This store is never open on Saturday. When they are open there are frieghts of inventory that is never on the shelves. Ridiculous! This store will have a lawsuit one day because there is no room to shop. Slip and falll is waiting to happen. Do better Dollar General....

Probably the worst store I’ve ever been too. It’s always short staffed, crowded with items that haven’t been put on shelves, closing early, and opening late. Website says they open at 8 they don’t open til 10 or 11. They just need to be shut down at this point. Put another store right there .

This store is never open. We regularly find closed signs that are hand written on the doors. We can’t depend on it being open so we plan on visiting other stores near by.

Careful buying consumables from this location and the one just down the road on the left. Today is September 12, 2022 and I just purchased this package of coffee with a "best by APRIL 2022" date on its package. A month, ok 2 months...but FIVE MONTHS past its best point, yet still being sold at full price, is absurd. They got me, but won't again as it sharply reminded me of why I stopped going to the dollar general. The one down the road does the same, and with MILK. They're cluttered and filthy anyway, then a waste of money to top it off lol thanks DG

One star isn’t low enough. This is the worst Dollar General I’ve ever been to. I seriously hope they close permanently and bring a better store to this area. This location is always closed due to no staff, their card readers never work, and the store is old and run down on the inside. How are you closed in the middle of a Saturday?

Here on Murfreesboro Pike an Thompson lane when you walk in to door they look at you like your trash an homeless if you go to take some thing back tell they cant do anything about have to wait until next morning then they thank you got it out of dumpster an bringing it back damn sure don't want to haf you money

I can't really give y'all a good review since the place has a hand written sign that says their hours are 8... Wait, no 3pm and it's 3:15 when I pulled up and the one old lady leaving gave me dirty looks like I was causing her an inconvenience. Idk if she was a worker, but I hope she was.

This was my first visit for this particular store. I went right before close , held up the line with coupons, and punched the wrong pin at checkout, the staff were awesome! Patient, helpful, friendly. Found the items I came for. This will be my new store, definitely. The cashier made my week , great customer service! I'll get her name next visit.

Woah. Went in tonight and the short haired chubby girl working was very rude as soon as I walked in. When I got to the counter there was a Hispanic woman who didn't know it was card only and had cash. The worker then made disparaging remarks about Mexicans, japanese, and Chinese people unprovoked. I'm no saint, but having an overtly racist employee in the store can't be good for business. I'll just go to Kroger from here on out. That was insane behavior.

Although you may have to in line for a minute, because they normally only have 1 check out lane open; they still have a great selection of items to choose from, security is always present, good prices & right in the neighborhood for quick shopping.

Went in a few days ago and was short a few dollars and I explained to the gentleman I was working with a budget and I went out to see if i had a few more dollars to pay for the items with and by the time I got back the gentleman paid for my items before I got back .. I would like for DOLLAR GENERAL To give this gentle man a Promotion or Do something very good for him . His name was ROBERT not sure of his last name but this guy IS THE BEST I come in to shop for a Disabled guy and this guy does this Awesome thing for us .. he should get a bonus or something better than that @dollarGeneral If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me...

This is one of the best DG stores I've been in. Good management. Has a little of everything, which is much more convenient than trying to fight the Kroger crowd across the street.

Purchased goods on 9/28 eve, got home & realized 2 items, paid for, were not in my bag. Tried calling, NO ANSWER. Tried calling this morn, 10 am, still NO answer. I can't drive for med reasons so I couldn't get back, but can reach no one & hopefully hv someone pick up my missing items.

The Assistant Manager Sheila is awful. She is so disrespectful to the customers. She talks about other co workers which is not professional at all. The shelves are not full. They need MORE and NEW staff in that store that WILL ACTUALLY WORK and get the stuff put out.

All I can say is MONA AND SARAH are angels!!!!!!!!!!!! last night it was 8:56 p.m. and the store closes at 9 p.m., they were preparing to close I had been frantically trying to find someplace to get balloons blown up for my daughters 21st birthday today. both Mona and SARAH went out of their way to help me, they were kind, courteous, friendly, compassionate and helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service I received last night at the Dollar Tree on Murfreesboro road near Nashboro Village!!!!!!!!!!! Kudos to them both!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best employment team evet. For real. They are always hammered, short handed, and overworked, and they always courteous and friendly too. And for some reason every good bread brand has disappeared...all but one. DG bread is the absolute TRUTH. Its crazy...even my 3 year old asks me for "plain sandwiches" every other night. Crazy good, try it, youll thank me.

Love this location of DG. Friendly staff - no matter what's going on they're always smiling and helpful. Makes it seem more like a neighborhood store than part of a huge retail operation.

Like most Dollar Stores, very special prices on great items , Always have a security officer on staff , generally clean but could be better, employees are always great and willing to assist you. For the price you can't complain.

Friendly staff, especially Chris (female)! I gave 3 stars because most food items I have bought from this DG (ie cereal, pancake mix, etc.) Have tasted like cardboard/stale. They need to rotate the products on shelf and look at expiration dates regularly. FIFO - First In, First Out!
