Home Depot is a Great place to shop for all of your DIY home projects. Really just regular maintenance in your home. They probably are going to have everything you need from replacing toilets, doors, flooring, even electrical outlets, all kinds of things like that. Favorite times at Home Depot because they have such a large supply of plants. They carry vegetables and flowering plants. Can really make your yard and patios look beautiful! They had a lot of employees there to help today and I appreciated finding someone knowledgeable in the paint department!

Extremely rude staff. Would give negative stars if I could. Just no reason for how rude these women were. They weren’t busy. Several customers were complaining to each other, even suggesting alternative places to go in the future. I certainly will not give them another dime of my money.

I went in and purchased a lift chair, ordered on line by the sales person....and a gas range.....paid for both on Dec 3. I have gotten nothing but the runaround since. I paid for installation of new range, and hall away of old range. The young man said there was a problem with my pipe...they have a free service that will send plumber to repair...then I need to call back for install.. The new stove was left in the middle of my kitchen.. The lift chair is inoperable, been talking with store and UPS to get it picked up...its to heavy for me to take back myself..set up pick up 3 times...still in box in my living room.Getting someone to answer the phone is near impossible. When it was answered I was hung up on 4 times, transferred, put on hold, etc. I have spoken with so called supervisors, rude associates, some not rude, but told me they couldn't do anything and would pass it on.I spoke with someone named Tristan, one of the supervisors somewhere. He worked with me, offered an inconvenience refund, very nice young man. Still no results with either purchase. I have chatted on an online chat for days...everyone saying the same thing. Some of the customer service reps beat me getting an attitude, and became annoyed with me. I threatened to call corporate, but that's a waste of time as well. I asked to have all merchandise picked up and to refund me. No results. Today I asked to have the fees for install and haul away refunded...I was told this would happen...but rudely done. The young lady told me I don't have to wait on a free service,, I can pay someone myself to do it......that was the last straw.. She's correct....I could have,, I have no problem with that.I had trouble with carpet installation last year and should have known better than to go there again. that. All Customer service doesn't work for everyone. The delivery and installers they use are just as rotten as home depot is....and home depot knows it. I paid in good faith....you would think a company as big as this would make an effort to stick to their slogan. My complaint will fall on deaf ears. And they won't miss my little money, but I will never buy even a thumb tack from here again. "Home Depot cares"........😒

Started out great, got help with finding things but the checkout....stupid process! A bunch of babs yelling or not paying attention at all ( hair and fingernails are more important than helping customers) and treating everyone like toddlers all because they don't want to do thier jobs. Ridiculous!!! They need a manager who cares about CUSTOMERS.

I bought 5 tulips, 3 African marigolds, 2 lavender plants, 2 dusty miller's and 3 bags of miracle grow soil, all was on sale. All for under $60, 💥 boom

Nice friendly knowledgeable employees. You don't have to search for help like in some locations... They ask you can I help you find something? If its not their department they will direct you to the Department and find the person in that department. They ask did you find everything you needed? If there is something comparable at a lower price they will suggest it.This store is always well stocked.

If you're planting a garden, as a newbie or a novice, Home Depot has all of your planting needs: plenty of seedlings, seeds, containers, soil, flowers, etc. Great advice is also given, if you need it. While I was there, they were constantly restocking items that were getting low.

I always come here. I just became a pro member. Today I had the nicest kid help me from beginning to end, very smart and the most help I’ve ever gotten there. BUT as soon as I arrived we walked in grabbed a few items then realized we needed a basket. My wife handed me the items and went outside to get one. After browsing and double checking our list we were ready. Put a few items back to save on cost even put them back in their places. As we are checking out spending almost 100 dollars the police officer who watched my wife get a basket then proceeded to target us for our whole shopping trip down every isle we saw him watching, as we were PAYING he told us to open our jackets and told my wife to open her bag along with every zipper and when asked why he said “you’ve been here an hour” WHAT? So BECAUSE I TOOK ALLOST AN HOUR EVEN THOUGH HE WATCHED OUR EVERY MOVE TRIED TO SAY WE ARE THIEVES BECAUSE WE TOOK OUR TIME. Very poor customer service on his part. I take the same amount of time at Kroger if not longer and have never had a problem like that. The fact it was over “how long I shopped” is ridiculous.

Don’t use curbside pickup unless you want to wait 17 minutes. I called and they asked if I had checked in…so now the fault is mine and I can’t read instructions. The associate was clearly distracted and wasn’t paying attention.

This Home Depot was a very nice experience. Being a Veteran I love the service member parking. I had to ask for directions for the item I was looking for and the employees were very nice and helpful. Even when it came time to check out.

I can remember when customer service was a thing. People would smile, ask you if you needed any help. That’s clearly not the case any more! If you hate the job so bad…Then quit! One person actually stopped me and asked me if I needed any help. Then at check out. The lady didn’t speak or smile.. she just gave me the price, then looked at me with a blank look on her face.

so so, hard to get people to help you and you spend most of your time in there trying to find the person who works in the area so you can get the help you need. Associates who tell people that its not their ares either need to convince the place to change its customer service requirements; or, make sure everyone there knows the stores areas well enough to provide help when people ask. Home Depot: Our time is just as valuable as yours.

After two days spending several hours at the home depot we still do not have what we wanted, just because no one there cares. The articles are in stock, but to get them seems very difficult. The manager refused to talk to me when an employee called her. This store will definitely not earn my business again.

So the other day, I went to the home depot to find a valve for my sínk. I went to the plumbing section in spoke with a guy name Micahel. He was no help, a big lazy guy. I kept asking him questions, and he constantly kept getting frustrated. So I eventually left to find some more help. I Couldn't find anybody within the next 15 mins. Coming back to his section, he sitting down on the phone on the ladder. I knew it was time for me to go to another store.

Went here a couple weeks ago to make a key copy, and both the in-store machine, and the minute key machine were both down. There was a handwritten sign on each, so employees were aware that the machines were not working. Parking is tight also. Usually I avoid this location unless it's the only one convenient to reach.

Before going inside the the store, I was wondering how can easily go about purchasing carpet for living room. When I walked in, there was someone station in front of the store with that information. They were very informative, especially if they didn't know something, they will indeed find out for you! I was impressed!
