The staff always greets you with a friendly smile and always ask if you need help but not in an over bearing way!! and the store is very clean and they keep there shelves well stocked meaning they have what you are needing now not tomorrows but if they don’t have it in stock they will contact there sister store and have it delivered to their store within a couple hours now that is going above and beyond to keep there customers loyal!!!

Very helpful and some good prices on things. Stay away from the random rack sales as they always get me with something. Will have you over there looking at a gun holster for $2, like I really need that. I mean I bought 2 of them, but I didn’t need them.

Came here to get a heavy duty shelf. They were on sale and tried to use coupon. They basically said the coupon used was the sales price. A little deceiving to me. I would think it should have been the sales price then the discount. Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was orderly and well stocked. I did get the last 3 their shelf.

I bought my 72" homak toolbox thru northern tool also and like this Milwaukee order went as planned no problems and half the price of the "depot"! Thanks NT !; ( I never give 5 stars. Because nobody is perfect.) Although some r closer than others.

Got a Milwaukee M18 Grinder for Christmas. On first use the battery died and wouldn’t recharge. I went to exchange in the store of purchase with receipt within the 60 day policy and was told NO. I had to contact Milwaukee and file a warranty claim. I argued my case with the store manager who was no help. Every other store manager in TN I called told me that was ridiculous. Also Milwaukee wanted $140 to replace the battery as they claimed it was out of warranty. Avoid this store for your Milwaukee purchases.

Great store to spend some time in, isles are clean and there is a good selection of tools that are reasonably priced. I rarely leave without something, less than a $20 bill got me a couple things this last trip!

You cannot return or get warranty work done on any product purchased prior to September 7, 2023 unless you have the original receipt of purchase. They absolutely will not make any exceptions. I tried speaking with the store manager Jimmy and he flatly refused to help in any way without my receipt even though I have my Northern Tool credit card statement showing the purchase. I feel like they have no care for the customer! That’s just terrible customer service and I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of.

They charged me a tire recycling fee when I carried a new tire out and didn't leave the old one. Check your receipts before you leave.

Went to Harbor Freight for a tool and die set to clean up some threads. I opened the package in the parking lot and was not impressed. I had low expectations and the tools did not meet that. The labels on the taps and die could not be read.Went to Northern Tools and the guy in the store opened the set up and let me see it before I made the purchased. They are not professional grad price or quality but they meet what I needed.Thanks for the friendly help and

Bought an item I was not very impressed with because of the quality and price gap. Item was marked not returnable and I knew that before buying and that’s a risk I was willing to take. I decided to stop in to try and get something out of it and talked to the Manager, Teresa. She was very reasonable and ended up giving me my money back in full. Very happy and impressed with the customer service.

Had to order a part they dont carry in the store. It was shipped to the store in a trash bag and showed up way after scheduled date. Waited almost a month to recieve scratched up and damaged fenders due to shipping. Month of waiting, 2 hour driving(2 trips) and an hour on the phone getting a return authorization because they couldnt due it in the store. Beats the purpose of having a location. Also staff had really no care in the situation, acted like it wasnt there problem. Order on amazon, or another online store ppl. Save money and the hassel. They also just lost my shop business, this isnt the first issue.

I live in Kentucky but I have been to this particular Northern Tool. I didn't have any issues at all with anything in store. I have also called and ordered items from the store and had them shipped. No issues with that either. Great place to shop and I will continue to shop here. I have always had great customer service as well, both in person and on the phone. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean layout, friendly staff. Every member of the team asks if you're finding everything okay, which is better than having to hunt someone down. Prices are fair and everything I've purchased has been of sturdy quality.

July 2023 - Someone in this store keeps canceling my orders (3 times) that I've placed to be delivered to the store for me to pick up in person. When I spoke to customer service to ask what was going on after the 2nd cancelation, the told me someone in the store is canceling my orders. I tried one more time, and it happened again. Obviously, my initial review, where I gave 5 stars does NOT stand: First class service with the best employees at this location.

Very clean store, every employee I passed always asked if I need any help finding anything. Very nice to come into a place looking for one item and walking out with 10 other hahah. Well worth, my 30 mintue drive to northern tool will be back for sure.

Decent products but let me warn. If you spend any real amount of money on something that uses gasoline or anything that may tear up on its own and is not your fault.....well.... Might as well and call customer care right off to get any real help. Trust me. Employees are very nice but are pretty much useless in the warranty department. If you have to spend real money do it close to home and save yourself hours days and breath.

Great place. Nice to find what I needed and at a good price. Had issues doing the online setup, order and pick up in store. I just never worked the 3 times I tried but the in store experience was nice and everyone was smiling and very helpful!!😁

Very friendly staff. Could use better selection on composite toe boots instead of steel toe. Welding jackets only go up to a 2 xl. Not big enough for someone over 6 ft. Clean and organized

Just wanted to give a shout out to Steve at the Murfreesboro store. My husband had called about getting a generator this morning and Steve said he had two left said he would save one for us. The best part is before he could get to the store due to weather they closed. But Steve waited for my husband to get there just wanted to share cause he doesn’t know us just thought it needed to be know. Great guy and great customer service.

Northern tools sells a variety of tools and good prices. The tools are not high end but they are not the throw away tools you get at Harbor Freight. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. This is the place to go for trailer parts. They carry a huge selection for trailer supplies. I highly recommend this store.

Holly refused to give my employee an order I placed online. I called ahead for approval and was told he could pick it up. My employee even had a copy of the email I received from the store. She still refused. I will not spend one more red cent with this company that employs idiots at the managerial level. Formerly an avid customer!

I called the service department about an issue I had with my chainsaw, I had it serviced in May to prepare for my winter season cutting firewood and when I got it out this weekend to cut wood it was doing the same thing it was doing when I took it in back in May. The service guy said it ran tip top and just needed a chain. I ordered the chain 2 weeks later still no chain so I purchased one across the road from them the same day but my machine still don’t run right and the service guy and manager was rude and didn’t give a damn. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Hell you can’t even call corporate to complain so shop elsewhere.
