He is incredibly honest and a very stand-up guy and same with everybody in their office at West main veterinary clinic I only wish I could say the same for pampered pooch.All my asking is that you do the right thing and you stopped trying to deny that anything was done wrong and stop calling me a liar Stewart!I'm the most honest genuine person you will ever meet.There are better groomers in town. That respect all of their customers.I started coming back in January receive two grooms and it reminded me why I stopped coming here. Sloppy service. I believe they're rushing to finish too many dogs in one day and so every now and then they do a poor job because they're trying to do too much. When they were at the house in Brentwood they did a little bit better job. But the last straw for me was;I stopped coming here 2 1/2 years ago because my bestie was in surgery and I was late picking up my retired service dog. My friend was having a colonoscopy that went really bad and it went over time. I shared this with the owner and there was zero compassion.I let them know I wasn't able to leave the hospital because I was her emergency contact. I told him I could pick my dog up as soon as I picked up my friend from surgery. I had to wait for her to be done in the recovery room.Stewart I'm praying for you. That's really all I can do, pray for you the god softens your heart, relieves you of your vindictive vendettas towards others. Amen.I'll be seeing you in small claims court Stewart.

We gave our Pom a mullet and the staff here was allllll about it. They did a great job.The owner is super friendly and the facility is very clean. We certainly trust them with all our pet grooming needs!

Excellent cuts every time for my little guy! Everyone is very nice, and they treat my boy well every time.I just wish they had more flexible hours. The bank hours they keep are tough to work around with my work schedule.

I just had both of my dogs serviced here this week. They got a full wash + nail trim and trim of the fur around their paws. One of my dogs came home with a sore that has continued to worsen on her paw. I wasn’t notified of an incident upon picking her up and I’m not sure I could trust them again. I checked all reviews before booking the service to be sure things like this weren’t common and didn’t see anything of concern, but that’s why I’m sharing my experience.

We took our ShihTzu mix to The Pampered Pooch for the first time and couldn't have been happier. Called and was able to get him in the next week! They did a great job with our little guy and the people that work there were so friendly. So glad I found a groomer close to where I live that I can trust completely with our dog. Good prices too!

My little boy does not like to have his paws touched. Danielle was a great groomer. She powered through and got him groomed so cute. A little pricey but I will definitely go back. They are fabulous.

I brought my Bernedoodle here after our usual groomer was too short staffed for us to make an appointment. The first groom was great. We had no issues and her cut was perfect. The time came around for another groom and we were charged $30 more than the previous time without explanation. After I realized this, I had to ask the groomer and they informed us that our dog was, "terrible." Kicking and not staying still so they told me that we can't bring her back unless she was put on medication to calm her down (She is 3 years old and this has never been an issue before with other groomers). We came back for a 3rd time with our dog on a heavy medication to calm her down. After the 3rd groom, once again they overcharged us without explanation. I asked and the groomer came to the front and told me, "Your dog is a bad dog. I'm the only one that will ever work with her. She's dangerous to work with." She told us this despite our dog being heavily sedated and could barely keep her eyes open so there's almost no chance that she would have been "dangerous" to work with.Again, this has never once been an issue before coming to pampered pooch. It's almost like they just wanted a reason to charge us more or they just don't make it a comfortable environment for dogs. Possibly the groomer was trying to rush through the cut stressing our dog out. After this I decided to take her back to our original groomer and she's had zero issues since. Due to the lack of price communication and rude attitude from the groomer when I asked what happened, I wouldn't recommend this place. There are plenty of other groomers around. I'm not one to ever leave negative reviews, but this just seemed like a very unusual situation. I only gave 2 stars because the original groomer here was great, but she left the company shortly after our first time there.

