I am literally in the parking lot it’s 3:15pm on a Tuesday and the doors are locked. There is one car sitting out with two people in it which one might be the worker. There is no sign on the door. And looking at the picture I took anybody can steal the things on the rack. Got to do better. That’s why I stick to Dollar General but tried giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Unfortunately, I will not continue shopping at my neighborhood Family Dollar! The outside of the store was filthy. The inside was just as nasty and smelled horrible. I have said something about it before and nothing seems to change. I few years ago the store's garbage dumpster was so bad it was featured on the local news. I cannot keep supporting a store that doesn't care. . . they certainly do not care about me or my business.

Another hood store in Memphis. 2 cashier's open but 1 long line. I went to the other cashier and she holding a baby talking about she busy. Then the other feminine cashier talking to a customer about nothing like his line isn't long as is . Then, I verified if the chip reader worked since most stores have issues with them and his response was pure attitude, " do your card work, look like it work to me" Memphis have a bad reputation, black people get a bad reputation .can we please do better so we can get better. Thanks management. Next time I go in (months later) I'm going to record so everyone can feel my experience. Store small and over crowded then we have to deal with attitude. I'll pass. Shut the whole business down.

I love my local Family Dollar very positive and helpful Associates great supplies on everything from A-Z. I'm always teasing that I'm not coming back. But, I always do, sometimes multiple times in a day.

The lady tho morning had us waiting 10 mins outside it was pass 8am and I came to buy some pants but they were to much so my husband brought a lighter and the lady locked us inside the store said she though we had stole some. Terrible

The cashier and manager we're so busy discussing hours worked and pay checks that they did not ring up all of my items. When he realized it he asked if I wanted him to ring it up.

Store is usually well stocked, but feels cramped. Have gone there several times and they have been out of bags, they either used trash bags or you had to try and carry stuff out.

Horrible. Since when does an entire store close for a 30 min break. When I pulled up the lot was empty. A lady pulled up right behind me and asked how long they will be closed. The worker said they had just went on break.

TERRIBLE... THERE WAS A DOLLAR OFF COUPON ON THE LAUNDRY DETERGENT I PLACED ON THE COUNTER, THEN I REMEMBERED I FORGOT SOMETHING SO I LEFT MY DETERGENT ON THE COUNTER. WHEN I CAME BACK MY COUPON WAS MISSING. THE CASHIER ACTED LIKE I WAS LYING, UNTIL I WENT BACK AND RETRIEVED ANOTHER ONE WITH THE SAME COUPON.I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY DOLLAR TO ANYONE !!!
