HOORAY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!So hard to find places that offer GREAT customer service as this Big Lots location did today. I needed a bedding set and found everything I needed all in the store. The woman that helped me was very kind, knowledgeable and really helpful, kudos to the gentleman who helped as well and showed me an alternative headboard selection in the back! They really went out of their way to help and I cannot express enough my appreciation! Thank you!

I just recently leased a mattress from here and my phone wasn’t acting to par with filling out the online application , I asked the manager Zach they had a public computer I could use to fill out the leasing application , he straight up told me no and didn’t even try to help me , I asked another associate and they got me on a computer real fast. Hunter is super nice!! I will not be buying from here again, atleast not this location because I usually get my furniture from here!!

This sure isn't the Big Lot's from my college years. I enjoy going in here to look at there selection of furniture and patio furniture too! Lots of great deals!

I bought a cute chair and couch. Its perfect!!! Both were a great price. I rented a truck from uhaul and took it home. It was cheaper and quicker than having them delivered . They had some really cute things!!! The employees were super nice and i rememebered 2 from 15 years ago that worked at a totally different store back then!!!

Clean store, shopping center has had a recent face lift, and friendly staff. Plenty of parking and other stores nearby for even more discount shopping and several places to eat as well. Good location that is easy to get to and right off one of the main drags.

The whole store has been moved around I've been going to Big Lots for a long time never seen one like that i personally do not like it..I will make my visit far and few for now ..

I must be loving this place to spend 500.00 here in one day, lol.. I did get 3 Big Joe chairs for kids and nice fall decorations to add to some I have. You can't beat those organizers for the closet if you want more room, hopefully they work. Usually when I shop, I go big..I don't shop alot that's why..they did have some really cool Halloween decorations for the yard!

Had to share. Today I over bought Christmas Sale items at Big Lots Murfreesboro ( great deals!) The cashier extremely kind and helpful. Sets of white lights I thought were a Christmas sale, were not. Cashier checked assuring they were not on sale.In a professional and respectful way the cashier, gentleman she asked and another cashier all explained it was a spring item placed among Christmas items. I was impressed and clearly understood why I could not get the white Christmas lights at sale price and they all wanted to make sure I understood and thsnked me for understanding.When returning my cart in the parking lot a Big Lot cart attendant dashed over to me as I was returning my cart to assist and thanked me! The store is clean, organized, with a friendly helpful staff and I was pleasantly surprised. I left the parking lot feeling grateful I went and will start visiting this store more often.

Hey guys, big lots is really changing. And mostly for the better. I like the re configuration of the store. I picked up my usual deals. I did notice and pick up a couple pair semi casual pants with elastic ankles. Cute with liquid movement.

Just wanted to thank the people at this store. Carl your the best!! We were running around trying to find a certain outdoor set and finally came here and Carl made sure we got it. Not only was he helpful but had an amazing personality. We we're entertained and problem solved. Cheers Carl!

This store is always well stocked. The employees at this store are really friendly and helpful. Masks used by all employees and guests. Great deals. Cute decorations. Always stocked with the essentials. If you can't find it at the bigger stores or the grocery, don't forget Big Lots. They still have all the cleaning, toiletries and safety essentials in stock. And it's never crowded.

The store was very neat, well organized but they only had two cashiers available. There was a long line but those two ladies was doing their best on checking out customers. Customers stayed 6ft apart in line but would wear their masks in the store & pulled them down inside while shopping. I asked one of their employee's who was stocking could they remind shoppers of CDC guidelines & he said that the PA system was not working 😷

Got some cute home staging pieces for a mantle that I havent seen at other stores. Prices were reasonable, but higher than they used to be...store was clean and wasn't too crowded. Lots of great outdoor decor selections I will go back to check out!

Me and my sister used to walk down the street to this place to get cheap makeup. Big Lots has evolved greatly over the years, I am very impressed with the transition and I will say the prices are still good and the staff is extremely friendly.. will most definitely recommend friends and family

I'm honestly a big lots fanatic lol. They always have my favorite brands for cheap. It's never too crowded and the associates are nice. I just wish we had more than 1 location in town.

I haven’t been shopping at Big Lots long enough to give 5 stars, however, my husband and I were browsing a few days ago and a super helpful lady named Michelle answered every single question I had about their furniture! Not to mention, I was pretty impressed with the selection and I’m usually quite particular. Planning on making a large purchase soon!
