Great managment keeping the store up. It's obvious they have a š team. The produce is fresh and I always see someone inspecting it and removing all the bad once. They carry fresh cut š that are also well maintained the š area you can š the fresh aroma before getting to it. Self checkouts for speedy šµ shoplifters be aware not only are the self checkouts recording, so are cameras above and a designated person for the area, so please be honest, it's called integrity š that being said this is a well maintained store please be respectful and put your cart up when you are done. The parking lot is big and doing your part helps the community thaks

The young lady working Custom service had a nasty attitude she looked as if she didn't want to be at work she was very rude. I asked if bank cards were allowed to get a money order .This young lady told me No but Kroger accepts debit the same thing as the bank card.I swear. When I got ready to place the request for a money order.She quoted me incorrectly twice. I had to repeat myself.She had the nerve to get a bigger attitude. Like what the heck?I got my money order.This is why I don't go to their Winchester location . I'll continue to do business in Collierville.

Miss Know-it-All is back to tell you what you need to know. Do not buy meat from Kroger's on Riverdale. I bought this on the July 16th. Placed it in a properly working refrigerator. On July 17th, it looked I'll. I'm posting the pic and possibly the video. I will not eat red meat again, because I this just reminded me about processed food and the need to be careful. I know what I know.

It was horrible š¢ there wasn't anyone working at any of the registers. I spent $215 I had to scan and bag my groceries. There were employees all over the store, doing what I didn't know. If I could give no stars I would. Thanks for nothing

I recently moved to this area and have never experienced ANYTHING like this at any grocery store. I will NEVER be back at this location. I placed a grocery pickup order on Sunday 1/9 to be picked up on Tuesday 1/11 between 9am-10am. I headed towards the store, but havenāt gotten a āReady to pickupā email or message, I thought maybe Kroger doesnāt do it like Walmart? I tried to call to ensure it was ready, and NO ONE picked up the phone after 10 minutes of waiting while I was driving. I arrived at the store to pick up my order around 9:45am, called the number on the sign, nobody answers. I had to go in the store and after finding help, a woman let me know the order has not even been started on. She let me know she would pick the order for me and I could come back in an hour. What an inconvenience!Here is my issue.. A lot of my groceries were super close to expiring (all within the next week) I thought thatās OK, itās not expired I just have to finish it quickly. Today I go to eat my chips⦠THEY EXPIRED OCTOBER OF 2021!!!!! That was 3 months ago and they still have the item on the shelf! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I would NEVER come to this location again and recommend you donāt either.I forgot to mention⦠I didnāt even order this item, but it was thrown in my bag. So glad I got a picture before tossing it in the trash. Look at how bad this salami is, look at the color around the edges in comparison to the color in the middle. I donāt even know why they put it in my bag! Absolutely unacceptable.

This Krogers was semi clean it didn't smell bad like a lot of them. They no longer have cashiers. Everything is self service and I do not like that. No help for items and the shelves were not fully stocked. No baskets available and most of the workers were sitting and hanging outside. They should have been getting those baskets!

Customer service employee suppose to be at work at 8am but decides to come to work at 8:20 and booze smelling mgr thought it was cute. This company needs to really do something with these undisciplined employees. The meat Dept continues to sell bad meat which should be tossed in the garbage, it's gone kill somebody one day. Want ever be buying it anymore from Kroger.

It my fault for not double checking expiration dates but why do yāall have expired food on the shelves⦠got home to find that cottage she ese had expired over a week ago, along with molded sharp cheddar⦠not to mention the produce out that you could visibly see mold onā¦.

I hate this location. First time there and the crew was restless and uninviting. The lady working the self checkout appeared miserable and unhappy. The produce section had far too many items missing. The bathroom was putrid and nasty. Overall, if u need a gallon of milk, visit this location. Anything else, the added drive distance is well worth it.

This is what awaits you if you shop at this RATCHET establishment. And this was at 730 am in the morning. All the stockers where outside smoking when I arrived. I live 5 mins away and I rather drive 20 mins to the kroger in olive branch. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. This one should close just like the store on hickory hill did.

I had the best customer service ever at this location yesterday (Tuesday 5/24/22) about 6:30pm. While trying to check out I attempted to unlock my debit card. My phone's battery died. To avoid others from not checking out, they placed my items on hold and sent me to customer service to check out. This location did not have an ATM. The amazing customer service rep gave me the option of charging my phone just enough to unlock my card. It worked and in no time I was on my way home from a long day. I thanked her for going out of her way to please and finding a resolution. Kroger, your team members are definitely your competitive advantage. Continue to hire and attract more like her and your customers will keep coming back! I know I will.

