The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude here. I called them as I got a notification that there was an issue with my medication and then they told me they didn't have an order for another medication they were supposed to fill. Then when I said I'll call my prescriber they just hung up on me. Rule number one, don't hang up on a customer unless they're being rude or disrespectful. I'm just appalled that the staff thinks it's okay to hang up on someone trying to figure out what's going on with their prescriptions.

Terrible customer service rather none at all. I ordered pictures and a photo calendar. Get there after 3 hours no one called me to say no one there could make it nor were trained to make it. The calendar was a last minute Christmas gift for my grandparents!! The manager came up to the front and didn't even acknowledge me standing in front of the photo station, she walked to the back and sent someone else up to the front that also said the calendar wasn't made cause they wasn't trained to do it. Very disappointed and didn't even speak neither of them. I use to like coming to this location because the older people that use to work here were very courteous. Very disappointed in the service I received on today.

This is a public announcement if you ever have anything coming from FedEx please make sure it's not a big box because it will get sent back the same day or the next day. I will no longer be doing business with this Walgreens because they don't know how to conduct business right this doesn't make any sense that I have to go through this now home Depot wants me to receive a refund because they didn't let me get my things within my 5-day grace period it's cool though they can refund me and I'm going to reorder but I'm no longer using his Walgreens for a safe place for my packages.

I started calling Walgreens between 6:30 pm until now, which the time is 8:25 pm. Unfortunately my mother will not be receiving her medicine tonight because of staff issues and or a lead pharmacist is not on duty. I overstand shortness of staff, except the phone disconnect after so many minutes according to the Walgreens front desk. However, if I could rate this store a zero I would. If the staff is short and the pharmacy is having problems this should be noted so that the customers will not be holding on for 30 plus minutes just to be disconnected. Poor management is the PROBLEM.

I’ve arrived in pain to hand deliver my prescription. I was told my medication would be ready in 40min, after 2:30 I was still waiting. When I went to complain about the wait and that I was in pain, the manager asked me if I want my hard copies back so I could go get my medication else were. Didn’t even care if I was in pain. Very Very Very Unprofessional and disrespectful. :(

I was serviced by a young lady name AKELA... I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or not but she needs to learn how to keep the negative energy towards the person who caused her attitude... upon arrival she rolled her eyes as if she wish people would stop coming to the pharmacy... maybe I will get better service elsewhere...

The workers up there have very nasty attitudes they all need to be replaced I called about my medication and the lady attitude on the phone was soo nasty I hate dealing with this Walgreens most definitely gonna go to another pharmacy

I don't know much about the actual store but the pharmacy here is not good. I don't give bad reviews often but horrendous wait times- they get orders wrong online and calling in isn't better. They give false information and often don't seem to be knowledgeable. I would not recommend them to anyone until they get thier act together.

Every time I come to walgreens on jackson it's always a bad experience the only time I visit is when I have to pick up my grandmother medicine an each time my her order is never ready an I will always have to wait atleadt 3 to 4 more hours before I can get her order on yesterday I called an talked to a lady to be sure that the order would be ready this time an she informed me that it was already ready when I get there a young man tells me he has nothing in the system an he could have her order ready by 3pm mind you she been out her meds for 3 days I need to know what cam I so the next time to be sure I can get her order on time an no false info an it has happen over the last 5 months every single time haven't went one time an my order was ready that is very inconvenient..

Went into the walgreens picked up my meds wasn't gone 10 minutes and returned my med count was off by ten and they act like tooled them out I waited until they did a count then they tell me its nothing they could do come back Monday . What can I do about this

Wait time too long to get meds and its not 24 hour store have to go to Covington pike or union to get my meds or anything else Walgreens got to get there act together i guess Walgreens needs to close all there stores none of them are worth the trouble or time ceo and the reps need to learn how to run a company and meet the needs to the people they service...

Customer service sucks here. They put you on hold without asking first. I was told “hold please” then they instantly put me on hold. I’m actually still on hold after 9minutes and 25seconds
