I came here to buy my snacks for lunch but I will say this is a very good store to come to in Milan tn the service is good and it is a very clean establishment I will continue to return but I will have to say for the employee Chanel she is wonderful always polite and helpful she always greets the customer outstanding customer service

There isn't a whole lot I can say about the service at this location. Everyone has always been nice and assisted me when I needed it. I rate it as I do because of the fact it's always a mess in this store. There's always freight everywhere, things in the floor, and it definitely isn't the cleanest store or even the cleanest Dollar General around inside or out. The side opposite of the road always has trash in the parking lot too and a rather funky smell. They might have what you need, but it may likely be in a box of freight in a random place in the store. I'm just speaking honestly, as I personally feel that the company itself is to blame for it's shape more than the staff at this point because this really isn't anything new for this location. Although, I do not work there so who knows? It seems that they honestly just never have enough staff. That or they just severely lack discipline and direction when it comes to store operations, which would be Management's issue. Honestly, I'm not sure what the main issue is or who is at fault, but I do know I only visit it when I need something they have that absolutely cannot wait until I go through Medina or Jackson next. This store has honestly always been this way, as far back as I can remember. For most of my needs, Walmart is a much better pick among Milan's shopping centers.

They've cleaned up quite a bit since I was last there. The only employee I saw was a little on the irritated side, which showed through how she handled her customers. Overall, the store itself is in better condition, and the aisles were clear and clean.

Dollar General is always a great place. The only problem with any of the stores is the upper management. Wherever headquarters is may I politely say you have great personnel in most of your stores but you yourselves couldn't find your way out of a paper bag! You will eventually crumble if you don't wise up!!

What can I say about the DG. Great place to shop quickly while on your way home from work. They have a large selection of products all crammed into that little store. Not too many items are a dollar, as you would think. But then again, that's everywhere these days. They have anything you could need in a pinch when it comes to everything but food. And they do have quite the selection of that as well. I will continue to use this store in the future

Every time I visit the store is in shambles. So much stock just sitting around on carts all the time. There is a hole in the wall big enough for an adult to climb through. Also think they should still accept manufacturer's coupons on top of their digital, but they don't.

Impossible to shop, Everytime I go in, shopping carts and four wheeled carts in every isle of store full of merchandise to be put on shelves. Forget about trying to get you a buggy, unless you want to empty out one with merchandise in it, then good luck trying to manuever it throughout the store.

I went to the Gibson TN store. The truck delivered stock this Friday morning. There was only 1 employee putting up stock. That is too much stock for 1 person to have to put stock on the shelves. You need 2-3 people putting up stock. I have not been able to get Lysol Spray for 3 months, because when I go to the store the employee has too much stock to put up, and she doesn't know if there was any delivered from all the boxes. It is bad when the customer cannot get the products that she needs especially during this time of the virus.

Super unorganized (A cluttered mess) card machine was down near Christmas, and had been down before that according to the clerk.In short, don't waste your time on this store until they get it together.DG if you care about your brand, don't tolerate this level of operation. Be proud of your brand. You guys have plenty of solid stores.Please make this one what it has the potential to be!

I am a big fan of Sparkling Ice water. The last few times I have went there for my raspberry grape flavor water I have gotten sick to my stomach. I checked the date on the water and it was dated 2018.. The young man working in there told me I was crazy that it is not possible for it to be the date..

Normally like to go to this Dollar General to pick up a drink before going home or in case I forget something at Walmart so I don't have to go all the way back. Truck day, the u-boats not being worked on and just in the way can be a bit annoying. I've noticed there's always a different cashier checking me out, so I suppose they have a hard time keeping them as well.

Friendly checkers, be sure and look at the "clearance" aisle, especially after a holiday or seasonal clearance for kids clothes. I bought about $50 worth of baby clothes for under $10!! No kidding. I'm a grandma and when the young'uns come I have to be ready.

Small over stuffed and not very clean , 3 people in line ahead of me. And it took 20 minutes to get to cashier only one person working cash register, there were 6 or more behind me in line

I don't go to this particular Dollar General much because it's usually dirty stuff in the aisles and just not a clean store there are other Dollar General stores close to me that's too much cleaner

Went in to get a couple of things.Decided to get some chips and when I picked it up, all kinds of cockroaches scattered. The place is always a mess and nothing ever in stock. The whole store is a shame. Will never go back.

Pour customer service the young lady at the register was new but was very polite but the other one who came to help her was chewing gum with no care will never visit again if you don't like your job find somewhere else to go

The store is always HOT, and it's very cluttered and messy. They keep sales signs weeks. And there is always stock in the aisles.