Does anyone check the dates on the stuff at this store? On multiple occasions I've gotten EXTREMELY old products. I know now, check EVERYTHING YOU PICK UP. It shouldn't be that way. The pepperoni I just bought expired in September. Its DECEMBER my goodness!

I can't really say for the actual store since I've only been there once. But, the Instacart shopper experience stinks. An Instacart shopper, actually fraudulently stole from me without stealing from me. (Yea it's like I said) Everything on my online order, that I purchased was refunded without being refunded and in it's stead was the shopper's order instead. So my receipt literally shows all that the employee got under false pretense of my debit and Plus card, instead of what I really did buy. Theft from inside.. made to look like a legitimate purchase.

Horrible experience at this Kroger. I bought some diapers for $21 and find out the brand wasn't good at all from first use. I take them back sign customer service closed. Ask employee can they be exchanged and she went into this not a Kroger brand they didn't make them like what I expect them to do. Not a friendly person at all. Then wouldn't go get the Manager talking about she know they can't be taken back. I just left so I wouldn't be disrespectful but $21 is a lot to pay for something you say you all don't take back and then have to deal with a rude employee. If they take food back they should be able to take anything back in my opinion.

Iām a loyal Kroger shopper, and I have been since 2016. I shop in Kroger no less than 3 xās per week, but this has been the location where Iāve experienced the most issues. The self checkout clerk continuously and always harasses me while Iām checking out groceries. Iām not a thief at all. Never have been, and never will be, but it is very insulting to always get harassed by this older woman who has no tact, class, and lacks respect for personal space. She always attempts to untie and go through each of my grocery bags after I have carefully scanned all of them. It is also dangerous to walk up on people while they are checking out and invading their personal space by placing/pushing your body up to theirs. I shouldnāt have to stop shopping at a Kroger that is convenient for me due to lack of training provided to employees. Horrible customer service. Professional development courses should be offered.

This place looks nice on the outside and is decent on the inside.The meat department is sketchy. I bought some chicken thighs and the meat looks a slightly gray and dry. I didn't smell a foul order or see slime so I am still testing it out.I will throw all the meat away if I get one hint that something is wrong.

this is the worst kroger iāve ever been to, and i worked for kroger for 3 years. there are never any carts, lots of items out of stock, and hardly any workers whenever i go. the self check out line gets all the way down the aisle. also iāve had employees count my items at self scan which seems a bit insulting. iāve never had that done at any other location. the few employees there do seem nice, though. just go to the houston levee and winchester location or the hacks cross and winchester. they probably just need to close this store and move the employees to the other ones close by

Horrible customer experience tonight from the night time MOD , and also the employees who work with the girl !! And Iāve worked for Kroger for 5 years. Then if you call them an hr before they close they do not answer the phone. I definitely will be calling corporate in the morning. You guys should seriously hire someone who has customer service skills and also employees who donāt roll their eyes while speaking to customers. WILL NEVER SHOP HERR AGAIN

Came in to have a cake decorated. The young lady behind the counter was really nice and super pleasant. You could tell that she had a great attitude towards her job. She was singing as she worked. That alone put a smile on my face!

I have been shopping at this Kroger's for over 20 years(man time flies). Anyways, it stocks the basics. The cashiers are fast and friendly. My only complaint about this location is I wish they had more international flavor,like the one on Winchester and Hack's Cross. That is the only reason I don't give it 5 stars

This is by far the worst Kroger in history of man kind. The only reason I come here is because itās the closest to me. The fruit is terrible I buy fruit thatās already rotten, nothing in stock ever, the nagging service is terrible and the store is always junky and filthy. There arenāt ever any carts when I go there I always have to get a cart myself from outside. Either shut this place down!! Or get your act together!!

I really love Kroger.... But I went to this location and encountered a very rude and nasty employee that was working behind the Deli counter. I love the slice meat's and cheeses so I tried to put in my order she walked off and then return (okay) so I told her what I needed and her reply was this isn't the corner store we trying to stay open (ok). First of all I was just visiting the area and didn't need a pound of anything cause I was staying in a hotel over night. Just needed something small to snack on while I wait for my husband's arrival. (Not as if it was her business anyway) I just looked at her got my items and walked away. Now the last at the customer service desk... She was really nice and I can see why she has that position. Thank you for the experience but no thank you... I'll go across the street.

First of all, they need to have at least one cash register open at 6 in the morning. For the simple reason, some people have to be at work at 7, it takes a long time most mornings to get through the u-scan self-serve area! I think that the store would serve their early-morning customers better if they have at least one register open for check out with a human being behind the register!!!!!!
