I give this store zero stars. Their customer service and management is lacking hugely. I asked for a $70 visa gift card, INSTEAD the cashier rang it up on THEIR stores merchandise gift card. I hadn't even left the line when I noticed. Management refused to refund it and make it correct. What was even worse, I came back in a week later to use the merchandise card where the same female cashier said it was invalid. I told her she was the one who made the mistake the week prior and why was this card invalid? She simply shrugged. Again, the same manager COULDN'T explain why, saying, "Oh yes, I remember you". I did raise a ruckus over losing $70 and as I walked out the manager walked out asking if I had a problem. I told her I did and then she said, "We can finish your dispute out here", basically challenging me to a fight. I have witnesses to ALL of this. I will NEVER shop at this Dolloar Tree again. HORRIBLE customer service and most importantly, HORRIBLE MANAGER WITH SHORT BLONDE HAIR!

Dollar trees are awesome especially when you have very little money and it's just you and maybe a couple of ppl living together you can definitely get everything you need

This is the worst Dollar Tree ever. Shelves are never stocked. Doesn't have half the selection that other Dollar trees in town have. I usually make a trip across town unless I need one or two items. And most often they are out if that item. Plus it never looks clean.

Just wish that the dollar trees here in Tennessee would get the same things that are shown on UTube. These stores here never have any of the new things in dollar tree. . Never found the labor words or cut outs everyone was showing in their hauls on u tube. Never see any of the truck things here either.

Today, I took my little sister to this location to get some DIY bird houses, (Which are great by the way for crafts during COVID) but what I witnessed during my visit today was poor management.I was waiting my turn in line to checkout and it was very busy. One cashier was open checking people out and the other was helping an older lady find some items. The manager was sitting at an unopen cash register yelling over the intercom for the other employee to come to the front. The girl at the open cash register said drawer 2 was available. But the manager ignored her call for help. The other employee heard his name but was busy helping someone so he continued to finish with that before making his way up front. I could see him at the end of the aisle where I was waiting in line.Another customer asked manager Leanne if she was open and she said no as she drank her soda. She called his name again! This time he had finished helping the customer and was rushing to the front. After he got there she went in the back office which was for employees only. Instead of helping her customers and employees she disappeared.It was a lack of leadership and definitely laziness. I hate when I see managers that treat their employees as something less than them and or leave them to struggle with rushes of customers during this time especially.

I love this store, but I was just treated very rudely by an employee here. What ever happened to nice cashiers? I see alot of this nowadays. And I'm about to stop going back when this happens!

Love this store! Only thing I don't like about Dollar Tree in Murfreesboro is the carts. I usually buy a cart full and their carts have a restrictive pole to keep customers from being able to go out the door with a cart. I'm disabled and need to be able to use a cart to get across the parking lot.

Went in for a few valentines crafts.. and found more than what I needed.. the guy at the register was so friendly and so helpful. Who doesn't love dollar tree😊😌👍

This is the most horrible dollar tree I have ever been in!!! I absolutely love dollar tree stores but this store is very nasty and has hardly any stock ! I being a store manager myself I would be fairly embarrassed if I was the one supposed to be running this store ! If I could give a word of advice "NEW MANAGEMENT" is what this place needs !!

There's always 2 employees in the store but, 1 is hiding in the office leaving the poor cashier to deal with the long lines by themselves. The cashier paged the manager on duty 4 times before she finally decided to come see what they needed.

Never more than one employee working registers running around helping people look for things and blowing up balloons. Gave two stars cuz some of the younger workers are kind even though they are so slow cuz they have no help cuz workers standing outside smoking or just walking around store doing NOTHING!! THIS STORE IS GOING TO.HELL IN A HANDBAG. IT USE TO BE GREAT YOU COULD GO GRAB YOUR STUFF AND MOVE ON. NOT NOW AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE CLEANLINESS OF THE STORE. SMILE PEOPLE ASK HOW YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE DOING! GOOD LUCK TO UPPER MANAGEMENT CUZ LOWER MANAGEMENT SURE AREN'T DOING THEIR PART AND DON'T CARE. IT'S SAD! I usually always find what I need. One thing that needs the most work at all locations is staff on the registers. Help never gets called until the line is half way down an isle.

Very nice store. Associates, except for cashier, did not acknowledge your existence. They were well stocked. Very clean store and well maintained.

Have been to better. It’s never clean or organized but it’s next to resident housing so I imagine they stay busy.Update: Called and asked when they would get more of an item in and was very unhelpful.

This place is terrible, shelves half empty, week after week, maybe one or no one filling shelves, stock room full. Poor management, shop the one off broad Street here in Murfreesboro,there usually stocked, and stocking, every time I'm in. This one on Rutherford need a change, and far as clean, get real.

Would not recommend, the store manager, Gail was very rude to me and my family. She called us racial slurs and would not stop following us around the store. This place is in definite need of new management

Staff are helpful and the place is clean. The selection on some items are scarce but overall not bad. Plus you cant beat a $1 for everything.

I enjoy coming here and getting things for low prices. The normal lady at the register is very nice and works hard, though the management is very dismissive and rude.

Much cheaper than Walmart; you do have pay attention to certain items because the round up to they nearest dollar. So, some things are more expensive than they should be

The one on Rutherford is always dirty and not stocked. Not sure what is going on with management. The owners need to figure it out and make it better.
