This would be a good location if the store were properly stocked and freshened up. I could not find any of the items that I desired because the store lacks inventory and basic care. The staff greeted me after I entered the store and was available when needed.

Suppose to be open but being stop before you get to the door saying they closed it’s 846am..if you not going open at 8am change your time..People won’t waste their time.its 11/27/2023 still don’t open on time!!!

Perkins location near Knight Arnold Road was a disaster. The store wasn't clean, stock wasn't put out, customers had stolen the soap by tearing the boxes open and what little stock that was on the shelves it wasn't arranged, and it was short of staff. The good thing about the short staff the young man was pleasnt. Outside of the store there is a table set up with plates, napkins and cooking utensils and a man is selling hot tamales out of his car, and taking pictures of people food stamp cards and their ID so he can charge their card for the tamales in other words defrauding the government and illegal use of personal identification. Overall, this is a horrible location. I left and went to the Perkins and American Way location, the store was a little more organized, clean, young lady was putting up stock and could answer questions about where the stock was located within the store. The only complaint I have about the stock is it needs more help with stocking, because some of the shelves were half full or empty. The young lady checking out was very pleasant. My overall thoughts about both locations, the first store needs stockers, floor staff for cashiering, cleaning and working the floors, a good store manager, and removal of the riff raff from in front of the store, a dangerous look. Second location needs better scheduling of the staff, and stocking a little more. Both locations are high volume patronized.

Only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn't write a review with out it. I was going to buy fiber one bars and I looked and they was out of date, so my husband got hot peanuts , we got home he opened them and said these taste bad so we looked and they are out of date also. I called the store to tell them and the man was rude I told him they was out of date and he said and!! Like really they just stand around talking all day the stire is a mess plus the employees are rude. They need new management to take over and get the store together. And also there was trash all in front of the doors going into the store. I won't be back there

Honestly this is one of the best family dollars in the memphis area. I went here this morning because i wad in the area and needed super glue. They have the BEST $1glue ever!!!! Nobody has it this cheap for this brand. And it works wonders. This store is very clean and the employees are great. The cashier was helpful and friendly. The store was clean and stocked with a nice array of products. I found more options at this family dollar than I've seen in other locations. They have a great selection and i Will most definitely be returning, and I recommend stoping by if your in the area by knight arnold and Perkins. Very good. Just like the one on Perkins and American Way. It's clean they are respectful and helpful and I always enjoy coming to this store and they always have what you need and if not they are polite about it.

Horrible they will lock the doors at 8:30pm then look at you outside the door with there kids and friends in the store and will refuse to let you in to buy toilet tissue and soap. I hate this store its to hood and nothing professional at all.

Nice place, had what i needed , quick check out as the line at the Save-A-Lot next door was so long. Place was well organize and didn't look like a junkyard like some I've been in.

Great staff went there because the block power went out come to find out when we got back home the power was back on..... I think it was planned but oh well Family Dollar thank you for the cold drinks

They were infested with rats u could smell it and there were rats stuck to traps in their garbage can outside and un the isle by dog food