I used to bathe and trim Penny myself, but she was always terrified of both, and it got to be too stressful. I tried a few groomers, but stopped looking after finding Pampered Pooch. They are wonderful with her, and understand her anxiety. They've been so gentle with her, that the other day I needed to wash her feet in the sink after she ran around in the mud. Instead of climbing up my shoulder and trying to get away, she calmly let me wash her feet under the faucet. Wow! That says it all -- they've helped her not be afraid anymore. Thank you! We'll be there tomorrow for our monthly visit! <3

I had not used Samantha before for my doodles grooming. She came out to meet me at Ellie's drop off, as I explained a few issues she was having. She was so easy to talk to and really listened to what I wanted. She even had her ready an hour earlier than I expected, in spite of having a lot of dogs to groom, and I think she was trying to accommodate my tight schedule that afternoon. The Pampered Pooch has done a fantastic job with my to Australian Shepards . Jaxon is 10 and they know he’s big & older and the groomer was So kind & gentle . My other pup came home looking So good , smelling So good and was not anxious at all ! So happy to find a new place because my old place of 30 years closed . Thank you and I highly recommend you . I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone! My 8 month old shih zhu Looks perfect she had surgery so we had to go a little shorter than the normal but she looks great! Also was super fast about getting me in most places I called told me 3-4 months or no new clients !! It was Daisy first time but they said she was perfectly fine during the cut! I’ll be returning for sure !!!

4 hours grooming is UNACCEPTABLE plus the grooming was not great. If I can only show photos. Luna's ear is not clean, too much hair w/c poodles needs to have their ear clean good. This spa is a ripped off, taking advantage to the babies, they charged Luna, a mini poodle for $100 & little Aali a chiwawa got charged for $90. The grooming SUCKS! & the Lady @ the register had the guts to ask for tip when she knew the waiting hours is UNACCEPTABLE & the grooming was not good but I still did tip cuz I didn'tsee the grooming yet, I'm expecting a good grooming since I trusted it due to have nice reviews but they didn't do good grooming to my babies. Not recommended & this spa just lost a customer!

So glad I found this place so close to home after getting my dog last year. She gets so excited when we go to drop her off for daycare!I know they take great care of all the fur babies.Shes always tired and just lays around until bedtime after a day of playing,which is great when we’re tired from a long day of work👍🏻

I absolutely love the Pampered Pooch! The shop is super clean and always smells good. I have taken my dogs to Bonnie since we discovered her. She does an excellent job grooming them. The guys are super friendly and give great baths! You can tell they all really care about my fur babies. I have one that has recently gone blind and they are so gently and kind with her. Sassy and Stella love going to the spa!

My usual groomer was booked solid so I did a Google search and came up with the Pampered Pooch. I sent a text as they requested. I got a canned text back asking for info. Sent the info they requested and waited…….and waited. Called and left a voicemail. Nothing. Sent another text. Still nothing. So I guess the Pampered Pooch doesn’t need anymore business. They could have at least sent some sort of reply. I feel like the universe probably saved my dog from a bad groom. So I’ll wait on Mr. Chauncey to free up where I know she’ll get a good groom.

Used Pampered Pooch for my 8-month-old puppy's first ever grooming. I was worried about his undercoat and some matting from being a toy aussie. However, his look turned out great! Much less bulk to him while still remaining long-haired all around. One matte behind his ear was forgotten but taken care of immediately - my pup happily walked back in with the associate, so I know they treated him well inside. Would recommend!

I have been taking my Mini-Goldendoodle, Reese to pampered pooch for the last couple years. They truly do the best job. Reese is always excited to go! They have excellent prices and excellent service. It's always easy to get an appointment, and they are also so friendly. I recently moved to Murfreesboro, and continue to make the drive to Pampered Pooch because it is worth it!!

I had my Goldendoodle groomed at the Pampered Pooch, and they did a fantastic job! It had been a little longer than normal since her previous groom, so she was a bit matted yet they still did wonderful job. She was so soft and fluffy and happy after her grooming. The customer service was excellent, as well. I will definitely be taking my dog back to be groomed again!

After trying a few different groomers for my newly rescued Beagle a friend recommended Pampered Pooch, I am so glad I tried them. She came home so shiny and smelling wonderful. She is afraid of the dryer but they were great with her and let her crate dry. I highly recommend them, I’ve definitely found the best place around.
