I moved from Bellevue tn to Dickson tn 40 minutes away and I still shop at hart hardware Belle Meade. I'm aways helped and fill good with my visit everything. Great job at this location.

Ordered Christmas lights replacements online ahead of an event. It was the only Ace Hardware remotely in the area to have them. Drove 43 mins arrived at 6:20pm….and according to Apple Maps they were closed 40mins early. And from other reviews, this isn’t surprising. They either need to update their Apple Maps hours or not close early.

I went to Hart Ace Hardware today. It is much busier than B & C Ace Hardware in Brentwood, where I typically go. The employees at Hart Ace Hardware are not as helpful as the ones at B & C Ace Hardware. They did not offer to help me find anything until I asked at the cash register. They did not have the item for which I was searching in stock. The Ace Hardware website showed them having some items in stock which they actually did not have.

Associates are always friendly and helpful. They have custom items you can't find at most big box retailers. Good prices and that local hometown Hardware Store feel. I've been shopping here for years and will always be a loyal customer!

The staff at this store is super friendly and helpful. I had a flat tire and was able to grab a tire plug kit for a very reasonable price and the staff loaned me a couple of tools and an air compressor to get me on my way! Great shop, it's definitely going to become my ACE of choice!

Best customer service!I stopped in the store the other day to get screws for my license plate since they had been stolen the night before. The worker was so kind and brought a few different options out for me- he even went as far to walk to my car and put my new license plate on. It turned my entire day around & I can't thank them enough!

Need more supplies for contractors. We Belle Meade Carpenters waste a lot of time traveling to Walker lumber when you could supply nails and more variety of fasteners and basic hardware items to keep your customers homes well maintained. The odds are more and more likely that you won't have the very basic items that any well stocked hardware store should have. Walker is the go to supplier for 85% of our materials and supplies. Hopefully your grill business is carrying you. You have potential to be a truly great business again with the addition of key supplies missing from your shelves and perhaps a little more attention to tradesmen who service all of your great Belle Meade customers. Your staff seems to always give much less attention to tradesmen and priority to the home owners. You will provide a much greater value to all of us when a priority is placed on each and every person both blue and white collar walking through your doors. Thanks for your consideration.

Excellent. The store is packed with hardware items. Great selections. The other home stores didn't have in stock any soaker hoses. Ace had them in adequate supply and several different lengths. Friendly knowledgeable staff made my visit quick trip!

Well informed staff that's friendly and a store that is well stocked with inventory. The most important thing about Hart's Ace Hardware to me is, you don't have to find someone to help you, they will see you and assist you. For me that's a major plus.

Always a helpful crew! Everytime I go into this store, I always get extremely fast and wonderful service. I'm usually in and out of the store in 5 minutes, ready to tackle my project, armed with tips and tricks from the staff!

Terrible customer service and lack of loyalty to customers that have been supporting them for years! I attempted to return a small dollar item while making a $50 purchase and the $6 item was over the 90 day return policy. I was unaware of the return policy and asked for a one time exception and the associate responded by telling me a policy was a policy and that they must honor it. They offered me no flexibility in returning the item, and were somewhat argumentative. Small local businesses will always win my business until you show you aren't loyal or flexible to your supporting customer base. Disappointed in you Ace Hardware in Belle Meade!

Regardless of whether or not you are a contractor, skilled professional, or someone who isn't afraid to do some work around the house, the level of knowledge from the staff is hard to beat. If you don't know exactly what you need, you can ask. If you don't find what you need, you can ask. If you want advice, you can ask, and if they don't know, they'll find out.

This is the second time I've encountered the staff shutting down the store early. I try not to shop at stores right before closing, but sometimes that's not the way life works. The first time, I was there 10 min before closing with my son, and one of the employees (looked like a young manager) kept following me and staring at me, reminding me they were about to close. I was only swinging by for a quick one-product need, but with the pressure to leave, I just left. Then, last night, my wife and I were talking in the car about how nice it would be to grab some firewood on our way home, and when we pulled in 7 minutes before close to get a few packs, the door was locked and the staff tried to ignore me then just stared back at me blankly when I pointed at the hours on the door. I have had positive experiences at other Ace's like Tusculum and Hwy 100, but will never go back to this location. Please address this with your staff, since you have a serious customer service issue at this location. Thank you.

The people at Ace are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They have gone out the way to help me find machine screws, lag bolts, and self-driving fasteners. In fact, they even suggested I check other stores for some things they didn't carry. Most recently they helped me with a mole problem I had in my garden.

This is more like Ace hardware meets mom and pop shop. The guys in there are really nice and want to help you find whatever you are looking for. They have a good selection of items, and they will listen to you ask stupid questions and answer them without making you feel bad. Much appreciated.

I went in with a key broken IN HALF! I didn't have high hopes at all. But, Ben searched for about 10 or 15 minutes for a key that MIGHT work. He made several keys for me to try, and one WORKED!!!! The customer service was great, and they really know their stuff or keys!Thank you Ben!
