I have a couple issues with crow's truck service. The parts and service department. My company is a small business, which means I have to diagnose and do a lot of repairs myself. I had a air leak that was coming from the dash air supply valve, simple fix it seems. I purchased a replacement valve and changed it, but the issue was still there. I exchanged the part because I thought the 1st part was defected and the part counter exchanged it with no problem. I stayed on their property and switched the 2nd valve and it had the same problem. I went back to the part department and informed them, and let me know it has to be something else, I agreed. I then went to the service department to see if they could get me in, which they did. The mechanic on duty was great, he diagnose the problem in less than 5 minutes and ordered the part I needed a brake chamber. We took a hour for and returned the part arrived about 10 minutes later and was installed in approximately 30 minutes. I asked the service guy about a refund for a part I didn't need, and he said he would talk to parts. The parts department instantly said no,we exchanged the part once and that's it. While talking to the service guy, I asked him about the exchanged and for some reason he puts both hands in the air and said he is not going to argue with me. Very unprofessional because I'm a costumer asking a question. I was charged 567.61 which included 2hrs labor for 30 minutes work,(very unfair) for the brake chamber and labor+356.37 for the valve I didn't need. Everyone was all smiles when I was spending money, but seems to have an issue with me asking for a refund on a part I didn't need. I was very disappointed with the treatment I received.Crow truck service Memphis Tn.Never again!!!The review I posted earlier was a little premature. Since then I spoke to the parts manager Blain, he has reassured me that there are people in this world who understand and has genuine compassion for others. Thank you sir for the phone call and resolution to this matter. The world needs more people like Blain.

This is a good shop that has a great service manager. Ben Crafton works hard to make sure that you are satisfied with the work his team does. I'm glad to know there are still quality shops still around. I will be back.

That Service Department is AWESOME🏆.Identified my Issue. Communicated with me on what it will take to correct it and estimated it pretty close. Fixed the problem. Man can’t ask for nothing else.Now the $$$Price..kinda like ✈️flying 1st Class vs flying Coach. But as a Independent Contractor, you DEFINITELY NEED a crew like this locked in your cell phone for them Major issues.

Finally had to replace our old '07 Pete with almost 2 million miles. We happened upon this shop and found the perfect, slightly used 5700 Western Star. Bill and Shawn worked with us to make it happen! I was surprised that his was such an enjoyable experience. They treated us like royalty. Friendly, honest and professional. I'd highly recommend then if you're in the market for another truck.

I went to Crows to have my Carrier refrigeration unit fixed, the team was professional and polite. In an environment where so many shops try to rip off Truck Drivers and Owners,Crows is a honest shop you can trust with well trained Technicians. They also fix many brands of trucks.Despite being busy, they managed to work me in and get me back on the road quickly. If you’re in the Memphis area and need a repair or service you need to give Crows a call, you won’t regret it.

I came for a belt replacement and damper replaced on my carrier reefer unit. Another carrier loacatipn had already dignosted the problem but this location had the part. Good customer service.all employees made sure I was being helped. However I arrived at 2:40pm I saw my trailer taken to the bay at 3:05pm trailer was back in the dirt lot by 4:15 attle over an hour in they bay. Charged me 2 full hours of labor. Tried adressing the issue with the clerk at the service desk said "in the system the work done should be a 2 hour job". I told them to be fair and charge atleast 1 1/2 labor. Invoice was $1116.00.

If I could leave 0 starts I'd do it. Had my truck for 5 day without any updates - no quote, no estimate of repair nothing. I had to take my truck from there since nothing was happening and they charged me $1500 for diagnostics!

