Each time I have called this pharmacy, I have been on hold 35 to 50 minutes waiting for someone to answer (even was disconnectach time disconnected after 20 minute wait. ed once it started ringing after a 16 min 17 sec wait) Prescriptions were transferred over to location after former Walgreens closed and to say services have been disappointing is a major understatement. I have had to callback to have Prescriptions rerun due to pricing, yet they tell me my records followed. If that is so, how do you tell me a prescription is 1300.00 then rerun it and its 30.00 ( by the way, this was not a new prescription)? I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy! As I write this review, I have called 2 times today and was disconnect after a 20 minute wait!

Recently I had surgery on my stomach. Technically open abdominal surgery and my doctor sent my prescription to this Walgreens at 12 noon, keep in mind I'm in pain and I need my medication so my husband goes to pick my prescription up at 6:30pm that evening and one of the techs stated that I can not get my medication until morning. I called an hour before my husband made it there and a young lady told me that my medication has to be released and that it will be ready in an hour. This is THE WORSE Walgreens I have ever been apart of. They are unorganized, under employed and they NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE AT THIS LOCATION...EVER

If I could give them no star's that's what I would have done. Dropped my prescription off 2 on the same paper...go back to pick them up the rude little (girl) gone say o I only did one because most people don't want to pay for the medicine, however I was very upset due to the fact I really need my medicine then I was like why would I bring it if I didn't want nor need it.Worst every they never have to worry about me nor my family every using Walgreens no where. Just very poor services then a attitude to follow it. Not trying to stop no one from using Walgreens but think twice. Walmart might be busy but whatever you take will get fill and if they don't have it they will let you know and do everything to help. Walgreen's 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

Pharmacy is the worst never have your prescription ready even though you do the refill request via phone. Drive through rep. Nasty attitude short, dark skin and wear glasses. Sure hate I didnt get her name. If your on a life sustaining med youll die because it won't be ready. I mean never ready and you don't find out until you get there.

I've never had more issues with a pharmacy. They lost a copy of my insurance card the first time I went and overcharged me for my medication saying there was an issue with my insurance. I called cvs and kroger and there was no issue with my insurance there, only at Walgreens. After explaining that I have never paid such high fees for my medication they told me they could not help me and I was forced to go elsewhere.

Horrible. Went in for a COVID test. Had a covid test scheduled to 4:30, i got there 5 min before as requested. I sat in line for 28 minutes. Once I pulled up, at 4:58 the lady asked me to wait a minute. She comes back at 5:02 telling me they can’t do Covid tests past 5 pm. She was EXTREMELY rude and refused to do my test even though I was there at the right time.

I am very tired of the store at S. PERKINS closing before 10:00. When I put my phone clock showing up 9:52, the manager literally bent over laughing!!! The pharmacy closes early many nights too..

I wanted to see how long will the pharmacy take to answer my call, it was one hour and the person finally answered she hung up the phone. I want to check to on price on medication.

I have shopped here before, and have not had a really great experience, but have never been told that I couldn't use a Wells Fargo debit card to make a purchase.The cashier stated that it was STORE policy, so I asked to see a manager. Miss Annie was paged, and before she arrived, their guard appeared. He seemed shocked when I asked him if there was a problem, and made note of the timing of his arrival.Miss Annie arrived, and stated it was CORPORATE policy. She stated that at least twice, and I shared with her what the cashier said.After I left, I called the Knight Arnold, Union and McLean as well as Poplar and Cleveland store, ALL of which stated debit cards are acceptable.

The pharmacy people are so rude. I called to ask the pharmacist a question then I got put on hold and then they hung up in my face. I called before thier lunch time so there was no need for them to hang up. I hate rude people.

They have the worst customer service in the pharmacy. They don't accept drop off prescriptions at the Drop off counter, and the reception is very rude and caustic.

Alot of the staff are very friendly and courteous at the pharmacy...but I actually had time to eat a 4 piece chicken from the Churches across the street before I got to the window...and finish this review....Awful
