Very friendly service. My dogs are usually very nervous but the workers have them treats and made them feel safe and comfortable. The employee helping us recommended a more durable toy for my chewers...they did eventually tear it up but that was inevitable and they loved it while it lasted. Great selection of homemade dog biscuits and toys, my babies had a great visit!

Love! Brianna is so helpful with types of food and care products and helped us find a high quality food at a reasonable price. Now we have it delivered and it's so easy! She really cares about your animals and is very knowledgeable, and I know the shop makes an effort to support local rescue efforts as well, which I love. I highly recommend the shop and especially their food delivery service! Plus, the dog wash station was there for us when our pup rolled in something nasty - it was so bad, we wouldn't have been able to get him fully clean without the special products and dog wash station. And again, Brianna was so helpful when we came in with a stinky pup!

Mutts and Meows is my favorite pet store in East Nashville. Not only do they offer high quality products, but they also take the time to get to know you and your fur babies, in order to serve you best.The owner does everything she can to make sure you have an enjoyable experience and ensure your animals are getting the best they deserve.Highly recommend for both cats and dogs.

This was, by far, my favorite pet store for cat supplies when I lived in Nashville. Brianna helped my girlfriend and I navigate the unknown territories of owning our first cat with healthy and fun products. She answered so many questions for us every time we went to the store and was a huge resource for us.Through the tornado and pandemic, Brianna made sure we were able to still get what we needed for our cats and we cannot thank her enough for that.This is a great local business, please support them!

Brianna has a great shop in East Nashville. She carries a very extensive line of dog and cat food, treats, supplies and toys! If you can't find something she'll research it to see if she can get it for you. She offers nutritional advice if needed.She recently added self wash tubs and grooming services. It is a great set up and I'll never bathe my dog at home again.If you need to shop for your furry family member go here!

I love love love this place. I’ve been in East Nashville for 7 years and never had a pet supply store - better yet a groomer & self wash - that is so clean, carries all the brands I need so I don’t have to make multiple stops, friendly and educated about products and genuinely care for my pup (and cat) as much as I do.They do great grooming and I love doing the self wash in between - so much easier to maneuver than any of the other self washes. Bri and her staff are the best!

Mutts and Meows is the best!! Brianna is so kind and so knowledgeable, and has quickly become our pup’s favorite person to visit in East Nashville. She’s helped us find a diet that works for him and his specific needs, while also helping to keep it all within our budget. They even deliver, which has saved us on more than one occasion with a new baby at home!We also used their grooming for the first time, and it’s incredible.The tubs and driers are clean and easy to use, and the grooming staff did an amazing job on our dog’s nails with the Dremel (and he’s not an easy one!!) They’ve thought of everything, from the blueberry facial to ear cleaning to adorable bandannas.I could write for ages on how much we love Mutts and Meows—we can’t recommend them enough!!

I found Mutts and Meows while stopping in at the tea store next door and am so glad I did! Brianna has been so helpful with finding good quality treats and helping us manage our picky eater. We love using the local delivery option for making our lives simpler, but I still stop in every time I’m near the store because they are constantly getting great new things along with regularly stocked favorites.

I love coming to Mutts and Meows.Such a fun and unique selection of treats and collars. I love the staff! So friendly and accommodating. The owner special orders our food and now with the new DIY dog bath this is our one stop shop. Love that it’s right in our neighborhood. AND that High Garden is right next door. To say that Mutts and Meows knows and loves their customers is an understatement. Brianna knows both my husband and I by name as well as our dog. She knows what kind of food our puppers eats, has helped us when dealing with food allergies and always has a great selection. Highly highly recommend!!!

The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and will take time to answer any and all questions regarding nutritional health for your pet. She is very patient and courteous as well! The grooming area atmosphere is calm and peaceful and I look forward to bringing my dogs back for bathing. They also carry a huge variety of products!

I never really realized how spoiled we were at Mutts & Meows until the tornadoes came through recently and I had to find somewhere else to buy dog supplies. Their store had been hit and was/is closed for repairs. I couldn't find the holistic food I needed and when I found something close.... it was double the price.I ended up buying a bag of dry food at another store just to get me through for awhile. Not only did Mutts & Meows end up ordering my frozen, holistic food while they were closed and still dealing with tornado cleanup- they delivered it to me. For reference, I live downtown and not in East Nashville.I truly can't say enough good things about this store and the owner, Bri. She's an absolute gem and I won't shop anywhere else.

Great pet store on the east side with lots of options for cats. Most specialty pet stores neglect this demographic, but Mutts & Meows doesn’t forget about our feline friends.They are a one stop shop with food, snacks, rawhides, toys, speciality treats for all pets.The staff is very knowledgeable. Come here and make your furry friend happy!

Went in today to wash my two geriatric goldens and my 3.5 year old son came along. We weremet with big smiles from the two Briannas at the shop and they both went out of their way to make our DIY dog was experience a great one. I was fully prepared to only get one dog washed by the time my son lost interest but the Bre gave us lots of help and gave him a couple things he could work on by himself. Couldn’t recommend this shop more and the free dog food delivery is better than amazon!

This is a great pet shop! They deliver my Acana dog food to my front door and apply points on my Acana dog food purchases. If I ever need to change the delivery date or delivery quantity, I just send a quick email and it is covered. This place takes care of all my dog care needs. I highly recommend this business!!!

Parked in a spot designated for the store. Planned on stopping in as I jus got my first puppy and heard great things about the store. I had one quick stop at a store next to it as they were closing soon. An employee apparently watched me park and came out of the store and Immediately told me to move my car. So glad I didn't go inside first as clearly I would have been met with the same rudness. High garden is nearby. I would suggest the calming elixir drops for her.
