Love using this, as it saves my back and time. My main reason for discounting a star is 2 things... First thing, one of the stations, the soaps (shampoo, conditioner, deodorizer) aren't labeled and it's broken. The second thing, some people will bring 2 dogs in at once. They will use the tub while you have your dog on the same side table. At one point, there were 4 large dogs in there, plus 6 people. That's a lot in that small space. I feel like there should be a limit of 2 dogs only at one time, 1 per side.Overall, I love the concept and appreciate them having that for people to wash their pets with greater ease!

The dryers are not good and the wash station area was dirty and unmanned. The hydrowash was not good, and my dog did not have enough shampoo to get clean. Ended up, the guy next to me had both bottles of shampoo. If someone had even checked on us, they would have been able to help. Also, the room was full of dirty towels.

Did not use the pet wash station. Did buy lag bolts to mount a hose pipe reel though. In my experience that has sufficed as washing pets. 🙂
