Great experience! I called Friday and was able to get an appointment on Monday which was my preferred day. Everyone very friendly and professional. Amy did a terrific job grooming my pup. Reasonable price. Would definitely bring my pup back to this location.

I have to change my review to NO stars due to our experience with Delany in the grooming department. She was not warm or kind to our dog, and she must have been extremely rough with her, because our dog got a knee injury during the appointment. She was limping when she got home, and after several vet appointments to try to heal her injury, we have learned that she was permanently injured. She can no longer run, which is her favorite thing to do. This grooming department is not run at the same standards that it once was. We are sincerely disappointed in the lack of training and of their grooming staff.

Love my new kittens, staff was friendly seemed to care. Know that it's helping another shelter be able to take in more pets until they find a forever home. Got my first petsmart cat in 2003, had her almost 15 yrs. Keep up the great work!!

I went there to adopt a puppy from CCAC (Cheatham County Animal Control) and while I was there I needed to pick up a few extra things that blBaker would need. Every PetSmart has very friendly employees, but the ones that this particular store we're not only extremely friendly, but very knowledgeable about products and the needs for certain breeds. I would recommend this PetSmart to anyone!

Awful customer service with grooming deptCalled to check if they accept walk ins asked the person on the phone multiple times they assured me they accept walk ins. Drove 30 min just for the lady to say they are too busy and don’t do walks and come back next week. Didn’t even offer to schedule an appt or say sorry for the inconvenience nothing. I fully understand the concept of being busy and or short staffed but they should do their due diligence and communicate that to their potential customers on the phone instead of having someone drive 30 minutes for nothing.

Took my 9 year old lab for a nail and teeth brushing. With no extra charge they took care of her ears and paw pads as well. They were very sweet and careful with her. My old girl smiled the whole time. Will only be coming to this location. Grooming manager had excellent customer service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Smaller store so there is not as much of a selection as one of the larger stores, but can always order items online and have them shipped. I ❤️ love the fact that you can do same day delivery with instacart. Will definitely shop there again!

Took my puppy in to get his nails trimmed and decided to splurge and do the fully puppy bath and brush. His nails were the opposite of trimmed. I didn’t think it was possible for them to be sharper when he left. He wasn’t leaving scratched before I took him in, but he defensively was after. Had to take him somewhere else to get his nails taken care of.

PetSmart is great because of the great people who work there. I had a pick up order at the store and a large dog crate wouldn't fit in my car. Kyle and Johnny went above and beyond helping me. Went into the store to pick out a wand toy for my 86 year old dad’s new cats. I wanted to encourage bonding through play. In less than 10 minutes I located & purchased a great wand with feathers, a bell, & a catnip-infused burlap fish-for $4.99! The staff was cheerful & very helpful! Snagged a bag of cat treats on the way out!

We have been coming to this location since we adopted our dog Barkley. They staff has been so warm and welcoming. We ended up getting private lessons for him with Kristie and she has been AMAZING!!! She is a good chunk of the reason we keep coming back.

I love coming to Petsmart . I have a husky and brought her in. Christine helped me find everything I needed. She walked me through all of the aisles to make sure I had everything I was looking for. I will definitely come back looking for her with my dog because we really enjoyed visiting with her. She was obviously busy doing other things and took the time to help us. I hope this company knows not alot of people go to work and help others.

I was getting stuff at Michaels to make a holiday wreath for my sister's and had an idea of things I wanted to get for her 3 cats. Pet Smart was close by so on a whim, I stopped in for a look. Another shopper helped me find some of the things and then an associate helped finish my listI probably will not be in Nashville to be a regular. But I am happy with what I found. The next trick will be to convince 3 kitties that what I want them to use are good things.

I have been taking my three year old borderdoodle to Andrea M since his very first haircut and cannot fathom taking him to anyone else. I cannot recommend Andrea enough. Her demeanor is excellent, she is wonderful with your pet, and her work speaks for itself. If you are trying to find a Nashville groomer, look no further than Andrea. Even if her calendar is fairly full, she is worth the wait!

This store is great, but their prices are a bit high. I've noticed lower prices for the same items at other stores. However, every time I've walked in the store the staff has been happy to help with any needs I've had. They have a good selection of all kinds of things for your a variety of animals, and even sell some animals. The fish selection is meh in my opinion but it's not too bad. This store is always very clean and very well organized.
