Ran in to grab a few needed odds and ends today while out this way. Store is in great condition for the age. Online location matches the shelf location which is always great. Cuts shopping time in half at least. I still think it is funny that when you go to pay the pin pad says "waiting on cashier". If that's the case when do my employee discounts start?

We are new owners of a very old farmhouse in Carroll County.Needless to say, Lowes has become a second home to us recently.Josh at Lowes in Milan, TN is EXTREMELY helpful, professional, and friendly.He helped us pick the correct lumber, drove a forklift to get down the number of pieces we needed, and then cut it for us to fit in the back of our truck!Josh is one of the main reasons we've come back to this particular location.We offered him a gratuity, which he refused. He said he already gets paid and does not mind the work at all.Shout out to Josh! I hope Lowes appreciates what a great employee they have in him!

I've had mostly pleasant experiences with our local Lowe's store. Yesterday I was looking in the wrong part of the store for an item and when I spoke with an employee, he was kid enough to walk me to the correct section, helped me select my item, and then carried it to the register for me. He was very polite.

Super clean well organized store. Very helpful sales associates. Answered all my questions with a smile on their face 👍 So after nearly 2 weeks of failed delivery, after the first delivery had a damaged washer, it took 2 more failed delivery dates to finally get the washer and dryer delivered. I purchased these for my 84 year old mother. I had 3 phone conversations that they would be delivered set up and tested and new hoses provided. When it finally got delivered the guys said they wouldn't hook up because she didn't buy new parts from them. So she is 84 and has 2 broken ribs from a fall but she had to pull them back out and try to hook up herself. I explicitly asked for the setup because of her health. I'm in Florida and she's in Tennessee so I couldn't hook up. She has used Lowe's for years but I bet you none of us will use them again...bad service can spread like wildfire to potential customers so Lowe's best remember that when they do another old lady wrong 🤬

It's Lowe's. I mean, what else do you say?, they have everything that you will ever need to work on your house, and truthfully, if they don't have it, you don't need it. Unless it's decorative, then go somewhere else.

Lowes is the quick and fastest store for most all of your indoor/outdoor home improvement. They have basic tools for almost every art or craft you are doing. However, I am a low voltage technician and they have most all of the things I need for my job but, when they are out of stock on certain items (or simply don't carry them), you may need to go to a more craft specific store.

Bought Gutters Sept 2022, and they finally showed up, finally after a few no-shows, and installed the Thanksgiving weekend.The installers (Breakwater)did a terrible job.. left rot and holes in the soffets of my house that were all supposed to be replaced. They told us they didn't have all of the supplies, and they would have Lowes come back to complete.The next day, my husband received a test asking him to rate our completed installation. SMHSo my husband starts calling the person who sold the gutters to us and continues for months with phone tag. Finally, in February, a guy from Nashville drives down to look at the seriously messed install and was very upset. Tell me they will fix it as soon as possible.. In April, the local store delivered wood.It's now July 1, and we have continued to call but have gotten the run around. In the meantime, my porch roof, which was removed to replace gutters, has been off my porch for 9 months!!! My deck furniture is ruined. Antique chairs covered in rust!! The deck that was never rained on has been exposed to rain, snow, tree debris for 9 months, and counting..This job cost over 4,000, and we still have large holes in our house exposed to animals and more damage. It's RIDICULOUS!!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND LOWES FOR HOME IMPROVEMENT.Update 9.23.23Still getting conflicting stories from Lowes. They called yesterday and told me to go to the store for a small refund for work never done, but the store told me different. They have informed me Breakwater can not do job now, so having to get a construction company to give estimates on damages. So, I'm still dealing with this over a year later. Meanwhile, we have water damage that is getting worse.Negative 10000 🌟 Lowes.

So my father in law went an bought his daughter a dishwasher paid for it an lowes said you can pick it up today. I'm am the pick up person. I get half way there they called an said the one that we was told to come an get was promised to someone else an they are on there way. How can you make a mistake like that. In other words lowes was going to just give us one that was already promised this lowes was in Milan tn. They need to get it together there. Can't tell one person to come get something then call an say it was promised to someone else.

moving this rating from 4 to 2, due to the terrible handling of web orders. specifically communications. Also adding, Lowe's in general offer fewer items available for military discount. Under "Minimum retail price applied to this item". They can do better than this. Yep. 12/31/22 update, why are they still low or out of stock on so many construction items? Seems a bit better. 10/7/23

Went in to purchase stain for the exterior of my friend's house and received fast and convenient customer service. The employees were helpful and where to get the stain I needed. I was on and out of the store in less than 10 minutes.

Well stocked store with great staff. Discounts and parking for veterans is a nice plus as well. Recently added pet section and many new items in stock as well. Great place to get holiday gifts. They also have a gift card selection. Also now offering bulk aggregates and landscaping mulch.

8 months ago I bought a new $349.00 Dewalt Sawzall here. Today it just stopped. Went to the store and was told that if I did not have the receipt that I was just out of luck. REALLY????. WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY IS THAT.?? WHO KEEPS RECEIPTS OF EVERY TOOL THEY BUY? Not a store that I will ever have respect for. Bad business. If possible never shop here. Harbour Freight has more of a warranty than Lowes or Dewalt does.

Went in for some patio furniture, which my family and I were piecing together from multiple sets. Louie promptly came up and asked us if we needed assistance, and spent the better part of an hour helping us with our every need. Though the manager was unable to sell us the model from the floor, Louie did everything in his power to locate another Lowe’s nearby that had the item we needed. He was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but also very personable and friendly. The service was incredible, and I would shop here any time I come to town and ask for Louie personally. Well done to this store for having such a pleasant and helpful employee!

I bought a maytag side by side refrigerator and warranty from them in March. I've only had the fridge right over 5 months and it completely stopped cooling. I've had a service provider come to look at it and order a part he "thinks" is wrong with it which is on back order and won't have for atleast another month. I've had almost $600 worth of food that went bad in it. The customer service representative I talked to said they couldn't help me that I'd have to wait til the part was available and that they couldn't do anything about the food loss. I'll never buy anything from lowes again.

Plenty of staff. Don't seem to want to help unless you ask. Loaded sheetrock on cart alone. Wanted to help load in truck but said I could load my own truck, needed help in store. Not a fan of self checkouts.
