I took my dog here several times and every time she never could remember him. She would usually tell me he was terrible to groom. You could tell she didn’t like grooming big dogs, especially doodles. The last time I took him, I asked for a full body trim and his face to be longer. When I picked him up, he was shaved all over. She then told me he was a handful that day! After this, I decided it was best if I stopped my services with them.

We moved to Monterey almost 2 years ago and finding someone we trusted was a big deal. I have not called for an appointment any of the times that I have taken Toby in to get his nails trimmed. He is a 5-lb Yorkie and I'm pretty fond of him. The young lady stop ped what she was doing long enough to perfectly cut and trim Toby's nails without hurting him. I am very thankful to have found them.

My pomeranian is super hyper and super lovable but his poor hair just grows so so fast and he can't wait months for a cut, had an appointment scheduled at our usual place and because of the snow storm (in February) they had to cancel and I could never get them to call me back with a new appointment date. Called everywhere I could find and they were all booked for months but she got my baby in the next week and honestly, they did a better job on him than his usual groomer! He looked so good and the cut was very even. I think I've found a new permanent groomer for my baby boy! Thank you and your team by the way!
