I like this store on Elvis off of Rain. It's very busy but it's clean organized and they get you in and quickly. There cashiers are fast & courteous...better than Krogers and they are well staffed! Even on the busiest of busy days they have every lane open and be ringing folks up fast like Aldi! They also have some nice male employees who will gladly help you to your car with your groceries. Whom ever is managing this store is doing a great job you get discount prices and premium service!!!!

The store manager is the rudest!!! That’s why people are going to continue to robbed yall blind!!!! Waiting on the closure!!!! THE WORST PLACE TO SHOP AND WORK!!!! unfortunately it’s the ghetto what do you expect!!!!LASTLY if you do want a job… you are not allowed to take applications outside the store if you do your application will be thrown away!!! Wow with only 2 lines open and female in customer service watching with no line!!!!!

AS USUAL,(A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND ENVIRONMENT) IN MOST CASES I CAN (ALWAYS!!!) FIND WHAT I'M SHOPPING FOR; HOWEVER, I DON'T APPROVE OF THE (10%PERCENT), BUT IF YOU CAN FIND AT CASH SAVER WHAT'S THEIR COMPETITORS (KROGER)... NO LONGER CARRIES,,, THE 10% AIN'T HALF BAD😁 OVERALL, IT'S ALWAYS A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK 👍👍👍OH YEAH, DID I MENTION NICE EMPLOYEES TOO 😁👍

I can't give them a whole full 5 stars because sometimes when I go shopping here some of they products be stale or expired so u jave too watch what u buy from this store but I love they prices and sometimes they be having deals on they meat and I love that

Crowded but tolerable, customer service is never open barely, and when I asked to pay my utility bill I got an attitude form Mr Perkins, tall ,skinny, bald head store manager with glasses on

The customer service department in this store is horrible. Their supposed to open at 9am. It never does it’s always 10 to 20 minutes after 9. I stood in line for 20 minutes waiting on service and asked the cashiers for the manager they all looked around like they lost or scared. They said she was in the bathroom. It was 5-6 customers in line all of them left . So I called the store phone someone answered put me on hold again then said she was in bathroom & low & behold she comes right out from the produce section mind you the bathroom is by the meat department.She immediately offers to assist the white man while I had been the first person in line. Customer service is horrible!!!!! Every time I use their service customers are in line complaining of the same problem. People be on these jobs so long they get comfortable. And that’s when management needs to step up .

One young guy needs to be fired. He talked so rude and disrespectful to the cashiers. The cashiers were doing their job. He stood around not working so they asked him to bag groceries. He then gets irate and tells the lady he will get his sister and the customer just like us. Sir if customers were like you, you wouldn't need a job. If you don't want to work stay home. You getting paid $15/hr and still acting lazy.This is why black communities get lesser because it's our own ppl that don't even respect others nor their self.

First look when getting there when I was walking through the parking lot, I seen a diaper in the parking lot, Police stay present. When I went in the store to get groceries and it was time to check out, it’s some fraudulent stuff with my receipts!! Why Everytime I go to this store they’re charging 2 taxes?? And Cashiers will rob you if you’re not paying attention to your purchases! If I can rate below one star it will be zero!!

The lines always long and it takes longer to get out of line than it does to do the grocery shopping. IMPO.... you don't save any money whether paying with cash or snap benefits. The 10% added to each item is to increase the cost of said item.I would assume that the best time to shop here is at opening and it's your last option.

Money was stolen from my bag while shopping here a while back ago from staff. I didn't realize this until I got home and unpacked my carry-on bag when I ride the bus. They asked me to keep my bag while I shop, maybe due to the size of it. I'm not sure whom it was, but stealing is wrong.

I just had a terrible experience at the Cash saver on 3rd street. I was there earlier this morning & bought some orange juice and it was out of date, so I went back to return it. I went to the customer service window & said hello twice but the young lady was staring at something and didn't respond, so I tapped lightly on the window. She looked up at me with the meanest look on her face and said Don't tap on this window.I politely responded, I said hello twice but maybe you didn't hear me. She said okay but don't tap on this window. I then asked for her manager because I knew with the attitude she had, she wasn't t who I needed to deal with. I asked for a manager and she then pointed and said one of them (the cashiers) would need to get a manager because she wouldn't. I went off, because anyone working customer service knows this is out line.The cashier told me that the lady I'd just had the confrontation with WAS the manager. She yelled that she wasn't. Eventually a manager did come down; a young man that I've seen in the store many times, his response was very nonchalant, he didn't even offer an apology for his RUDE employee who was sitting behind the CUSTOMER SERVICE desk. I then asked for who above him I could speak to, he gave me a name. I asked the rude ladies name he did not respond but she yelled CANDYCE. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow.It's bad enough that you have to round up your own basket, and sometimes wait for one, wait in extremely long lines because only 2 lines are open and one is 15 items or less....but on top of that deal with a bad attitude; it's unacceptable.

Had a problem with a unprofessional cashier on checkout 3 wearing blue anf black braids acting like she too lazy to do her job. Baby if you dont wanna work for $15 a hour go home big lazy flubber. All your doing is scanning groceries and u complain about that. Exactly why black folks dont get many resources anf are stuck in the hood with lesser resources because ya dont know how to treat your own ppl. Even the manager ghetto. A store full of ghetto hot mess

Poor, I had a return. They don't take returns because of COVID. Well the big stores will, are they any better, I don't think so! And it was a prepackaged item. I was not a big fan anyway, they just last a customer.

I'm glad we finally got a store to replace the old Kroger's that left the area. Also, I frequent the hot food section and you can't beat the price for the 8 Pc mixed chicken...The personnel/cashiers are very friendly. I'm satisfied with the Kroger replacement!!! 👏🏾

Horrible on a Sunday ladies in the deli has attitudes all the time and more elderly women said the look at you crazy and act like you ain’t even there. I agree shop at the deli at your own risk. Then we had to wait for the church order of chicken a 75 piece at that for an hour our order was never ready when placed days ago.

For it to be a grand opening there was not any stand out sales. The prices were no better than those at save a lot. They did have nice cuts of meat for decent prices. The old poor people don't get a break. They need to have senior day.

I couldn't find something I wanted but that was forgotten as I watched the guard's interaction with a thief! They went outside and after a few minutes the guard returned empty-handed. It's a blessing he wasn't gunned down.
