My pets looked amazing, very reasonable prices, great customer service, easy to book your appointments, and they are quick. I drop my babies off at 9am and by noon-1pm they are texting me they are ready. I’m a fairly new customer. This was only my 3rd time and I’m very impressed and glad I found my new permanent groomer!!!!

First, this is our first time using PetSuites (Collierville location), but not our first time using a boarding facility for our dog.I used PetSuites portal for a boarding reservation. The process was easy but the billing wasn't clear and didn't match what I was expecting. The price listed was 40 per night (price listed on website) plus extra services, these extra services were not easy to understand.I paid the 25 deposit anyway to ensure a spot for my dog.I stopped by the Collierville location to understand the charges and to be clarified about the service I had selected.PetSuite employee was very helpful, she help me to understand what I was charged for.I learned that I was charged with a recent increase price of 46.00 instead of 40.00, 12.00 for an extended care (Because I was pick him up after 10 am) and 5.00 peak rate (?)Also the prices listed are just estimated. So for a full bath for my dog (listed as 37) I was charge 45 (maximum price). The description of the full bath service stated a bandana was included, we didn't received one.Estimate stated 2 pawgress report and 1 end of the stay pawgress report. We received just one pawgress report and the exit pawgress report (this one duplicated). And also no evidence that my dog had access to a plush bedding.Additionally I have concerns about the potty walks. My dog's blanket had a strong urine smell (my dog won't pee on his blanket unless he has no other option) and as soon as we arrived home he pooped several times, something no seen before.

We love this place! Everyone is awesome and most importantly takes wonderful care of our two pups. I love that we get daily paw-gress reports and we can watch them in real time anytime we want. That makes me happy!

Here is a FULL REVIEW of Petsuites.My wife, Suzy, is so particular with our furry family members. In our previous adventures, we had traveled around the country and visited many pet day care centers. So, when it came time for Palmer to learn her social skills, PetSuites Collierville stood out as an obvious choice. They have so many events and activities at PetSuites that your pup will always have a good time. As we have never had a GSD that liked water, we are amazed that our girl loves the pool. You will also have access to a video feed and they will take pictures. (we have a great pic of Tatiana and Palmer). Every pic looks like she is smiling. One thing I really like about this camp is how much our girl loves being around other pups and how exhausted she is when she comes home.Our girl Palmer was a bit frightened when she first arrived. The entire staff took extra time to ensure she had adapted well. Such a professional and caring staff. We also signed her up for training with Tariq. Amazing results. Please be careful about what you do with your puppy. We attempted to train Palmer from things we found on the internet or things that were very cute. These led to some behavioral issues - picking up water bowls, stealing water bottles from the staff, etc. She was a bit of a handful but the staff adapted and taught her not to do those things. They treated Palmer as their own. I always ask Suzy how was Palmer's check-in. There are so many members of the staff she will recognize and she can barely contain herself. August, Paige, Allison, and the rest of the amazing staff treat all of the pets so well. You can see the happy pups when you are waiting to check-in or for pick-up.

I was very pleased with the staff and facilities. My dog stayed there for a week and I was kept informed about my dog and trusted the staff. My dog had fun and was safe. I recommend if you need a place to keep your pup, PetSuites is the right choice.

No complaints whatsoever. We use PetSuites for boarding and have at least 10x and have not had ANY issues. They really care and love your pet as if it were their own.

The facility is great and the staff appears courteous and dog friendly.. although I have experienced on more than one occasion that the instructions for care I signed up for and subsequently discussed with staff members was not initially followed.

We dropped off Freja and were a little worried about her since she is a recent rescue and didn't know how she would do being away from us. She had a blast! She loved playing with the other dogs and wanted to run and say bye to all the employees she went past before we took her home. She was definitely happy to be back home but we are considering bringing her to doggie daycare once a week just for fun.

Unfortunately, my dog was attacked and mauled here. She was placed in the 30 pounds or less group (she’s 4.5 pounds) and was attacked by two bigger dogs of that group. For clarity, I did take her in for an assessment to ensure that she would be appropriate for group play and asked SEVERAL questions to ensure that she would be safe. I was told “she did great, she will be fine in group play”. Just to turn around and be told by a manager AFTER she was attacked “She should have never been in this group” and “We dropped the ball on this one”. The attack was witnessed by a manager and a staff member and the cameras were down at the time. I felt so guilty. This was only her third time going. I was told because my dog asked to be held a lot (I do not hold her at home) the staff was holding her and the dogs may have gotten jealous. The vet described, by the size of the wound one of the dogs put my baby in its mouth and shook her. The staff was responsive and took her to the vet immediately, which i am grateful for and also took care of all of her vet bills. I will not post the pictures because I do not want to traumatize anyone. I am giving this organization 1 star due to their negligence and from the beginning i was told that i would receive pictures and updates (before the attack) and never did. I am also grateful that the managers did call and check on her a few times and did show genuine concern.

Checked out this place for boarding my cat. The cat room was very clean and sunny. Cat condos either have a window view or a TV showing things kitties like. Each condo had several levels to separate litter, eating, and sleeping areas. They'll even email you a daily picture of your cat.

I normally do not like to leave bad reviews but will not be returning to PetSuites in Collierville. The check in was confusing and the employee checking in my dog could not seem to hear me when I explained my dog's diet several times. She kept asking me the same question over and over again as she was clearly not listening. I was also overcharged for services that I did not sign up for. When I asked the employee who checked me out about being charged for services that I did not request, she just shrugged her shoulders and told me the services were provided. It made me think that this is their normal way of doing things.I did like the check in updates and he got a good bath but I do not like being overcharged and paying twice the amount that was originally agreed upon.

