Until this incident, I would recommend them, not now. Stay away, this might happen to your pet.On Friday I took fluffy to Victoria’s Groom Shop in Munford. She has been the groomer we have used for many years. Not anymore!!Then a few hours later, I get a call that she had a accident and hurt her right hip. My daughter and I understand that she fell off the grooming table. Later I was told that she had jumped up and down a lot and that is how it happened. Regardless of how it happened, she dislocated her right hip.It will take a surgery to repair it and several weeks for recovery. The surgery and recovery will be $3-5K. And the surgery is not a guarantee that her condition will be taken care of. She is almost 17, blind and deaf and knowing all this, I might make the difficult decision to put her down.The groomer is not taking financial responsibility for what happened at all. Regardless of how Fluffy was injured, Victoria’s Groom Shop should be responsible for what happens under their watch.If you are needing a groomer stay away from Victoria’s Groom Shop. This could happen to your pet too, very careless for sure.

The ladies were super nice. They made sure that they were grooming each dog to my specifications. Ms. Victoria even called to make sure of certain things.My dogs were not traumatized at all. They looked awesome and the fee was extremely reasonable.I am a full time rver and pass through the area often. I kept her number from last time and will definitely call her again.

I've been using this Groom shop several years. Love the way Victoria cares for the pups and grooms quickly and efficiently. Most groom shops you have to leave all day, not here once your pup is ready they will text you so you can pick up. Great price too!!

They were really good to Bella Grace and her haircut is beautiful. I've made appointments every 6 weeks through the rest of this year. I truly like Bella's haircut!!!
