A smaller store, stocked very well. Clean, nice folks, they serve Belle Meade well. Parking lot is a little chaotic however I am grocery shopping in an Urban environment so it is to be expected. I like this Kroger's.

Over the weekend, I was paying with the cash at the self-service check out but it wasn't working. I asked the employee working that are if he can help. Was told that he couldn't do it manually. Very rude!! He should have directed me to any of the registers available or customer service. I told him to cancel my purchases and left. Kroger's has gone downhill since COVID. I will be getting groceries somewhere else instead. Avoid shopping at Kroger!

I used to come here as a kid when my grandmother went shopping, now I'm the one doing the shopping! The Kroger app is one of the best grocery apps around and is generally good about telling you exactly where something is in the store. (Unless it's in the "Natural" section.. then good luck.)The biggest reason I try not to shop here is because I ride an ebike, and they don't have a bike rack - I have to lock my bike under the fire escape on the side of the building. Additionally, the Belle Meade Plaza is terrifying for a cyclist- the sidewalk from White Bridge has a two foot dropoff where it suddenly ends and the entire sidewalk is coated in broken glass, plus the traffic to exit south on Harding is going way too fast for someone to safely merge so I end up walking through the grass. I shop more at Publix now because it backs up to the greenway and most of my trip can be done on bike lanes. Much safer!

I'm giving two stars because the employees I encountered were kind, but I am upset. I ordered grocery pickup and they literally just didn't fill half my order because they were too lazy to find my groceries or substitute. I literally went in and grabbed items that were "out of stock" right after my pickup and i was totally fine with waiting longer even though it was half an hour past when it was supposed to be ready. It was half my order, so I wasn't leaving without my groceries for dinner tonight. I'm blaming this on poor management. I can understand being short staffed and needing to take more time, but I don't think it's right to just not do the work.

Excellent customer service, Rosa, Raphael, and the staff were very helpful on every level of service. Good ground work, excellent stock, neat, kind and friendly service. One of the staff members was super rude and made no effort to help me at the “service” desk. I asked him a question and he said “we’re temporarily closed” and didn’t say anything further. Another worker overheard and came and actually helped me and sent the worker to another station. So unprofessional and lazy

This Kroger is clean and the staff are generally friendly and helpful - the deli in particular is always pleasant to purchase from. It's on the smaller side, but has all the usual features. The parking lot is small and can be crowded - there's a deck, but no one seems to want to use it. Also, traffic getting in and out can be rough at rush hour, there is a light, but it can generate a long line as people from the nearby office building try to get out. With the parking lot already so small, there is no Kroger fuel center here, so plan accordingly. For the combination of no gas, small size, and traffic, I dropped one star, but overall this is a clean Kroger with lots of good produce, good fresh fish, and helpful staff, which definitely puts them above-average.

Pickup seems to be becoming a struggle for these people. First my order was canceled without reason, and now 24 hours later after I re-submitted it, I'm watching them put it together. Better than it being canceled again I guess

LOVE LOVE LOVE this Kroger! They have a great staff that is extremely helpful. And throughout the shortage of products because of the pandemic, this store managed to keep their shelves stocked better than any other Kroger I visited (except possibly Nippers Corner 🤔) Thank you so much!

This Kroger is a relatively small store due to its original placement. It has been here for literally years. It has been through the flood. It has been through quite a few remodeling episodes and still it moves right along with excellent food people who learn you as you shop and we learn the employees. I have shopped there for years. Parking is good, handicapped placement is good. The quality of the food is excellent and lives up to the reputation of excellent meat. It has a bathroom for employees as well as for shoppers.

Just spent another $100 and didn’t get a hello thank you or even a smile from the cashier or bag “boy.” There was a nice young man who made up for them by thanking me profusely and offering to carry my bags out. More of him pls- wish he worked at Publix, they’re always friendly

Just in case you are interested, there is a reason why I am giving this Kroger four stars. If you go to Kroger and rich people's neighborhoods you will see that they ship the crappy produce to your Kroger. This Kroger has fresh made sushi in front of you and fruits and vegetables that don't go bad a day after you buy them.

I went to check out with a cart full of groceries around 9:00 pm and all lanes were closed except for the self-scan. It was a PITA for my wife and I to juggle splitting our cart between two kiosks while repeatedly checking out as we kept filling up the bagging area. To make things worse, the one employee we saw in the store was getting paid to stare at his phone while we were checking out for free. I will absolutely not be shopping here in the future.

I want to use their money services. They state that they open at 8 AM. Only to find out that no one wanted to help me until 10 am because it was going to inconvenience them. I requested a manager and he did absolutely nothing even after I mentioned that their website said their customer service area is open at 8 AM. I copied and pasted directly from the website. Good lay out. I go very early in the day, so, they are always stocking shelves when I am there. I find the Kroger on 21st to be very cramped. I come to this one because even when they are moving the boxes around it is still easy to maneuver.

In our opinion, this Kroger competitively is not well organized, and even the staff doesn't know where things are in the store. One employee even said, "It's over there, somewhere." Plus, too many sold out (open space) items.

Gave good rating for great customer service. They are small and looks like they don't have as much as the order place but they had some rare macaroons I did not got ahold of enough even at 24 hour. This location has employees with no to lithe prejudice!

Great service and selection. Pharmacy clerks are friendly. However, the parking is horrendous, especially with the new ClickList service taking up even more spaces. Surprised Kroger doubled down on an already poor location.

Prices at Kroger are not competitive. There is very little difference in price between Kroger & Whole Foods. I have found that vegetables and meat often spoil within the week (before expiration dates). This is partly because the vegetables are not the freshest to begin with.I do not have issue with the staff. They do a nice job.

Went to get groceries at a little after midnight. This store has always been 24 hours. Employees had hand written notes on the doors stating that they have new hours and close at midnight. Seems fishy, and I plan to call corporate to complain. If it is legit, my complaint to corporate will go on record for consideration to switch back, and if the employees were slacking, then corporate will be aware that one of their managers slacked off and went home early. There were three other people that showed up at the same time I did. We're all pissed about the time change. I had to drive all the way across town to Walmart to get my groceries. :/

Basic grocery store, they have a nice salad bar off in the produce area. There is also a more specific area near produce for organic items & non-dairy milks like almond & coconut milk.