PetSuites Collierville takes wonderful care of my cat, Daisy, when I board her at their hotel. I've used them four times.In fact, I suffered an illness while on vacation in England when I boarded her there last Christmas...and had to ask them to keep her there for a month while I recovered. The staff was gracious and helpful, and communicated well with me.I truly cannot think of any way they could improve their cat hotel service. I give them the highest rating.

I was over charged here. I used this facility for the first time over Thanksgiving. There were all kinds of hidden fees. What I thought was going to be $15 per day turned out to be $55. I was misquoted or I misunderstood the basic fee which is $25.00. The fee increase for holiday and also they charge you more if they let my cat out of the cage. When I brought my cat in, the facility was clean, the staff was nice and efficient. I liked the large cage and window view. My cat was fine when I picked him up. I paid extra for special reports, treats and photos of my cat. I did not get all of those reports. I was charged for more than I got and for more days than I boarded. I brought it to the attention of the manager and she corrected it and assured me they would have found it later the following week. I would like more assurance that my cat got the extra benefits that I paid for, perhaps video? I’d also like a 24-hour camera in the rooms with the animals and the ability to watch my pet.

We boarded our dog, Luna, at the end of December. She was there for five days. For back ground Luna is a pit/ lab mix and she is 1 year old. She goes to daycare at another place 2-3 times a week and loves it. She has also been boarded multiple times at another place and has never had a problem. I called on the third day to check in on her and I was assured that she was happy and doing well. When I went to pick her up it was a completely different story. First off she had a nasty red mark on her nose that was no there when I dropped her off. The employees told me this was “kennel nose” and that she had rubbed her nose against the kennel. I find this very odd since she has never done this before and when I called they said she was happy. I specifically requested group play because she loves playing with other dogs but they denied this because she was shy at first. This is also odd since she plays with other dogs 2-3 times a week. I was told she ate her food but I am not sure if I can believe that after everything else. Her blanket I sent was soaking wet. I am very upset that I was lied to when I asked for a status update. Given Luna’s history it is very concerning that she was so anxious and did not do well at Pet Suites. Overall they lied, did not communicate, and had a very anxious environment for the dogs. I paid $375 for her stay which is absurd based on the level of care she barely received. I would not recommend Pet Suites in Collierville.

We reserved our babies an appointment on 11/8/2022 for play.It was soooo much going on with this place and the lack of communication on their part, I’m unable to write a very lengthy review for sake of time. Please make sure before booking you do a FULL review of this place and GO to the facility. I was refunded and giving a credit because of my horrible horrible experience but I will NOT BE RETURNING. The employee for the month of October was very very helpful, I believe she is also a lead. She did what the supervisor from earlier in the day could not do or address with me directly. She sat in the office the entire morning while 4 other staff spoke to me and she heard my concerns and questions.I’ll just say once I picked up my dogs on 11/9/22 they were not fed or given water. Received a text at 3:10pm asking how much food to give them when this was given at drop off and asked if they should receive breakfast. My food was also not given back to me..it was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Think twice before reserving this place. Just because it’s in a certain area doesn’t mean the quality is up to par.

Honestly really disappointed. My cat is FIV positive, and they didn’t listen to the instructions I told them. They couldn’t find the bedding I brought for him, it smelled awful, and the dogs were very loud. These things are relatively minor, but they should be able to follow very simple instructions for $200+ a week. They also rarely answered the phone. However, they were very responsive via text message. They are very friendly and the facility isn’t bad, but I would not recommend it for any pets with special needs.

I was going to give them a second try after a disappointing experience first time around. We had to cancel due to a change in plans. I cancelled a couple days ahead of reservation. This is the second disappointment I have experienced from PetSuites. They made me forfeit my deposit, I was not even offered in-store credit.Keeping my deposit after we talked seems petty. Why call me if you are not planning on addressing the problem. As a manager you have the ability to refund this to me. I’m sorry you chose not to. Regardless of what the contract says, I cancelled in a reasonable amount of time. It’s not just costing you $25 it is costing you a future customer.

We just completed our first boarding experience at PetSuites Collierville and they were wonderful!! Our Hooper had a great time, they sent me pictures and updates, letting me know how he was enjoying his stay. The pricing was very reasonable and we will definitely use them again 🐶🐾

Went and took a tour of the building. Everyone was super friendly and the place was very clean. They have cool playtime options even if your dog isn’t dog friendly. Can’t wait to board in the future

The staff was absolutely wonderful with our two high maintenance dogs. They were soft spoken around them and made them very comfortable. Place is beautiful and calming. Both pups stayed together in a regular room and were given snacks and the staff provided their own food. We brought our own but pups wanted the new food. They returned to us in good shape. We will definitely use this place agsin.

I really wanted to like them but something in my gut told me something wasn’t right. I boarded my dog over Memorial Day weekend for the first time. I really liked the lady I spoke with over the phone who let me know what their company was about and what they offered since I was a new customer. They also sent me paperwork via email and allowed me to send my pups shot record early, so I felt more than comfortable trusting them with the care of my pup. However, the day I checked him in, the 3 ladies there seemed like their attention was elsewhere and handing over my pup felt like I was giving a coat to the cleaners. I shook it off since I got there right as they opened and enjoyed my weekend as planned. When I picked up my pup, again, it was like being at the cleaners. They told me nothing about my dog upon pick up and I mean nothing. Not that they enjoyed having him, he was a good boy, etc. Just nothing! When I finally reached my home my dog pooped in the yard 5x in a row and He was so lethargic. Now I’ve boarded my dog before and I know that hard play can result in extreme tiredness but this was different and I was more concerned with why he was pottying so much! Something just didn’t feel right to me and I don’t like the fact that I just didn’t know what occurred during his stay. The cost of boarding/play here is so expensive, I expect better customer service than what I got. I have already found another place that meets my needs and will not be back with this company.
