My dogs liked the food on the first delivery, but not so much now. They leave it in their bowls for over 2 hours,,before they eat it. They don't seem happy with it. It also takes up so much space in the freezer. I don't think this dog food plan works for my dogs.

Size the fact that my dog doesn't like the food, I had canceled this account a couple times he apparently it didn't take on their website and they continue to deliver food and charge me without so much as advance notification. This last time, I've been out of town for 2 months and the dog food was delivered and it just rotted on my front porch. And they still wouldn't refund my money. This is a big scam and once you sign up you're done. I wouldn't recommend them nor would I ever do business with the company like this again.

Few things… too many carrots not enough greens and I’ve found some weird looking pieces of what was supposed to be chicken. Some slimy strips, some bone and some pieces that I honestly don’t know what part of a chicken they were from. I just found out that MARS now owns Nom Nom.

Title: Misleading Subscription and Unsatisfactory ExperienceRating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)I recently tried out NOM NOM NOW's dog food service, and I must say I'm thoroughly disappointed. I signed up for what I thought was a simple two-week trial period, but little did I know, I was in for a subscription nightmare.First off, NOM NOM NOW failed to communicate that my initial order would automatically enroll me in a subscription. I never received an email or any notification about this, which left me completely in the dark about ongoing charges. Not cool, NOM NOM NOW, not cool at all.To make matters worse, my dog didn't take to their food program during those initial two weeks. So, I wasn't seeing any of the promised benefits, and I had no idea I was locked into a subscription.NOM NOM NOW's own terms and services state that if you don't see benefits within 30 days, you can request a refund of your first order. Fair enough, right? Well, not in my case. They seem to conveniently forget their own policies.I believe this lack of transparency and their unwillingness to honor their own money-back guarantee is just unfair. I'm not a happy customer, and I'm out of pocket for something that didn't work for my dog.If you're considering using NOM NOM NOW, please be cautious and read all the fine print. It's frustrating to be misled by a company, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. My advice? Look elsewhere for dog food that's more honest and customer-friendly.

I purchased a 2 week trial which arrived on 5/20. I realized they didn't include the probiotics I paid for, so reached out that day. They shipped out the probiotics, but they didn't arrive until 5/28, so weren't super helpful in helping my dog transition to a new food.We started the new food on 5/21 and fed it for 2 weeks. That 2 weeks ends tomorrow (6/1). I noticed on 5/25 that the next order wasn't set to be delivered until 6/4. This is way after my dog's food would run out. I requested that they deliver by 6/1 and they adjusted the order. I checked tracking today, and although a label was created on 5/28, the package still hasn't shipped. Customer service is now saying it won't arrive until 6/2. I asked them to just cancel the order since I was going to have to find something to feed my dog in the interim so he doesn't go hungry. They canceled the subscription, but said it was too late to cancel the current order...which is funny since it hasn't shipped yet.On top of this issue, the bags don't weigh anywhere near the same. Chicken is supposed to have 250 grams and Turkey 225 grams. We noticed when feeding the turkey bags that some were way under and some way over. I reached out and they stated bags should be within 10 grams, but they are not. We noted variances of up to 30 grams between bags. Maybe not a big deal if this was a larger dog, but my dog is 15 lbs. A 30 gram underweight bag leaves him hungry and begging me for more food.Overall, I'm unimpressed with this company. It is an expensive service and I expected them to deliver at a higher standard.

I’ve been purchasing NomNomNow for a while now… and my experience has been pretty decent up until today. I had my normal food delivered today, but it was exceptionally light. Figured they just forgot to send some of the food. I contacted support and was told “sorry supply chain issue”. I understand things happen outside of the control of a company, but on my box had listed all (8) 7 packs of the meals, yet I was only delivered (2) 7 packs of meals for ONE of my dogs. When I asked what am I supposed to do with my other dogs food (since I have two meals left for her) he told me I could just go make some food myself or go find a petco. I pay over $400 a month for these guys to cook my dogs’ food, and I just don’t feel that it is a acceptable solution. Not to mention being charged my full amount for the two week deliver, and missing 80% of the packages. My dogs actually enjoy the meals a lot, but I’ll be finding a new company who perhaps can at least give a warning ahead of delivery, and not leaving me with 1 days worth of meals left for one of my dogs.

I've purchased Nom Nom for our Frenchie for about a year now. All was going well but then suddenly I started to notice a few changes. For one, the packaging was no longer easy to peel open. No big deal but this did bug my wife when she had to feed our dog. Then I started to notice that we weren't getting the equal amount of food between deliveries. For example, 1 month I'd get X amount of Beef and was shorted on the Turkey. Then I would get X amount of Chicken and shorted on the Beef. The one that pushed me over the edge was when I received a notification about their price increase. My price went up by $76 for the same amount of food. The kicker... you are told if its out of your budget... you can modify to only accept a certain amount of food and mix it with something else. What's the point of that. The reason for the price increase in the email is "due to unprecedented times". I wish companies stopped using that excuse already. COVID and everything else in the world just gives companies an excuse to push their prices higher for their own gain. It's somewhat ironic that Nom Nom was acquired by Mars back in Jan 2022. So I can only believe that a corporate giant as Mars is the reason for the price increase. I just cancelled (check out their FB and Instagram posts of people just cancelling left and right). I ended up going with Pet Plate. I get the same amount of food for a lower price than I originally paid with Nom Nom. So win win overall. One last thing I'll mention is that other than our Frenchie having more solid bowel movements and a beautiful coat... it did nothing to alleviate her allergies or skin irritation.

DON'T DO IT. After post-poning a trial order, $200 was withdrawn from my bank account months later without ANY communication or reminder emails about an upcoming order. My cat won't even eat the food. The customer service rep had zero empathy. Unethical business model, zero communication before taking your money, and the customer service team doesn't seem to understand that times are tough for people out there during covid.

5 confirmed cases of covid that's been swept under the rug so they can stay open. I recently quit due to this. Be careful & think hard about buying dogfood that could easily be made at home!
