This store sells drugs and the employees pass by doing drugs and playing music with very bad words.What kind of company hires employees with these types of characteristics.Most of them are Africans with very bad education.The few times I've been there I feel like I'm in a place with very little security.and above all a disastrous treatment.

I've visited this particular location All of the time. It's always well stocked and day shift employees are pleasant But that Night shift on the Weekends is...Horrible. They close Every Saturday around between 8pm. This past Saturday I REALLY needed something for menstrual pain and this location is in walking distance from my house.The young lady that I Always see at the door stands at the door and yells we are Closed Every.Single.Time.Please look into this matter and possibly Hire someone that adheres to the stores policy.RespectfullyAnnoyed customer.

Might as well have had a "going out of business" sign on the door! Sign says only two customers allowed in the store and the doors were locked. In the matter of 3 minutes two separate people walk up to the door, tried to open it, read the sign, then left. I also ended up leaving, so in just that short amount of time you missed out on three sales. One guy, who was already outside the door waiting when I arrived, said he had tried to call corporate but conveniently enough they were already closed. You are literally paying people to run your store into the ground!

Closing 30 minutes early for no reason it was 2 employeesOnce again stay closing early Employ new managers every time the one with dreads here they close early if you don’t wanna work quit.

DO NOT buy ANY electronics! I bought a phone, turns out it didn't work so i went back to return it but the employee couldn't give me a refund because he said he had to wait for the supervisor to come in order to do electronic refunds. I went back the next day to speak to the supervisor & suddenly it's "We don't do refunds on phones at all"🙄... He told me to my face that EVERY phone behind the rack had been sitting there for YEARS and he's knowingly selling them to people. $50 down the drain!🤦🏾‍♀️

I bought 2-2 packs of glade plug ins. The sign by all of the same plug-ins says $5.25. They ryng up for $6. I said excuse me mam these are $5.25 on the sign for all glade plug-ins. She called the manager over. He didn't even ask me anything. He said I don't have time to be arguing with you today. I didn't even say anything to him at all! He said I'll give them to you for $5.75, took .25 off 1 of them and walked off. Just rude for no reason.

About once a month, like today, they run out of sacks to put purchases into. So you have to juggle your purchases to your car. The look and cleanliness of store has improved dramatically. Customer service is more than that. It is genuine hospitality. The staff is very, friendly, organized and helpful. Appears issue with plastic shopping bags is a corporate issue, not a store issue. Also, they run out of stock, company must not have an effective demand stockade system in place. The quality of the staff more than makes up this. Excellent shopping experience.

So lady infront wasnt understanding cashier. I translated what cashier was saying only to just get an ugly attitude from the same cashier I was trying to help. Like WHY WORK AROUND PEOPLE IF YOU CANT HADLE BEING AROUND OTHER HUMAN BEINGS IN A CIVIL MATER? Cashier LOUDLY was like "WHAT?!!" towards me while Im translating. And when I told her I was just translating what she was trying to comunicate she just rolled her eyes like I was a problem.Shop where you will get treated with the respect you deserve as a paying customer.

This cashier's always locking the doors cause they lazy and I guess feel they need a break...They closing the doors at least 4 times a week and for hours....

Get your butts off the phone when ringing up customers!!!!!!! No one cares what your baby daddy did last night. We as customers want to get our items and leave!!..and the credit card machine is always down?!?!?! This store is a joke. With the exception of two gentleman that work there, this store should be demolished..it has no use in the community- except for the $1.00 tissue products.

Worst family dollar around. It's always closed at 5pm. Never accepts cash. And the doors are always locked with long lines outside. They need to just close down.

I ALREADY REPORTED MONEY WAS TAKING OFF MY EBT CARD FOR MB FG CHEESE 8OZ. $3.25 ON SEPTEMBER 22,2016 12:52:52 ON SEPTEMBER 24,2016! I STILL HAVE ALL MY TEXTES OF THE ITEMS I WANTED FROM FAMILY DOLLAR THAT DAY NO CHEESE WAS BROUGHT UP NOW THIS EVENING FINALLY THE MANAGER IS THERE AFTER ALL THIS TIME TRYING TOGET MY MONEY BACK SHE SAID COME UP THERE BEFORE 3:30 P.M. GET UP TO FAMILY DOLLAR TELL HER THE PROBLEM SHE GO LOOK AT VIDEO OF THAT DAY COME BACK TO SAY SHE DIDN'T SEE NO CHEESE ON THE COUNTER NO CHEESE PUT IN MY BAGS BUT IT WAS A LINE OF PEOPLE BEHIND ME SORRY CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK!!!
