I came in for one thing this morning, I was greeted at the door, shown where my item was, and walked to the door after I paid. I was helped by a very sweet lady with a pretty smile, black hair wearing her hair in a top knot. Thank you, that’s why I love coming to y’all’s store !

One of my favorite locations to visit and buy from. The entire crew is so awesome and very helpful. If there is ever an issue of any sort Kayleigh the manager is on top of it and fixes whatever the issue is immediately. I've been shopping with the company in general for 17 years almost. Made so many friends along the way. I'm so close to the Erin way location that I bring one of my rabbits up there to visit his friends and they love it.

My dog is having major arthritis issues. I stopped in to grab some salmon oil. And was met with an amazing associate, Jen. She walked me through some of the options they offered. Was SO VERY helpful. We decided on CBD oil and opened my eyes to treats with not so much fat content.She was awesome! I give her 5 stars! I will definitely be back by to let her know how my puppers is doing!

Stopped by the East Memphis location in Erin Way Shopping Center to pick up a few treats for my puppers. I was asked immediately if I needed assistance by a friendly staff member. While I was waiting in line to checkout, associate Taylor dropped what they were doing to help me. They were super friendly and helpful plus the checkout time was fast. This is why I continue to shop at HFeed. Thank you.

I am always confident she is taking especially good care of them while they are in her care. AND, they look super cute after their spa day with her! <3

The reason I’m giving one star is because of what happened today. We had a grooming appointment and we called to see what time we needed to drop our dog off, whether it be an hour in advance etc. we were transferred to grooming and the girl who answered told us that because Mallory (I think that’s her name) wasn’t there that our appointment was canceled. She told us that Mallory manually sent out text messages to others to advise about appointments being canceled. Well, we never gotten a text! No text, no phone call. It’s a good thing that we called because if we didn’t and just showed up for our scheduled appointment time and found out it had been canceled, it would not have been good. Just imagine leaving work early for your dogs grooming appointment to get there and be told it’s been canceled. Hollywood Feed needs to get with the times and ditch all this manual booking because I doubt that a text was sent to absolutely every pet owner who had an appointment today and was told it’s canceled. That’s time consuming. In 2023 why are you all not able to have online bookings etc. it’ll make the process so much easier for both sides. Because of the cancellation we had to re-book another appointment for next month.Don’t get this review twisted, we like Hollywood Feed as a business. Five stars for that. The one star is just because of what happened today with the cancellation. I would recommend having a better booking process vs manual.

I had a wonderful experience at Hollywood Feed on Poplar Avenue. The associate had me in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. He even carried the 20lb bag of dog food for me and placed it in the trunk of my car. To me that is stellar service. The associate was also very friendly which goes a long way to making a shopping experience more bearable.

They proceeded to grab the *big bag of dog food and take it out to my car without me asking. I didn’t get her name but she was phenomenal. I’m going to start going there from now on.

What a great fantastic place, a huge selection and the prices are very fair. I walked in a little overwhelmed, but June helped me right away.