On Wednesday around 7am I stop here to have my truck checked out because my truck was only driving at 5 mph, & my DEF gauge wasn't operating at all. The service lady and service manager said they would look at our truck sometime that day. I explained to the service lady and service manager that we was from out of town and dropped off two trailer at FedEx when the truck strop operating properly. After 3 hrs., I was told that they couldn't check or fix the truck because they didn't have time. My partner and I was blown away because we driven from Harrisburg PA to Olive Branch Mississippi, 1,000 miles away from home and away from our Families with no way of getting back home because our truck had broken down and was promised our truck would be check out by the end of day. There was 4 mechanic here it the truck bay walking around talking as if they didn't have a care in the world or if any work would or wouldn't get finished. The service manager had two mechanics in he's office laughing and talking as if we wasn't there at all. I don't understand why this company to allow there mechanics to act as though they don't have a care in the world about repairs to customers vehicles. If it wasn't for Beltway Companies Trucking, (International Dealer) 10 miles away from here fixing out truck we would've been stuck here trying to figure out how to get our truck repaired and back home safely to our Families. If you need your truck repair go to Beltway Companies Trucking, (International dealer) 10 miles away. I promise you you won't be disappointed. If I could have been able to give Crow's Trucking Center a (O) zero rating I would have. But I had to give them a 1 in order to do this disappointed review.

Crows has been a good experience overall from beginning to now. We normally buy used trucks and optimize the performance of said vehicles. We purchased an automatic western star 4700sf quad dump 2021 from Bill Merical and company, and it’s been nothing but a profitable, good business experience. It’s about time to show a little love to the crew over there. Big shout out to Blake, the service manager. I’ve had a handful of issues working out the kinks of the truck; Blake and his crew are reasonably timely on repairs-usually having it done by the time they estimate. They stand by their work and are always very friendly despite it being high stress situations due to the nature of our business and down time. Ask for aundre @ the front counter! He works really hard on finding any part you need and very honest with pricing so that he can get you the best deal that you will not be able to beat anywhere else. He wants all your business to stay therr with him at crows. Got to love a fella like that👌

I'm here at crows truck center in Memphis and we've had our reefer repair four x now. All transcold authorized dealers. And in the end only crows got it done right. Artec Jackson was not only amicable personable and took the time to explain everything that wasn't done right by the other texts but he's a nice guy has a fresh family out the gate and he could use any support you can give him. I don't know him but I like him already.And I pray God bless both crows truck center and Jackson.

Great staff Ready to work. I needed AC hoses made up. Billy EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Very nice and walks you through every step of what he is doing and why he is doing it. The shop is very clean. Doesnt even look like they are working it's so clean. Everyone so helpful and acknowledges you when you walk to the counter. Great job Ladies and Gents.

I deal with this facility through my work and I always have an excellent experience. Work gets completed on time and as promised. My only wish is that they would expand on trailer repairs, this would be our go to for everything in Memphis. The people in the shop are always very pleasant to work with.

I got my unit worked on here last week and it was clear my unit didn’t get fixed and when I took it to another location they fix it . They did a bad job and cause the belt to break and cost me more money . They said I need one part but another shop check it out found out that wasn’t the problem and fixed it. Do not go here they will tell you neeed one thing but it’s another . They even broke something on my unit and didn’t fix it back . I want a refund !!

The company I drive for just purchased twelve new Vangard trailers from Crows, I had the opportunity to pickup and deliver these trailers, the sales staff and service department are great people to work with. Very professional. Nice clean facility and show floor. Drivers lounge and restrooms were always clean.

I went over there for a quick oil reefer change on thursday. They said I gotta leave my trailer there till Tuesday.5 days wait for 2 hour oil change. I left the place right away.This place is a joke.Not recommended.

These guys are pros. Always helpful and always courteous. If you're looking for a specific part for your truck or trailer and they don't have it in stock they'll order it for you. If you're in need of a hydraulic line, Airline, radiator hose whatever then you definitely need Billy at Crow's for that. Not only do they sell parts but they also have a shop or your mechanical issues and a storage lot. I definitely recommend Crows.

Awful service, kept the truck way to long, said they could not get the brake part needed, I picked the part up that day and brought it to them, charged me 20 hours for a 2 hour job, when i complained the service manager stated he was "not going to take the hit" discounted 20% and stated he would only warranty for 30 days. 4 months later the truck brakes failed. I used them 20 years ago and they were great, however will never recommend now.
